AT first I was apprehensive about going to a dealer I did not purchase my golf Car from. To my surprise they were a better choice. The set of new batteries were installed quickly and instead of charging me for a whole new set of cables they only had to replace one and repaired another, saving me a lot of money. I am very pleased with West Coast Golf Cars Service Department and would recommend them highly.

This are very genuine people. I went to them planning on buying new batteries for our golf cart after it had been sitting all summer/fall which is $1000. Instead they recommended I rent their battery jump charger for $20 which fixed the problem. Thank you!

I met the owner before the COVID-19 and I was impressed the way she explained about the purchase. Other day, I went to purchase a refurbished cart and ended by purchasing a used car.Alan Howe was the salesman and he was polite and honest. They always respond promptly when I call. Their service is outstanding. If I have to buy again, I will buy from them.

A little expensive, but every time I had work done , it was done right,fast and professionally. Also very honest, I brought my cart in thinking I needed new breaks, it turned out all I needed was a cleaning and adjustment. Highly recommend

1984 Chevy dealer sales tactics. They won't put the mode; prices on the website. HHHmmm, all us geriatrics know what that means. At 80 years old, it stinks. Get a lady on the phone , the price is higher than a man would hear.

My husband and I bought an EZGO golf car recently and had a wonderful experience. They customized it to exactly what we wanted and were so helpful and patient! First class service and best price around. We shopped around and felt very comfortable here. Thank you West Coast!

Purchased two trojan batteries the first one and the wrong amp battery and a second battery the correct amp battery .Alexis would not replace wrong amp battery which would burn out the battery next to it. Both Alexis and the regional manager and Alexis are uneducated ( batteries come with the same amp's in each battery) in the battery systems according to EZGO and Trojan Tech service. Both said they had no control of the dealers. So be ware you have no support from the manufactures and the dealer ( west coast golf carts) can sell you any part right or wrong and they will not stand behind there error. Will not recommend or use this dealer again.

A class operation. During our first "exploratory" visit, we were greeted promptly but not pressured at all. We had a lot of questions and they were all answered accurately to our satisfaction. We were impressed but checked out other carts and dealerships. None came close in terms of quality of the cart and price Our second visit was to buy. We asked a few more questions about specific carts and accessories; again, the answers were comprehensive and honest. One exchange was particularly revealing. We had noticed as we shopped around that on-board chargers were a "thing" and it sounds like a good idea. Sales people at other dealership and other brands made a big deal out of it. We asked why the cart we were considering (and ended up buying....a Lithium Elite 2-seater) didn't have that feature. The answer that sales guy gave was simple and made so much sense: If there's a problem with a built-in n charger, the cart would have to come to the shop for repair. With a stand-alone charger, you can simply bring the charger in. Simple. They evaluated our trade-in, offered a fair price, and that sealed the deal. They are making a few customizations for us, and we will receive the cart in a few days. We're very happy with the purchase. If I could give more stars, I would.
