I've been here for many issues and tests (unfortunately). The front end staff is nice, the staff doing testing is always sweet and kind, but the second you need to get your records, you deal with an awful human in medical records. She shouldn't be dealing with the public anywhere ever! Manager isn't much help either. I swore them off years ago when the medical records woman refused me my records disk. Decided to give them another try, per my Drs request. Surprised surprise, same exact issues! They need a serious overhaul in employees!

I've had mammograms, x-ray's, MRI's and ultrasounds performed at this location and been pleased with each experience. The staff was friendly and professional. Recently I required an ultrasound ASAP. The staff took me right in and called Dr immediately with results before I even left facility. I had DVT. Their quick response allowed Dr to start treatment same day without waiting 2-3 days for results. I'd recommend this facility to anyone.

I had an MRI done at this facility this morning. The experience was quite excellent from start to finish. I found the staff to be quite professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. I also want to compliment them on their strict COVID protocol. The waiting room access control is well managed; -an attended locked door and wellness check before setting foot into the interior. The waiting room seating is widely spaced, occupancy controlled. Masks are the order of the day throughout the facility. I've had a difficult time with completing this MRI because of my pain. Two weeks ago I had to abort this same MRI due to the level of pain I was experiencing when attempting to hold still in the necessary position. Because of the holidays and my doctor's busy surgery schedule, it took a bit of time to work thru the pain aspects with my doctor. It resulted in rescheduling and moving this MRI appointment on 3-occaisions. Today was a success! Throughout my challenges, the entire staff has always been helpful and accommodating, even when I was a little grumpy from the pain. I've noted several unfavorable reviews about this facility. Every facility has some. From personal experience I freely acknowledge that not every appointment goes without problems -regardless of the provider. Nonetheless, in my circumstance today, I'm happy that I chose to set aside the few unfavorable reviews and have my MRI done here. I encourage anyone else reading this to do the same.

It is so refreshing to contact an office and get a human! Not only do you talk to a live person but everyone is just wonderful! People are friendly, they listen and actually care! I am new to the county and have had the hardest time getting intouch with doctor offices let alone making appointments! They are welcoming and I always leave smiling! I won't go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend this office!

I had an ultrasound on Monday for my breast and everything was great. The staff did what they had to do and the technician Leigh was great. She was very kind and professional. She was sweet, funny, and it was a pleasure to have her done the procedure. I didn’t have to wait a long time at the waiting room and to schedule the appointment was quick too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome service , mammogram dept staff , went out of there way, to help Me from getting prescription for My imaging, to fitting me in because doctors let me down with faxing the paperwork … best treatment i have had, and this will be the only place I will go back.. the ladies really care about your health and getting fast answers, i left feeling they had gone above and beyond to help me , rare nowadays..I would highly recommend them…everyone from front desk , schedule staff and the staff that does the images, were very helpful

Amazing team of health professionals who made me feel comfortable and secure at one of the worst times of my life. Everyone worked hard to get all my results and faxed to my other Dr's within 28 hrs after my visit. That is truly AMAZING and I am forever grateful!! ❤♥

The equipment is up to date. 3D imaging. All the staff are friendly and caring. The wait time was short and the pleasant lady was very through.

Receptionists was super rude and didn’t even end the call with a bye just hung up because I needed to call back with more information.

New X-ray equipment!! Super nice staff. May be a wait with a small waiting room. You may want to bring a mask just in case.

Had to call 3 times because they said they didn’t get referral. Still waiting now for a call back. This is why I am telling my Dr to not refer me to this place. Their recording doesn’t even give you an option to choose authorization, front desk or anything. Won’t be dealing with them in the future!

5 stars for professional staff x-ray tech etc and great equipment.... The young girl with curly hair at the front window gets ZERO ⭐ very rude not welcoming didn't say hi etc I very demanding.

Excellent patient service and equipment. Even though I live much closer to other imaging facilities after reading those reviews I chose to drive 20 mins further and glad I did. Very professional, clean, friendly and no wait. I'll be back for my other images folks. Thank you.

I used to love going here until I found out that when they updated the computers, the past mammogram films were lost. As a breast cancer survivor, I know that looking at the prior films is important. Can’t believe this happened to years worth of films. I am assuming this happened to everyone, not just me!

Love this place! I get some sort of imaging done every month and this is where I'm coming from now on. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Jackie had my x-rays finished in less than 5 minutes. The office is clean, and the best part is there was almost no wait.

What happened to this facility? Been going there for all my scans and now told they only use their own doctors??? Going up to Sugarmill Diagnostics for bone density tomorrow. It’s a shame that everyone here in Hernando County can no longer use this facility. Would like copies of all my scans.

Been here twice in past month for Ultra Sounds. Great, friendly staff. The technician, Nina is super nice and professional.

I had the best experience. Toni was my daughter’s nurse and I could not have asked for a more patient and kind nurse to care for her and her special needs. She is wonderful. Crystal is the manager there and went above and beyond in the way she helped to care for my daughter while I cared for my toddler. We had a great experience with the entire staff on duty in the MRI office. Thanks ladies.

Marianne did my MRI and guided me through the whole procedure. She allayed any concerns I had as I tend to be a bit claustrophobic. Because of her thoughtfulness, professionalism and compassion I did just fine. Kudos to Marianne! I’ve always had a positive experience at West Hernando Diagnostics because of the wonderful staff there.
