I went there to get a small screwdriver and the man (I can't remember his name 😭) was so nice and helpful as well as knowledgeable about what I needed. I was able to get the right thing the first time!!

I’m a WestLake resident n volunteer my time to help out our maintenance man. We had to replace a broken child’s swing n remount a fire extinguisher. We were met at the door and Lou walked us to the isles to obtain the proper, remedy pieces. We were in and out in 15 mins. Job was completed in 30 mins. Lou was professional and knowledgeable. We’ve been frequenting this Ace Hardware since it first opened. We appreciate the rewards, and recommendations from excellent staff. My husband usually goes to Ace once a week for an occasional tool or nuts and bolts. If they don’t work out, the staff easily and quickly refunds our money. I go up there whenever I need birdseed or plant stuff. Yesterday Alex helped me with soil for my plants and plant food to mix into the soil to make them thrive. He helped me save money AND he put the five bags of soil in my car’s trunk. They have most everything you might need from a hardware store, even though they are a smaller Ace Hardware. They are conveniently located, with lots of parking spaces. We really like shopping here.

I had to talk to the manager about something. the manner in which the manager was speaking to me came off as very discourteous and unprofessional. I called up another ace hardware to ask how to report the store. The ace employee also made comment to how he has heard from others that this manager has a history of doing that.

Go there at least once a week. Always find what I need, friendly and good service. And they DO carry screening materials. we just bought some, and the aisles ARE smaller than Lowes or Home Depot, which I like, faster in and out without having to walk through miles of stuff you don't need to get to what you do need. If you like big box, then you wouldn't appreciate the difference.

Ace Hardware in Palm Harbor is a great alternative to the big box store. They have a great selection of items, and the staff is very helpful.

This is the best store in town. If your time is valuable, shop here. It will be a hassle-free experience and you can get expert advice.

I gotta say, the layout of this is just too cramped and tight. Compared to other hardware stores like Lowes the prices are more expensive.

A great hardware store with so many different options for your home and garden needs. They have a wonderful new laser guided knife sharpening tool in store that is really cool to watch how quickly it works and even more awesome to reap the benefits of of a sharp knife in your kitchen.

Working on a project house in between Home Depot and Lowe’s and then there is Ace Hardware. I can’t say enough great things about Ace Hardware and the service they provide especially at this location. All locations are very helpful, however, this location has been by far the most helpful each and every time I come. I want to give a special acknowledgment to a man named Kevin who I believe is the manager. This morning for example I needed a connection cord for an oven that was being installed. I forgot to get one in my travels to Lowe’s on my way to the project. I went into the Shopping Plaza of ace hardware and the sign said closed. However, Kevin saw me pull up get out and look at the door and he came over and asked me if I needed help. This man actually open the store and allowed me to purchase the $35 cord I needed so I could be on time for my contractors. Who does that!?! Fantastic service!!!!! Thank you Kevin you are a true asset to the company and you especially represent ace hardware‘s coined phrase the helpful place.

The item my husband needed was out of stock but the staff was kind and helped point him where to go to find it. Really nice store as well.

They do not deserve to carry the Ace brand. Can’t even re-screen doors but the other two Ace stores in the area can just like all the other Ace stores I have used before
