The chalet was beautiful, clean and comfy. The location was fabulous and the park was clean and well maintained. I would stay again! Next time I would bring a fan for the bedrooms for hot nights as only the living area has aircon and the only bad comment I would make is the kettle needs replacing. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

We stayed with our caravan on a large grassed site, plenty of room. The staff were friendly and helpful, thank you. Amenities were well kept, very clean. Terrific camp kitchen, though we did not need it. Park was well positioned for us to see nearby family, terrific IGA right next door with everything you need. Lovely walk to the estuary. We will visit again, would recommend.

Caravan park is clean and tidy. Bathrooms are nice and also secure. Bay sizes were a bit odd so if you're planning to go, I recommend calling. We had site 146 and it was huge, perfect for what we needed! There is also an IGA right next door which is super convenient

Stayed for a month. Reception always accomodating and flexible to assist with any unexpected potential issues. Chloe in the office was terrific on the phone, extending bookings and making the stay easy to enjoy. Thanks and I will be back.

The staff at Twin Waters were great, the park itself was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the site 166 with the rather steep access area posing a problem both accessing and leaving requiring the use of a trolley jack to both unhook and hook up on departure. I was happy when we were advised that the site was to become a permanent van park home as that removes that problem for future customers. All in all we would recommend Twin Waters caravan park and we look forward to staying there again next year. Thanks ladies and the hard-working kiwi.

Great service from the office staff who knew it was our first outing with our new caravan. They organised someone to help us reverse our van into position. Very friendly and helpful. Ablution blocks were always clean and fresh.

A lovely little, quiet park close to the bush and town. Friendly staff. Amenities are good if a little careworn. Just up from an IGA, bottle shop, chemist, and fish & chip / thai takeaway.

Absolutely great place to stay. Lots of permanents that are grumpy though. Staff were fantastic. Site and facilities great. Cleanest toilets and showers I have ever seen.

Very pleased with our choice. Could live there full time. Comfy bed, well appointed, clean, tidy, modern appliances. Better kitchen than in my own home. Definately recommend

Lovely and quiet. We were on a grassed site and with the rain we thought we would have trouble but it was great. Local IGA, Thai restaurant and Fish and Chip shop makes for easy shopping and take always whilst be so close to major shops to make life easy. Estuary walking distance and so peaceful.

We stayed at a powered site. Ablutions were immaculately clean. So convenient being next door to IGA and a couple of take away places. Love that they are dog friendly.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I needed to get some minor repairs done to my caravan. I was very impressed with how helpful and efficient the lady in reception was. I was given a drive through site which was huge! The amenities were large and very clean, with plenty of hot water. The free wifi was very fast which I really appreciated. I’m very happy that I chose Twin Waters for my short stay.

First time ever using our camper trailer, loved it. Peaceful, neat, clean and tidy. Dogs allowed which was why we chose this location.

When we first arrived at the Caravan park we were greeted with smiles from friendly and informative staff. We were booked in quickly and efficiently by Tanya. The site was easy to find and reverse into. Plenty of room for our 21'6" van with the awning extended. We met the rest of the staff over the course of our stay who were all helpful and friendly. We found the Permanent residents very pleasant to chat to as well. Toilets and showers are very clean with plenty of hot water. We originally booked in for 2 weeks but soon extended for another 2 weeks as we found the park is far enough away from the hustle and Bustle of town but close enough to shops, the beach and the estuary, it's very quiet at night if you're a light sleeper. There are security cameras everywhere and we found the place to be very safe . We have already booked to come back before Christmas and also early next year. Thank you Tanya and Chloe.

We had a nice 2 night stay in a powered site. Nice and grassy with tree shade. The staff were friendly and the check in process was straightforward. Thanks.

My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in our caravan and found that tge facilities were always kept clean and tidy. It was a little tight to get our can in as it is 7 metres long plus the car but we managed in the end. The bays are wide enough for you van and awning to be set up comfortably and your car to be parked within the bay on the service side of your van, if you park your van in the middle of the bay. This would have been so convenient, if we were told this at reception though. So if you are planning to stay here with your van, please remember this this bit of advice. Awesome park to stay at.

Great place. Lovely friendly like-minded holiday makers and residents. Great safe place if you have kids. Right next to IGA and a chemist which is very handy. Could not fault the Chalet we stayed in at all. Well set out and the verandah was very relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable beds, accommodation clean , would have been lovely to see more trees around, we were in Number 1 cabin so had a bit of grass that the dogs could sit on . Over all it suited our needs.

Caravan site - Upon arriving we found Chloe in reception bubbly and friendly. She was a great help to us in finding a dog sitter so we could go on a tour where dogs weren't allowed. Amenities were clean and tidy, plenty of hot water.

Sites for large vans are only just big enough and packed tightly at full occupancy with van, awning extended and car parked at side,. Facilities are average, ablution blocks were clean. Pleasant stay but unremarkable.

There are a lot of permanent residents here, but that didn't affect my stay at all. I had a double sized slab which was easy to reverse onto. Maintenance staff member I met was lovely and cheerful. Amenities were spotlessly clean. Although close to the road, I couldn't hear any noise overnight, so slept well. I liked that it wasn't too close to the hurly burly of Mandurah, but an easy 25 min drive. New shopping centre close by with a Coles at Florida Beach and an IGA walking distance from the park. I would definitely come back.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking last minute for personal reasons. Twin Waters phoned us directly to see if we wanted to change our booking to another date which was wonderful customer service. Recommended on their brilliant customer service and understanding nature. We will book in for another stay :)

Over all its a nice getaway with kids and a dog. We stayed in the cabin 2, Rooms/living areas are fairly updated freshlypainted, new flooring updated furniture. Only master bedroom provided lamps not giving children a lamp, I find that very important and it was missing. All bedrooms were extremely hot with no fan or air-conditioning making it hard to sleep. The main air-conditioning is good for living but doesn't push through into rooms. Very uncomfortable in the current heat jan 2022. Kitchen did lack in alot of Kitchen ware more so for people who book over a week. An over nighter no problem but long-term family bookings it needs more. Bathroom shower was tiny but clean and good pressure would of been nice to have a hair dryer to access. Outdoor seating was a bit cramped with hot air blowing on you with external air-conditioning unit steps to inside and car park all in one. It was a nice enough caravan park, definitely suitable for people who plan on fishing. The playground was very basic sand full of weeds attracting lot of bees and kids are allergic. It did offer a good size pool, nice and clear would of been nice to have pool towels provided separately from bathroom towels.

We had a lovely 4 days at Twin Waters. The facilities were clean and in good order. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sadly on our last night we went to the camping kitchen only to find we couldn't cook because there was no gas for the stove.

Pretty decent camp ground. Toilet facilities where great, hot showers, clean etc. The only issue was our site was on a bit of a slope which wasn't ideal. Would def stay here again. Great location and great dog walking trails on it's doorstep.

Lovely quiet and clean park. Great Managers who are friendly and helpful. Great to be so close to the beaches and estuary. Peaceful surroundings and lovely neighbourhood. Lots of choices for dining out and shopping essentials. Personal opinion that this is the best caravan park in Mandurah.

We had a one night stay and were blown away by the size and cleanliness of the chalet. Also the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Our only problem was that we could not get warm air from the aircon unit however that was not a great worry. We will be happy to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in our caravan. Good size sites. Very helpful staff, good clean amenities. Not far from Mandurah. I enjoyed walks to the estuary. IGA next door very impressive. Lots of books to exchange. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely one night stay here lastnight. We were only travelling from Perth, but snuck in a quick 9 holes on Saturday afternoon and then 18 holes on Sunday at Meadow Springs. The unit was meticulously clean, furnished well, and we were really nicely surprised with the amenities. We enjoyed an amazing Thai meal next door at Thai Basil near the IGA. Thank you to the hosts.

This is a great little caravan park just outside of Mandurah. Little shopping centre next door with an IGA and a Thai restaurant. Ablution block is very clean, nice grass sites with plenty of trees. It is a little old, but still a nice a place to stay for a few nights in our camper.

Stayed three nights in a power site. Concrete slab surrounded by grass. Good camp kitchen, amenities functional but having a coded lock on door has issues at 7am when someone has put wrong code in and need to wait for reset. Big storm event during my stay lost skylight cover over toilet with 104kmh wind gusts. Fish chip shop closed Monday but IGA next door has a good selection of food.

Experience was great. Rooms were clean, facilities were great and very clean. Only addition that should be added to the rooms is a close line. As it is a beach place there was no where to hang beach/bath towels, bathers. bath mats etc.

3 night stay. Easy check in. Nice quiet park, very clean shower/toilet block. Special thanks to the staff who helped my wife hook up our van on departure when I was unwell and unable to do it. Will definately be back again.

We were there to break in a new van. Lots of permanents so not really a big holiday atmosphere for us BUT the cleanest toilets and showers we have come across for ages and they should be congratulated for that alone Well done πŸ‘

Managers and staff friendly and helpful, amenities modern and clean, permanents were lovely too. We had plenty of roomas they were generous enough to accommodate our large van and extra tents. Would definately stay here again and highly recommend

We (5 adults, 3 kids & 2 babies) stayed in the guest house, while 2 other stayed in their caravan & it was fabulous! The house is well equipped, linen is perfectly white & clean & it has a fully enclosed yard with bbq & outdoor table/chairs. The pool was good (kids said it was a bit cold but certainly didn’t stop them swimming!), the playground is great (love the old Red Rooster chook) & the pizza oven is good - a good addition to the usual bbq facilities. Used the ablutions (toilets) & they were clean. Would absolutely recommended this caravan park & would stay here again, staff were lovely too.

We, hubby and I have stayed at this delightful little caravan park many times. We keep coming back due to the exceptional care and support from the staff. They really are so friendly and accommodating with any inquiries and requests. The park is always so well maintained. The ablution blocks are always extremely clean a pleasure to use. Close to the Estuary, beach and shops. I can't recommend this caravan park highly enough.

Although crowded , the park was quiet and very clean. Service ( we unintentionally arrived late) was great. Facilities ( ablution block and camp kitchen) and pool could not have been better. Dog friendly - we bought ours - and no problem at all, the grounds were clean as could be . IGA in walking distance

Of all the caravan parks I've stayed at in WA's South West, Twin Waters has got to be the best. Great and friendly staff, and the amenities are clean and decent. Best of all, the guests at this caravan park seem to be of a different calibre, not like some other places where you have to put up with others' loud music after 10.00pm while you're trying to sleep. Location is great too and not too far away from other key attractions. Definitely would come back to stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Twin Waters CP. the office lady was amazing (super friendly and well organised). The site was a generous size and had perfectly manicured grass, we hadn’t seen grass so nice in a long long time, our dogs loved it! Great ammenities, cleanest toilets and showers we’ve seen in 1000’s km. Fantastic undercover kitchen area with everything you need. Loved the pizza oven , made some great jacket potato’s in it, a real treat after months on the road without an oven ! The maintenance man is a lovely guy , much enjoyed our chats with him and his lovely well behaved dogs. 5/5 from us , thanks Twin Waters ☺️
