The 3.7 review ratings is a false rating. This is a dirty uncaring place. Not a good place to put your loved ones!!! It has been reported to Medicare Please be aware that most of the positive reviews are made by employees. The employees are encouraged to give positive reviews to boost their ratings. Without the employees reviews this business would have a 1 rating. So this is really a bad place.

It looks all the good reviews are their employees and in my opinion, they were pressure to write good reviews. All the one star reviews are the legit ones. Why I'm writing this review? Well, one of my friend's grandmother passed away at that facility and she took brunch of pictures. That facility is worse than Chinese nursing home and or prison.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My grandmother was here and would be left for hours in a dirty diaper. She was a fall risk and was left alone in the bathroom and fell- she had to call my uncle to call the front desk to get someone to help her. She was kicked by an aide. They also lied and said she wouldn’t eat the day she was taken to the hospital and that’s why her sugar got so low, but then we found out they had found her unresponsive in the morning and just left her like that for most of the day. She died a week later. I feel awful for anyone stuck in there and wish this place would just get shut down.

One word explains the whole experience (Horrible). No transparency or communication. Total lack of compassionate healthcare. My Mom was neglected up to the day they took her to the hospital and she passed away. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews the staff is writing themselves. Avoid this place at all cost.

We had been looking for help to place my Dad's wife in long term care and we were having a difficult time getting help. Then I found Brian Michalo, director of admissions at this facility. He was very helpful and understanding of our situation. With his help, we were able to quickly transfer her to a room here. If not for Brian's guidance, I'm not sure what we would have done. So far, everyone we have met here has been friendly and helpful. We know they all have a tough job to do and we appreciate them all. Thanks Brian.

If you must have a loved one at this facility, visit every single day. It’s a horrible facility. Severely underpaid workers and understaffed. My grandmother declined here quickly and passed away under very suspicious circumstances.

If you want your parent or grandparent to be completely neglected to the standard of care you wouldn’t even treat an animal with, send them here!! This place is an absolute disaster, ran by clowns. The lack of care and compassion at this facility is something I will never forget, and I don’t want anyone else to send their loved one here under the false pretense that there is any sort of professionalism or high standards of any sort going on over there. Don’t make that mistake, you will surely regret it.

ZERO stars! Do not send your family members here, use your due diligence and find another facility, they are not all the same, you have choices. Poor conditions, the rooms have holes in the wall, chipping paint, etc.. 1 bathroom shared by four patients (with disabilities) shower schedule from 11:00pm to 07:30 3x a week, (maybe) rehabilitation is non existent, patient care is bare minimal to “check boxes” only. My dad arrived able to stand and walk on his own (with a walker) he left 2 weeks later infected with Covid and unable to stand more less walk. This facility is the result of poor management and leadership, putting profit over patient care. Again, if you care for your loved ones, stay away from Braden River rehabilitation center. Davion, you might want to spend time training at a legit rehabilitation center where patient care is the #1 priority, you might just learn a few things, because you definitely need it.

I had an exceptional experience at the Braden River Rehab. The staff there was incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported during my rehabilitation journey. I can't express enough how their warmth and professionalism made a significant difference in my recovery. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services – you won't find a more caring and dedicated staff anywhere else

My mother- in- law recently stayed here to recover from surgery. The service was top notch and the staff treated her like family. Due to insurance, she was discharged sooner than we would have liked. The Braden River Rehab staff continues to support us to make sure we are able to get the medical help my mother in law needs to fully recover.

Braden River Rehabilitation Center has an amazing staff; from the Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, CNAs, to the front desk receptionist. The Physical Therapy department was very knowledgeable and proactive with regards to developing plans to better their patients everyday form of living. Overall you can see these group of individuals really do provide the best patient care!

Braden River Rehab was recommended to me by a friend who had great things to say. After admitting my father to the facility for his stay I couldn’t agree more. He was cared for and attended to by the staff on a regular basis. Most of all he was comfortable with his stay and our expectations were met.

Brian in Admissions is absolutely amazing! After trying for weeks and weeks to get my Father transferred from the hospital into a facility with no luck, Brian came though for us! Every time I called to speak with him he was very pleasant and willing to help. He went well above and beyond to help get my Father into this facility. Thank you so much Brian!

The worst possible place you could ever bring a loved one. I hate that I let the “good” reviews trick me into sending my mother-in-law there. She was neglected, verbally abused, and her major health issues were ignored. The staff is rude and careless. It seems like nobody wants to be there, let alone care for anybody. The food is so horrible, my already underweight mother-in-law on chemo, lost an additional 5 pounds because she didn’t want to eat their meals. The staff wouldn’t change her diapers before they left for the night and when my husband tried to get in touch with management about these issues, they wouldn’t give him the time of day. I hope somebody else reads this review and makes the right decision to NOT bring their loved one here. Braden River Care Center is no care center at all.

Would give zero stars if I could. Staff neglects patients and administration doesn't care. Definitely DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. I see your reply and I’ve spoken to the administrator Jemi —she was supposed to be keeping me updated but hasn’t. Very disgusted

Wish I could leave no stars tbh.. I am a nurse w/ ShiftKey and have been trying to call out for my shift for over 24hours. Their staff picks up the phone and hangs up time after time. This will show up as a NCNS on my end all because of their negligence and not wanting to take a c/o.

My grandfather was at Braden River for over a month. Caring staff Every Day. Exceptional Care. I am very appreciative of the staff there. Rehab helped make his recovery very quick.

Best rehab experience I’ve have had. This treatment facility is always top notch, and their caring staff always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that your stay with them is one you will hold all other facilities to the standard of. Thank you to all of of the staff there for making my stay feel like a home away from home!

When my wife came to Braden River Rehab she was in very poor shape. It was mid August and she had been released from the hospital after having septus, pnenumonia, kidney problems, being on a ventolater, oxygen, feeding tube, etc. She could not walk, talk,swallow or communicate. With the help of a fantastic staff of professionals, OT, PT, Speech, and support staff she is only a little over a week from coming home instead of going to assisted living. We highly recommend Braden River. Everyone was great.

Highly recommend this facility as a nurse for 23 years I have had the experience to work with many rehabilitation facilities and my patients i see from here are well cared for and the individual attention they receive to help with their needs in the facility and to go back into the community by Alyse Walton in Social services is the best in Bradenton I have seen. She is a huge asset and I have seen great improvement in the facility since she has taken over this role.

The staff was very attentive, professional, and provided the best care! I am thankful for their support during my grandmothers recovery. 5 stars all the way!
