First time in A long time having a good experience at this location. Most of the time at this location was a complete mess and disappointed with the Service. However the other day was really refreshing that I actually got good service out of this location first time in years! Unbelievable! The eggs were almost exactly the way I wanted them. First time ever. I forgot the names of the server and girl cook. I will update this In A few days, they did a good job. And I am very happy with them.

Haven't been to a waffle house in years and I definitely have been missing out. Not only was the food amazing and fresh but the servers were friendly and fun. Recommend giving this place a try. 💜

I love this place.. Always cheerful, food always great.. If you like chili.. Try theirs on hash browns w/ onions and cheese... With a side of T-bone.. You'll thank me later. I will always tell you like it is, good or bad, and this place is great!

I used to come to this location every time I wanted Waffle House. My waitress was a gem! The manager is great, and the food is usually great, but this last trip wasn't. I ordered my steak medium rare and my eggs over medium as I’ve done for years. The steak came well, and the eggs came over easy. The order was relayed right, just not cooked right. I was then offered the steak to be redone and that was nice. Then came the part that really ruined this location for me. Two other staff members proceeded to attempt to gaslight me into believing that the way I've been ordering eggs (for the past 20 years and have only had this and one other mess-up) was wrong. Nice try ladies! I'll be going to another location until I'm sure they're gone.

Been there for breakfast a few times with my husband... Food is always cooked as asked for & the coffee is fresh. Service is always friendly & efficient. THUMBS UP 👍

Staff were awesome, nice environment but... the Food was less than desirable!!! I ordered Breakfast and within minutes the food was at my table, uncooked Hash Browns, Biscuit was raw, Chicken was tuff, the Coffee was weak and the Waffles were okay. If I wanted fast food I would have gone to a fast food establishment, I wanted to relax and eat a Hot Breakfast Meal.

Our Thanksgiving Day Breakfast ! Coffee, pecan waffle, 3 bacon, 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, and slices of tomato! Excellent! More than enough! Thank you Miranda for you patient and friendly service. For such a busy day everyone work very well together. THANK YOU!

Kristine and I took one of our grand sons here because he spent the night with us and he enjoyed the experience! The food was great as was the kitchen staff a few wait staff ! Highly recommended eating here ! Ya it's waffle house but damn good!! We will be returning on a regular basis !

At 11:30pm on a rainy night, after 8 hours of us moving my wife's father's possessions into a storage unit, a pile of waffles really hit the spot. One of the few not horrible moments on our journey to Florida.

I haven't gone to WH in years- they use Margarine and I don't like Margarine. However the lure is the Pecan waffle was too strong! So, I took my stick of butter and THOROUGHLY enjoyed my breakfast!!!

Nice place, decent food. It is the loudest place I have ever eaten at with waitresses constantly hollering orders to the cooks and the never ending sound of dishes clanging together while stacked. It's their footprint being very small and fast customer turnover - not for everyone, earplugs might come in handy..

Quick service. Our waitress Katie friendly and attentive. Food came out quick and was tasty. Who doesn’t love tasty waffles?

Kindness is key at this Waffle House and kindness is what you'll get when Kent is your waiter (everyone was very nice) the food was great, well prepared and I asked that my hashbrowns be made with love and this is how they came out!!! Thanks Kent for a great Waffle House experience!!!!

First time at this location. I was actually surprised at how well they kept the place clean, sanitized, and safe for customers during covid. Every employee was wearing a mask (and actually wearing it correctly!) AND every table was separated by plexiglass. I really appreciated all the precautions they took for me to enjoy my dining experience. The staff was extremely nice and the food was perfect. I will definitely be coming back:)

I hadn't been in a Waffle House in YEARS!!! It was GREAT! The employees made it great! They were so nice and just treated us like they had known us forever! Our food was all cooked perfectly and we were informed that the cook was the youngest one! Lol! We will definitely go back.....it was great!

I've been to many waffle house diners Always great food cooked to your desire. Never had bad experience at any waffle house, but I had a greater experience here then normal. My waitress was also from Ohio and same neighborhood as me, and talking about it was a trip down memory lane

Food always good made fresh and they actually make homemade sausage gravy. You'd think living in the south you could get homemade gravy in these supposed fancy restaurants but no it all comes from a can.

The food is wonderful and the employees are very good at their jobs. There is a man who works there named Kent, and he is the nicest, most hardworking restaurant worker I've ever seen/met.

Absolutely amazing people! When I came in, they're attitudes were amazing 👏. Felt like I was sitting at my home kitchen with the family! 1000% coming here for the cravings, and definitely after late night bar trips! I ordered the chicken melt bowl with extra browns, onions, and gravy on top! To say good, is an understatement and a disservice to the chef. It was mouth watering, hot, and oh, so filling! They filled my bowl to the brim! It was extra sloppy with the gravy! They went beyond customer greatness and expertise. I felt at home, and had a wonderful convo with both the waitress and chef! Every time I've been to any waffle house I enjoyed my food and my time. The group I was with go out to eat regularly and this was top notch dealing with such a large group. With 14people it was a little tight but that's a problem anywhere we go.

We went here to celebrate my nephews seventh birthday. They played the birthday song on the juke box for us and gave him a free birthday waffle. Kent our sever was so nice and attentive. The cook was also very nice.

Sadly our experience was so poor with bad customer service and the noise from the kitchen and the cooks. The best part was walking away..,,quickly The server could not bring herself to smile at all and everything she did for us was an effort for her, just rude. Right next to our table they were washing and scrubbing the floor..,.really??

Always great. The cook working was overly delightful and humble to serve us and his employees well. Wish I would have gotten his name but he was definitely going above and beyond to help everyone and we tipped accordingly. Hope everyone else remembers how to tip also.

Five stars for CLEAN, efficient, quick , price, friendly. I have never in my 10 years of dedicated waffle housing across America seen one this clean. Even the condiments bottles were clean yall. Kinda laid back. Of course it was close to crew change. They should gradually transition to the next crew one person every 30 minutes instead of all at the same time

I am one that loves Waffle House. My family and I enjoyed our time there while we ate. The restaurant was not crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and quick to get the food out to us. Our meals were very delicious. No complaints from us. Good job keep up the reputation Waffle House has created.

My husband and I walked in late night. Staff was friendly, food was nice and fresh, perfectly made. I even asked for light and fluffy pancakes and they got it right on the money. The place was clean and the overall energy was just a positive vibe. I haven't been to this waffle house in a while because of service I had received last summer but I have to tell you.... I am glad that I decided to give them another try. The new staff you have has definitely made me feel welcomed and we will Absolutely be back for another late night meal
