From the moment we walked into the center, we felt at ease. We were greeted with friendliness and a soothing quiet of the facility. Details were explained, the wait was short, and then we were escorted to our therapy rooms. Felicia was my therapist and she was intent on making sure I was guiding her session with what I felt my pain points were or areas that needed healing therapy the most. She checked in with me during the massage to confirm pressure level, but other than that she didn't talk much...which I appreciate. I find massages are much more relaxing for me if I don't have to carry on conversations. Felicia is highly knowledgeable and even suggested additional treatments as potential options...not hard-selling them. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a massage in the greater Tampa area 10 times out of 10. Value is average/solid, costs are on par with massage facilities in other major metro areas.

Requested relaxation massage 1st time going here and I would definitely recommend and for sure going back asap. Gayle was amazing and focused on a my neck, shoulder and back issues I have been experiencing. I had no pain afterwards and totally relaxed. She mentioned all her qualifications and has awesome experience in massage therapy. Friendly staff, very clean environment and can’t wait to make my next appt with them!

A visit here was delightful and exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was nice and I truly felt welcomed. The massage was good and the facial was amazing. My take home aroma therapy gift was something I actually used. Definitely recommend this place.

I love this place. I have been twice now and will not be going anywhere else! I had a prenatal massage that was so relaxing. My second visit was a 90 minute massage, and both were absolutely fantastic. Not to mention they are so nice and welcoming.

I've had 2 massages and a facial at Safety Harbor and it's my favorite place in the area to go for treatment and serenity. Everyone is pleasant and the service impeccable. It's a great location in Downtown Safety Harbor and each room is comfortable and cozy. The amenities are great and I love this is a local business with caring specialists. The treatment was perfect in every way.

last weekend I celebrated a girls reunion 11 in total. Everyone enjoyed up 2 hours of treatment facial and body massages combined, different therapists and the same opinions “The Best” professional therapists, nice place, great staff, beautiful atmosphere. Front desk lady cared every detail to made us feels confortable. Mimosas Chocolate everything was perfect. The therapists are always focused about your complain and they make special attention to heal it. Best of all is the fact that no other spa offers that amount of treatments time for that price. The owner, Heather accommodated time, treatments and chatting time to us with her great actitud to made this day special for all us. I recommend 100%

I took advantage of a great special they were offering. My massage therapist Kandice was absolutely amazing! The deep tissue massage was by far one of the BEST I’ve ever had! I highly recommend her if you need to get those tough knots worked out! I practically slept thru my following service which was a wonderful facial! Can’t wait to go back!

I have been going to safety harbor therapeutic massage for years now… it’s the ONLY place my family goes for massages. I’m not sure how I haven’t had an appointment with Cinthia before but evidently the stars aligned and she was available!! She was incredible!!! She noticed how extremely tight my back was and suggested we do “cupping”, something I have heard of but hadn’t experienced before…OMG!!!! What an amazing solution to my poor tight muscles!! She was so very attentive and made sure to keep checking on me to make sure that I was doing okay… holy cow… I was SO impressed with the results that I made my next two appointments before I left. I found Safety Harbor Theraputic Massage center after I was in an accident. I needed PT and was in a lot of pain. I did a ton of research and found this facility - I'm so grateful I did. It's absolutely beautiful inside, peaceful and serene. The staff is friendly and they are very organized. My therapist is simply amazing, I genuinely don't know what I'd do without Megan, she is the best there is. I can't say enough about this massage center and I'm so grateful for Heather and the entire staff, it's truly a special place.

I had a wonderful to-die-for facial today with Lena. The products used felt and smelled sooo good! Lena offered professional advice when I asked for it. Also the front desk gal sang Happy Birthday to me! I will return again and again. Bar none, this is the best place around for spa services!

I found this spa through a Facebook ad and was honestly a little skeptical at first. But after doing some research, reading the great reviews and speaking with Joanna (lovely person), I booked the package for my friend and myself. So glad that I took the chance because this spa was truly amazing. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end - the booking process, the online registration, the treatments and the goodies after the treatments! Super package offered through FB, but even their normal prices and range of extensive treatments are well worth coming back for. The spa itself was also very nice, had a great ambiance, smelled good, was clean and fully stocked with everything one would expect at a high end spa. The facial with Rowena was awesome. She did a great job, answered all of my questions and provided guidance on proper care for my skin type. The massage with Kandace was also very good and she was able to address a problematic hip area for me. I will most definitely be back:)

Such a wonderful overall experience. I've been going here for about two months now, and the whole team is amazing. The front desk team is always kind and easy to schedule and take care of billing with. Lyn and Renee are spectacular massage therapists-definitely book with them if you can, though I am sure every therapist there is super talented.

Staff is SO incredibly kind and thoughtful when making an appointment and in person. I haven't had anything but a great experience here. No long waits, and the staff listens to your requests and concerns. Very relaxing and much needed. I have gotten both massages and facials here.

Love the Safety Harbor Therapeutic Massage Center! There are so many different things you can have done there. I had my first experience with cupping there - amazing! The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, absolutely a place to unwind with a great massage or facial!

I have been coming to Safety Harbor Therapeutic Massage Center for about 9 months now. I was searching for a place that was calm and relaxing, as my everyday life is the total opposite. Not only that but I wanted someone who could help alleviate some of my pain from the conditions I suffer from. I have been seeing Felicia and she is wonderful! Not only is the setting calm and relaxing but just her presence is so warming. She makes you feel comfortable and allows you to de-stress while you're there. Everyone at the front desk has also been great and very helpful. I'm not sure if massage therapy is considered an addiction these days, but it has definitely become MY addiction and I would say it's a good one! I always look forward to my massage days with Felicia! Thank you all at Safety Harbor Therapeutic Massage Center!
