When you buy a 6" sub and they steal a third of it right off the top before giving it to you. What a scam! I got a 4" sub for the price of a 6" sandwich.

I went by this location Yesterday morning at around 4:30 and I have to say I was disappointed. The restrooms were nice at the time and the cashier was quick to come up to the front for backup when it got busy. The staff was nice but the food was downright disgusting. The quesadilla that I was given was overcooked in certain areas and very undercooked in other sections. I only ate a few bites of it but this was not worth getting. I'll go by another time but this almost made me sick.

The LOWEST GAS PRICES IN THE COUNTY AND HILLSBOROUGH, TOO! I visit this Wawa location at least once a day, Monday through Friday. I drink TONS of coffee & the coffee here is as good as any coffee chain! The entire store is SPOTLESS, the staff is friendly and courteous, they work with urgency, understanding customers have limited time during work. Lottery available. Beer & Wine, yep. Custom sandwiches and salads are delish...grab & go, fresh. Great job, folks! Keep it up, thanks!

Excellent Wawa, always clean, very fast preparing food, even when busy. Staff friendly, gas prices usually best in area. Gobbler season is back, love the sandwiches tried the bowl for first time today...Yum!!

It's Wawa. The new setup at this one is terrible though. People waiting for their food crowd in front of the coffee station, completely blocking everything. It's bad design that encourages idiotic behavior, and there are a lot of idiots out there.

Save yourself the heartache and drive right down the road to US Highway 19 Wawa instead! Not only are they always out of things that are premade or on their menu, but their drink machine is always broken (whether it be completely broken or just the ice dispenser/maker). Then, to top it all off... BEWARE WHEN YOU GO TO THEIR RESTROOM! This picture was taken at 9:30pm and it was there at 10am this morning too- SO...THAT MEANS... NO EMPLOYEE HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO CLEAN IT! NASTY NASTY!

So I'm leaving this Wawa right now it is 1:40 p.m. April 25th and apparently they don't have any management here because I ordered a sandwich and the three people behind the counter are standing around talking screwing around not making anything.. I waited 15 or more minutes and finally asked them what the problem is. They didn't told me that they wanted me to pay for it first so I went over to stand in line for the register and the register line was not moving there was 10 people in front of me. The cashier was laughing and joking around with the person in front. Let's not forget it is Monday at 1:40 and people are working we have to get in and get out. That's not happening in this location. They're moving like snails and nobody is in a hurry. And there is no management so unless you have over 30 minutes to hang out inside this store and watch the staff scoring around not trying to get you in and out of there..then I would go somewhere else. I ended up with no drink and no food and no purchases good job Wawa.

Horrible customer service. Doris needs an attitude check very nasty and very rude to customers will never go back to that Wawa again.

For several years I brought plastic and glass bottles, aluminum and metal cans and plastic bags to the container clearly marked RECYCLING to this WAWA facility. I recently was told by an acquaintance that they DO NOT recycle the material left in the bins, but rather just dump it in the garbage. I was doubtful so I asked a manager if that was the case. She said yes they do put it in the garbage dumpster. This is unconscionable, especially in this era of keeping this kind of stuff out of landfills. And they have the word RECYCLE painted on the bins. It is false advertising and also shows WAWA’s disregard for ecology. Shame on them.

Ridiculous customer service in here they don't attend to you when they see you and then when you ask to be attending they can't remove a glove to hand me a bag? that's so ridiculous I think you need to wash your eyebrows and repaint your face you look like a clown. Damn attitude for what?!

Sharing my thoughts on this gas station, they always have their 2 air pressure stations working, which is nice because no place else around here does. The staff is usually very quick and professional, never had an issue. Haven't had their food, but they usually have a good quality of product, in sure it's great!

Never has the Brisket, rice or fries missing alot of food Items that others have.

So much for the new improved Wawa can't even get coffee The new self-producing coffee machines we're supposed to make the employees jobs easier but it's making an inconvenience for all the customers because they're not working properly Go back to the old way where things were always done and the customer could get what they want but now the customer has to leave and try to find somewhere else to go

Sometimes in life you look forward to the spoiled opportunities you come to love about living in the greatest country ever. When I heard this location was closing for remodeling it was a Titanic level sadness. I am happy to report that I noticed the lack of construction labels and got the best experience ever from amanda & teli. I feel awkward saying the meal was just absolutely everything someone would want and more. It just sounds cliche, but it's impossible for me to be more cheesy than that bomb buffalo chicken mac panini. ok google, i'm just eating, disable mic

At 7:20 am I stopped for coffee and breakfast sandwich. There were 2 registers open with at least 50 people waiting to check out, 50! People started a 3rd line at another register because the guy at the 1st register sent everyone in line away. BAD FOR BUSINESS! Waited in another line for another 5 or 6 minutes. Total time 20 minutes. I left my stuff and went to another store.

Best gas prices around and food is on point and always fresh made to order! I love Wawa!

I come to this location a minimum 2x a week, as I work late hours roughly an hour south of here. Luckily I live right up the road, because Wendy works here. There is NOONE here who cares more about the customer, than Wendy. You want to talk about above and beyond? …don’t get me started. Wawa could not have a greater asset at this location. Promote her immediately.

I got asked what my special order was probably about seven times by everybody behind the counter. I wanted extra garlic aïoli. My order took about 30 minutes to make and there was chaos with inside the building. I get to my car am I sandwich had no garlic aïoli and they were missing a Mac and cheese.

Always 5 stars except for today. I ordered thier standard Chicken Parm. I got nothing but plain chicken. Did I do something wrong on the screen? I mean the paper says Chicken Parm.

I ordered a meal & shake from here last night I’ve ate at almost all the Wawa’s in the area & I must say this location made my food the best by far I had a chicken fettuccine bowl with broccoli it taste like I got from Italian restaurant will definitely order from here again

I have came in everyday to get a bursting bubble refresher. The guy that works during the day either tattoo is amazing super fast even with a line out the door. He always makes my drinks so delicious and fast.

Being a Huge fan of WAWAs hand crafted drinks this particular location has their company standards down pat. With the crazy hours I keep this location always seems to create my drink to perfection no matter the hour of the day served with excellent smiling customer service. (The cherry 🍒 on top, metaphorically speaking)

Staff is always helpful and smiling. The manager tonight helped me put together a special offer which saved me money. I'll be back 😊

Worst Wawa location ever. Please take your business somewhere else. Yes the people are great, however this is the fourth time they ruined my sandwich/order and this is the only location that has this issue. One time, I politely asked for the chocolate chips added to my coffee, which they automatically come on it, and she said it's an upcharge for it and didn't place it. This current time, I ordered a sandwich and asked for extra honey mustard sauce on it and they put some spicey BBQ sauce on it it was disgusting. Another 2 times, they didn't put the honey mustard on the sandwich at all. It comes on the sandwhich. This puts my whole day at an inconvenience because this is the fourth day I will be going to work without food. I don't have time to sit there while they remake my sandwich. Now I wouldn't have done this, if it were one time but enough is enough. Please train your employees better. I get working in this type of industry is hard, but 4 times guys? Four times. I will be going to a different store from now on, and will be encouraging others as well. I'm so disappointed, not that anyone cares. I'll just be labeled a Karen and out of like 90$ due to the amount of orders this specific wawa messed up and due to the lack of time before my shift. The other wawa's don't do this to me, so why do you? Stupid ridge wawa.

Extremely upset with the service I just got. I never go on here and write complaints, but the way I was talked to was uncalled for. I don’t know if the managers read these, but I came in around 6:00 (Monday night) . So whoever you had making the drinks should be taught how to talk to customers better. It wasn’t even busy for her to be frustrated or anything. I work in the same line of business. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a sub and thanked the young lady. I didn't get a thank you back, a hello, or you're welcome. This younger generation are snobs. They need alot of training in the hospitality department! So I had to come back and add to my review because she also didn't make my sub correctly. I ordered the Cajun turkey which comes with a special sauce and old bay spices. I got an original turkey without those toppings. Listen heffa, please do your job right or find another one!! SMH

I don't know what's going on here lately but they have not had my milkshakes and I get them 5 to 6 days a week they have this problem two weeks ago for almost a week straight and now again you really need to get it together there I'm going to another place

Paid nearly $5 for a custom bagel. Very dry. It was supposed to have Chipotle sauce but didn't. Bagel was very hard. Egg was kinda burnt.

I'm in here everyday to get my coffee and breakfast. Some days even I'll come back for lunch or dinner! The morning crew of Devin, Jean, Catherine, Pam, Natalya, Mileyza, Gregory, Kenneth, Doris, and Robin all do EVERYTHING in their power to make sure that my day is started off on a good note and my breakfast is ready to go. They are the bomb!
