    This place does not even deserve 1 star. The front desk women are nasty and rude. I made my appointment 10 days ago, got here today and I cannot believe the terrible attitudes they gave me when I asked to see Dr. Patel. FYI Dr.Patel's name is still listed next to the window and online. They shouted at me that he doesn't work here anymore... okay why is his name still there? Why did you let me make my appointment here? They told me he's not here anymore you need to leave. No patient should ever be treated so poorly. They deserve to be fired. I do not recommend this location until they get new front desk employees. That was the worst experience.

    Terrible service receptionist makes me an appointment two weeks out, I get a call two days before my appointment the same receptionist tells me she has to reschedule my appointment for another two weeks out, The fact that I changed my work schedule for my appointment it would be impossible for me to do a later date. To no avail speaking to the receptionist was like speaking to someone who’s does not realize she is dealing with people’s health very nonchalant and misinformed which is scary, I then asked to speak to a supervisor and of course they were unavailable I then told the receptionist don’t worry about it I can just find another doctor with no hesitation she said ok… the worst experience ever when it comes to medical service!

    After at three years of dealing with this dysfunctional office, today was the breaking point. They call me to schedule an appointment for today only to let me know once I get there that I am not on the schedule. I took off work to make this appointment and this is not the first time it has happened. They have issues with calling in your prescriptions, if you need to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment, noone answers the phone and then they want to charge a no show fee. I'M DONE! Please, save yourselves the anguish and find a reputable office that can at least provide par service. This office is not where you want to land. Just look at the Google rating they have and you will understand.

    The only reason I’m writing this review is because of EVELYN. I am going to officially switch doctors offices because of how rude she was with me over the phone, as if my phone call was an inconvenience to her. Amanda Fitch has been an amazing doctor for years but the front desk ( Evelyn ) who took my call today switched how I feel about going to this doctor. I don’t want to go at this point because I don’t even want that type of service when I go to my doctors office. I am choosing to be at this doctors office not because it’s my only option but because of how nasty she was and how she made my call out to be as an inconvenience to her, I’m out.

    Any Business , that schedules someone for a specific time, and makes them wait 90 minutes to be seen, because they purposefully overbook, show a flagrant disregard for people's time and by extension their lives. This seems to be common practice in Medical facilities. This place is the obvious antithesis of Health Care with regard to their disregard to their patients, or more correctly customers, valuable time. Never mind the stress and anxiety it causes their patients/ customers. Once again, it's profits over 'patients". We know the reason is so they can bill customers for an office visit , even when it's really not warranted. It would be nice if their customers could recoup these fees because of their inability to keep to a scheduled appointment on time. There is no excuse except purposefully overbooking for profit. Screw these types of places and this place especially.

    Wow! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The reception at the Dale Mabry location (general operator for one questions/female) SHOULD NOT BE ANSWERING PHONES! She was very rude and impatient- dr’s offices should be filled with kind loving staff! It’s a dr’s office people are going through things. It’s 8:30 am on 1/11/2023 I hope that cal is reviewed! If this is how she starts the day I can just imagine what the rest of the day will be. Ridiculous

    Scott Scheirer, APRN is the worst person I have had to interact with in the medical industry. He acted totally inconvenienced that I was there (for a physical). I waited for over an hour and he did not even sit down when walked into the exam room, spoke to me while standing in front of the door. I was so pleased with Brett-Ashley Montero during my last visit (and first visit). I understand she left FMC and I was seen by Scheirer... when asked when I would like to schedule my follow-up, I told the receptionist I will not be back. Extremely disappointed with his unprofessionalism and lack of care for the patients. Do better! Please tell the young lady shadowing him that he is an example of what NOT to be.

    Jenifer T in suite E should be fired. She does not want to work. She does not want to help customers out. She sits at her disk with the worst attitude possible and is loosing patients for her doctors. I really liked my doctor but I will never be back because of Jenifer. Someone in this company really needs to have a conversation with this employee. It is unacceptable.

    A big shout out to Rachelle in the radiology department. I took my mom to her asthma doctor n she sent her for blood work n a CT scan n to make a appointment with her primary because her blood pressure was to high. While doing her blood work Rachelle was able to make her CT appointment with a appointment with her primary on the same day with a half hour break between. My Mom is 89. We enjoyed her n her Mom for doing what that did n being so pleasant 😃

    Was suppose to go in on 3/17/23 to talk to my pa about wegovy. She called and spoke to me over the phone and the PA canceled my appointment. About month later I got a bill in the mail for a 25 dollar no show fee. So I called and spoke to their billing department about it. They said they would remove it. Today I got an email from them STILL charging me the 25 dollars that the PA was trying to save me from spending. So im tasting to think tje the office as,a whole cares more about the money than its patients. PA Vargas cares about her patients whole heartedly the office though not so much.

    Absolutely terrible!!! They have mixed my personal information with another patient and have wrongfully billed me for services I did not have and are refusing to fix their errors. DO NOT GO HERE

    The facilities and amenities here are numerous and convenient. It is a large, clean and busy facility. They take HMO insurance when many folks do not. Several family practice doctors are part of the line-up. Included within these walls you will find Allergy, Laboratory, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Hearing, Bone Density, Radiology and Dematology services. I have seen only a couple of issues during my visits. Those two issues are organizational and follow-up. They make up for it by giving great service and quick attention and resolution to issues encountered. Best advice is to confirm as you go, speak up when something seems amiss, follow up on your own and keep track of your appointments and times. If they send you elsewhere for services within the facility, ask them if you can stay in-house, they will usually help you to achieve that when possible. Remember, as a facility that takes HMO's, they have stricter guidelines to follow that are required by the insurance companies they must deal with.

    This is the most unprofessional ENT I have ever had the privilege to experience. They made me an appointment for my hearing test and completely scheduled me for sinuses and on my way there they told me I had a 15 minute grace period and when I got there they made me wait an extra 30 minutes and then they send me for my sinuses and not for my hearing and I told the doctor and the nurses before checking up on my sinuses that I was there for my hearing and my appointment was for my hearing and then they told me that it was not for Him and was scheduled only for my sinuses which does not make any sense and they refused to see me for my hearing and then they told me that if they did do a hearing test for me that I would only be able to purchase and maintain my hearing aids through them, and nowhere else that they do not prescribe hearing aids they only give them out through their own so they asked me to lay and speak with the manager, and I waited an extra 35 minutes just to speak with them manager basically told me there’s nothing they can do except schedule another appointment do not use these people

    Tried to make an appointment because of something concerning found in my MRI. My usual pcp is not practicing in my area anymore. Called to see if I can change the to another woman doctor, was told I need to stay with the same team but only the nurse practitioner was accepting new pts and she doesn’t have a schedule right now so I need to call in a few weeks! Then I said I am diagnosed with MS and my neurologist saw I had something around my lungs and I need to see a PCP Asap. She said well we don’t have any openings anyways...Horrible customer service and no empathy toward pts. I WILL BE LEAVING THIS OFFICE AND FINDING ANOTHER PCP.

    CARROLLWOOD LOCATION, specifically Dr. Kamath and Gerald Curley offices. The most disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional staff. Used to be SO much better but totally fell off after COVID. AVOID. They don't understand how to process billing or insurance and are overall run by incompetent, uncaring staff. The doctors are great if you get a chance to see them once every 4 years. I've been a patient for over 7 years and can't get out of here fast enough.

    The ENT office is terrible. The front desk staff always seem upset. They are not friendly or welcoming! I’m allergic to iodine and need a CT scan. For weeks I’ve asked for other options. I was told they would do it without just to arrive and now I’m told they won’t. It’s very frustrating. The fact I have a mass is scary but to have staff and the ARPN, Heather not seem to care is disheartening. They told me to get it done at the hospital without providing any instructions. Very disappointed in this place!

    Terrible experience with Internal Medicine, I had so many issues and was beyond frustrated with the customer service and the doctors I saw. Save yourself some time and stress and go somewhere else. I was prescribed an antibiotic without even getting a lab test result back to confirm the diagnosis, still can't even see the results in my patient portal. Poor care, gave them too many chances and won't be going back.

    Extremely professional staff and respectful of your time. Audiologist Julia Lewerence and ENT Nurse Brittany Villa, are just amazing! Fully listened to your health concerns and proposed a variety of treatments / steps to take care of my health concerns.

    Doctors, nurses and all staff members I have dealt with there and they are very caring, knowledgeable and are attentive to the patients needs first and foremost. I am extremely happy with my and my husband’s care by them all.

    I have visited the dermatology and asthma clinics here, and have had a great experience. The allergy staff is amazing; they are so helpful and compassionate, and give you the information you need in an easy to understand way. I am now changing my pcp to a doctor here because of how awesome my experience has been so far. I’m even making the 30 min drive when I have another location 3 mins from my home (Wesley chapel, the staff there is NOT pleasant) because this place is so great. Highly recommend

    I have used FMC’s North Dale Mabry location and other FMC facilities and have received excellent medical treatment for a variety of issues. My primary provider, Stephanie Hampton is terrific. She cares about her patients and her manner shows it. Appointments are easy to obtain. Waits are short and only necessary if staff are caring for someone else. Dr. Carrechia, my dermatologist, is great. Having all lab and radiology services on site is convenient. I usually receive results next day. The support staff is always helpful and friendly. Having all my medical records available to providers is very convenient.

    Dr. Vargas has been my doctor for years. She is an amazing doctor! She always makes sure all of my questions are answered and concerns are met before I leave! She truly cares about her patients.
