Terrible experience with their plumbing staff named Steve. So unhelpful and seemed disinterested to provide any assistance. In my observation he seemed very selective who to help and who to provide assistance to. There are so many wonderful staff at Bunnings Joondalup, but this guy is just so disappointing.

Another great bunnings store. Only thing lacking is the size of the car park. Not big enough to accommodate the crowds of shoppers. Especially during busy times like Saturdays and Sundays

KIDS PLAYGROUND SHUT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!!! Very helpful and staff are wonderful here but just wanted to post this here for the mums and dads, carers etc that the cafe play area is closed into further notice! Had my 2 kids disappointed so thought I’d try help out to avoid at least 1 repeat of disappointed kids 😂

Great store got almost everything. Good prices nice cafe and playground.Generally helpful staff toilets can be a bit dirty at times. Was very helpful with returning a product no issues at all. Easy parking and wheelchair access. Also pet friendly

Rude staff. The first time I went to the Joondalup store I was with my housemate and they couldn’t make it anymore obvious that they thought we were shoplifters. The assistant not only searched through the products we’d paid for and checked the receipt but also made us open up our handbags, meanwhile other people were allowed to walk past without being checked. I’m assuming we were targeted as we were taking our time being in a new store and my housemate’s appearance (she has severe mental illness and can sometimes look a little odd). On another occasion I asked a young male assistant where I might find a particular product and that I’d previously purchased it at another Bunnings the guy literally barked at me “Yeah? ... And? ... We don’t sell that at this store.” On another occasion asking for help the woman actually tutted as if I’d greatly inconvenienced her. The only people there who were helpful and polite were the ladies at the paint counter, especially the American girl. The only reason I go there at all is because it’s close by

I'd say this is the biggest and most well stocked Bunnings I have been to. Knew exactly what I was after and went through the self-service. I can't really give 5 stars without being able to experience their human/service element; a good visit though.

Excellent service today from Connor in the tool shop. Had an issue with a product that I needed to return and he made it as easy as possible and the unit was replaced without any hassle or messing around.

Who doesn’t love Bunnings??!!! It’s got everything, even the kitchen sink hahaha great layout well labelled areas for quick easy shopping although that rarely happens because there’s so much cool stuff to distract you. Best place ever!!
