    Places like this truly make me wonder what’s in the water in Florida. I served in Idaho and recently moved here and man, I’ve never had so many bad experiences in a new state more than here. Terrible experiences with the customer service here. I worked in customer service for years as well and understand how hard it could be with rude people so I avoid being rude. But this money hungry store is something else.

    Pick up service was a bad experience. I bought an item on Amazon but it was going to arrive in a few days. Since I wanted the item earlier I went and checked best buy and saw that the item was available (in stock) with same day pickup, so I went for it. Since it was late I waited until the morning of the next day and ordered at 9:30AM and canceled my Amazon order. After 8 hours of not receiving any update beside "we are preparing your order" I decided to call and was told that due to high volume for Black Friday they could not guarantee the day they promised and I might get it the day after. I understand this and it makes sense so I waited. Around 8pm of that day the status of the order said "we are unable to deliver this product. If we can't get the item to the store by Sunday (tomorrow) we will cancel and refund the product". So obviously the product was never in stock or they just sold them all even tho I had already placed my order. Obviously I was expecting the order to be cancelled so I ordered through amazon again. On Sunday the order changed from that message to "pick up on Tuesday". Weren't they going to cancel the order if it was not on Sunday? And when I try to cancel the order on my side It shows me that the taxes and fees are not refundable. I then decided to call (a 30 minute call that 25 of them were on hold) and was told that the product was not in stock when I placed the order (even tho the app said it was) and was going to get to the store on Wednesday and ready to pick up on Thursday. So what the app currently says of picking up on Tuesday is incorrect. I have decided to cancel the product and lose the money of the taxes since at this point there is no way to guarantee that I will get the product on Thursday either. In summary, do not waste your time and go to Amazon or go directly to the store. The only good thing is that the two people that answered the customer service were pretty nice. They couldn't help but at least understood my frustration.

    It's a hit or miss with them. I keep having faith that they are the real savior n not amazon for last-minute tech, but I get disappointed. Had a job needed a last-minute item, so I ordered curbside the night before choose a store miles away to give enough time even though it said the order will be ready in an hour the night i ordered it. Arrived at the store at midday the next day to be told at that time they didn't have the item. A simple email would have been nice rather than wasting my time if u can't get something as simple as that correct well maybe amazon really is gonna get you.

    Same day pick up is a joke. Placed an order at 11 am and drove to Best Buy which is an hour away from me. For them to tell me it will be ready in another hour. Ok I waited wasn’t that mad I understand there’s other orders. But the fact I waited all the way until 5pm for them to tell me it won’t be ready today. ITS CALLED SAME DAY PICK UP. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with them. And both times was just ONE SINGULAR ITEM!! When I can order 50+ items from Walmart and it all be ready in under 2 hours. What a joke.

    I went in there a nervous wreck; afraid of being screwed over. Instead: Jay took care of me! He patiently explained everything, gave me recommendations and options, and I now own a computer set up that is everything I wanted. Best Buy got it right hiring him - and their prices were already great pre-Black Friday!

    Frustrating. Buy online and pickup at store caused minor problems. I had to escalate to a manager to get my item. Would have been better to walk into the store and buy off the shelf

    This absolutely the worst service you can find from any Best Buy in central Florida. Unprofessional and rude to customers who simply just want to perform simple transactions. Ish whom told me he was the manager & whom Id clearly stated that he was a Supervisor was Very rude & Unprofessional when we stated to him about the item we wanted he didn’t even want to check the inventory neither did he notice that his merchandise was misplaced. I was sent back and forth to find an item with no assistance from Mr Ish . The cashier Mateo didn’t even let me know that I had a remaining balance on my gift card instead he threw it away. I abhor their customer service and it has made the whole Best Buy company seem utterly distasteful. All around terrible service what a poor representation of the company especially on the behalf of the so called “manager”. 0 stars will never return to this location felt very OFFENDED BY THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE!
