This was our first experience with this Urgent Care and we were pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and the staff was cordial and kind. The process was seamless from online appointment setting to check in upon arrival. We highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting Urgent Care I was impressed. The receptionist took time to answer all my questions the nurse and doctor were helpful caring and kind. The office was spotless. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

The receptionist was friendly and explained everything. I was taken right back to a room. The doctor examined me and prescribed appropriate medications. Doctor was very nice, listened to my concerns and explained everything and why she was prescribing the medications. I recommend this Urgent Care as they are friendly and will listen to your concerns.

We arrived without an appointment and were taken back almost immediately. I regretfully failed to get everyone's name that helped us but it was the team working on 1/31/24. They were all fantastic! Very educated and professional young ladies. We were in and out! The entire office including exam rooms were very clean. They have an x-ray machine and EKG, and other smaller diagnostic equipment on site. No CT or MRI. They also have a bunch of other self pay services to choose from. I'm so happy to have such a nice urgent care so close to home! Thank you to all the young ladies at Urgent Care of New Port Richey!

Arriving at the urgent care for the first time there was only one patient before me. Sign in was quick and painless. Went to a room right away. PA came in shortly after assessing my concerns, sending in a prescription with follow up advice. Each person I encounter was pleasant, Professional and kind. I highly recommend this place over MedExpress any day!

Showed up at 11:45 for a 12:00 appointment, and I was directed right to an exam room. Flu/Covid test and seen by the doctor and out of the office by 12:14. Prescription was ordered right away. Everyone was friendly and the office was very clean. 1st pleasant urgent care experience ever. Thank you!

Went here for the first time used to go to another Urgent Care. The front staff the nurse and the doctor were all super pleasant, helpful and caring. I was in and out even as a new patient in under an hour will definitely use this Urgent Care should I need to again

Since you coming in they make you feel better. Professional and friendly. The PA Naia Rodriguez is the best. Explain every situation. Size effects of your new medicine. Love the place. Clean. Nice. I recommend very much.

Clean facility and prompt service but that’s about all I can say. Did a viral panel to see what was wrong and 3 days later they call me to tell me it can’t be ran because it wasn’t kept at proper temperature!! How do you run a medical facility and are so careless with tests and specimens? I was told accidents happen. That’s not the answer I want to hear. Want me to come back for another test. Hell no, I’m never returning. Called for antibiotics after I wasn’t prescribed them and told I needed to contact my primary care for them. Isn’t this a place you go to get treated?!?! Will never ever return.

Each time I have been, we are in and out quickly! The front desk ladies are very nice and quick to get us back. Dr.Sandra is kind and very knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns and tested for every possible diagnosis.

I have been 3 times the last 5 months to Urgent Care on Little Rd. My experience has been excellent. The front office staff as well as the medical professionals have been efficient, courteous, Knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

I absolutely loved the ladies that helped me out from the front desk all the way to the Physician Assistant. Natasha is literally amazing and the team was so helpful and supportive during my visit. I will 100% recommend this urgent care to others!

My wife came here on Christmas morning. The staff starting with the front desk was nice and pleasant considering it was Christmas Day. The medical care was thorough and detailed. She was happy with her care and would recommend them if you need non emergency care. God Bless their hearts for working on Christmas Day.

We recently moved to the area and my general physician is a hour away. Went to Urgent Care twice in 3 days for not feeling well. Both visits went great, despite being sick. Front desk, nurse, and PA were all friendly and caring. Will definitely go back there again if needed. Thank you.

These ladies are always amazing. I recommend Urgent Care of New Port Richey for anyone unsure of where to go. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and they take the time to address your concerns and answer all of your questions. They tend to your issues efficiently, effectively and with a smile.

I booked an appointment online on Black Friday since my Dr. Office was closed. Did all paperwork online ahead of time so when I walked in all I had to do was pay copay. I was actually in and out before my scheduled appointment time. Friendly staff and clean inside facility. I would definitely recommend and would go back for future visits if needed.

This is my third time at the clinic and am recommending it to everyone. The staff is pleasant and friendly, clinicians are thorough and easy to talk to. The have been caring and spot on with their diagnoses all three times. We will continue to use them anytime we can’t get in with our primary doctors!
