8-27-2023 is when I ordered.I specifically said on the app not to overcook the cheese on my pizza and they did not listen. I swear young people demand the raise in their pay but don't want to put in the effort in their job. Somethings got to give. Honestly I should get a free pizza out of this unsatisfactory work.

this was such a bad experience with pizza hut. I was trying to order food for my children and babysitter while I was at work and never received my paid for pizza. I ordered online. Was told it was posted as carryout, was told they changed it, and it would be on the way. Long story short, never came. Was triple charged, then tried to send the pizza out 4 hours later and charge me again without any communication to driver or me. Couldn't contact anyone. Driver hung up on me as well. Needless to say, no one got pizza that night and I'm left with charges, and hungry kids

Pizza Hut used to be so great and they've turned into a bunch of nothing. The kids that they have working there don't even know what their specials are. I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again! Papa John's is the place to go

Went here earlier this week. Absolutely the worse pizza I have had in my sixty years. Save yourself any trouble and just go to the grocery and get you a frozen pizza. Whatever you get will be ten times better. But if you do go here, check your order before you leave. I got home and had a major disappointment.

I've ordered pizza from this location at least 8x in the past 6 months, never, even though it is requested, do they ever put seasoning on the crust. Tonight I ordered 3 different pizzas and requested seasoning on each one and as you can see by the pictures the crust is plain. I have given enough chances as I know people are human and make mistakes, but every single time?? Don't even offer it as an option if your staff will not do it. I know its just crust but thats it, it's just crust-add the seasoning or dont offer it.

Received my order and do not include my drinks. Called the store, placed on hold for 15 min. Called back asked where my drinks were. The lady said that they don’t have them and refunded the money. No one called to say sorry we don’t have the drinks you ordered. The girl said sorry I am all by myself here. So they just refunded my money 7-10 days for the drinks. Always have issues here

When I order for delivery I expect a Pizza Hut driver with a hot bag to bring my pizza. Not a DoorDash driver. Lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t care at all about her job. Didn’t speak clearly or loud enough. I said “What” more times than Stone Cold Steve Austin did in the attitude era of WWE. Ill stick with Papa John’s. Do better

I recently placed a delivery order for a pizza, and unfortunately they had sent one with the wrong toppings. Mistakes happen though, that’s no problem, so I called the store and spoke with a gentleman on the phone. He was polite and helpful, and had a new pizza on the way that matched the order. Everything was delicious and I’m very appreciative of their service, it was excellent and staff was friendly. Thanks so much!

Really bad experience, went in to pick up my order and the place was absolutely freezing, there were at least two people working and it took them a really long time to come out and talk to us, Very unprofessional. Finally they brought out the pizzas with an attitude and they looked burnt, dry and old, they obviously were reheated. So I had to ask them to cancel my order and ask for a refund. Seriously, don’t waste your time and your money here :(

The Pizza Hut Melts were not what I was expecting we got to different ones not impressed with either one but to give you an idea why... We order one of the meat lovers and it has..(pepperoni, ham, pork, beef, Italian sausage and bacon) you would think that you would get meat in every bite... but no there were several bites that were just cheese and not a lot of cheese either. I would have rather paid $9.00 or $10.00 and it be stuffed with meat.

Was so excited and ready for some pizza but the pizza I ordered was hard, dry, and had a sticky chewy like texture. I can’t tell If it was over cooked or undercooked but I couldn’t eat it. I was able to get a refund luckily but had to drive all the way back to the store to give them back the pizza which is fine because I didn’t eat it but I had to waste gas even though I wasn’t the one who made the mistake. It was almost like they didn’t believe me. I drove all the way there just to receive another copy of a receipt I already had. Save yourselves the trouble and buy from somewhere else.
