Made
an
appointment
for
my
Daughter
to
try
out
the
first
free
class
to
see
if
she's
Interested.
Class
was
for
4:30pm.
Showed
up
and
signed
in
at
4:19.
I
asked
several
questions
as
this
was
our
first
time
there.
Was
told
at
4:30
an
Instructor
would
come
and
get
my
daughter,
so
just
have
a
seat
and
hangout.
Hangout
we
did.
We
patiently
waited
almost
30
minutes.
Not
sure
if
Instructors
lost
track
of
time
or
what,
but
it
was
very
disappointing
to
say
the
least.
Nothing
was
explained
to
us
or
anything.
So
after
wasting
30
minutes
of
my
time
my
family
and
I
decided
to
leave.
You
might
have
a
big
Ole
nice
gym,
but
the
customer
service
sucks
In
my
opinion.
Update:
After
Communicating
with
the
Owner
both
on
Google,
and
on
the
Phone.
I
RESPECT
the
Honesty
in
admitting
that
the
ball
was
dropped
and
it
should
not
have
happened.
Instead
of
making
excuses
they
owned
up
to
their
mistake
and
offered
a
2nd
Opportunity
to
make
it
right.
After
trying
out
the
Beginners
Class,
my
daughter
really
likes
it.
Although
it
is
Challenging,
I
think
she
is
up
to
the
Challenge.
All
that
to
say
we
are
proudly
now
part
of
the
Jubilee
Family,
and
Thank
you
Marybeth
for
turning
a
Negative
into
a
Positive
for
everyone.
