First time visiting Zone Bowling Cannington as a #mumofboys taking my youngest and 5 friends. It wasn’t my son’s first time visiting though. Really like the place. Chris (and another guy) was very helpful and he went above and beyond to help me. Food was good and the place was clean despite it was a busy Friday evening. The tickets exchange place has a lot of gift selection. Will be visiting again definitely. The Mega fun pass was a really good deal to purchase!

We had wonderful experience celebrating our son's 10th birthday party. Our host Chloe was awesome. She looked after the kids nicely and assisted us in every way. We will really appreciate if you guys have more vegetarian options available on the day in the cafe as we were told that you can order on the day but there were not many options to pick from. Thanks

Took over an hour to get the food order prepared. The burgers came out with turkish rolls as they ran out of burger buns. Tables were not cleared. Payed for some cinnamon doughnuts with the package and were not provided. Half the games in the arcade can not be played on the pass. Manager seems to not know how to run the show. Go to Strike Bowling instead. Disappointed.

A good place for family and friends gathering. It has variety of arcade games with prizes, very good incentive that you get points from playing games which you can trade in with goodies like toys or lollies. I haven't been to a bowling alley for years, one improvement that impressed me the most was I could set gutter wall for specific player on the dashboard. That was one annoying thing in the past when I had kids playing, we had to lift the gutter wall manually and it stayed there till the game finished. To make it complete, the venue has cool songs and videos played contributing to boost your dopamine level so you enjoy your games even more.

Had a great time, very busy and heaps of activities to do. Customer service was amazing, heaps of thanks to Michelle was a great help. However our car was broken into and very disappointed to find out about the lack of camera surveillance due to lack of care by head of management. This wasn't the first time either. Michelle was very thorough and helped in everyway possible so massive thanks! Overall the place is great, so if the food and equipment. Just disappointed with the lack of camera surveillance and lighting in the car park.

Great family day out. Nice aircond. For a hot day. Fun for adults and kids. Arcade games, foods, drinks.... Recipe for a great Arvo!

If you want to have a quiet time doing bowling I recommend you come as they open, me and my friends had a session booked for 9am and we were the only ones there. The food is good and reasonably priced, there's also arcade games for the kids to play aswell as a photo booth, and a party centre for birthday parties. 12pm and after is usually when its the most busiest.

LOVED ITTTTT timezone but more- food is yummo and the staff are soo nice- 10/10 would come again ❤️❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our 2 games and drinks...we had fun as we hadn't bowled for a long time. Ordered food. Yum! Prompt service delivering to your lane directly. Customer service was great. Everyone friendly and helpful. The music was enjoyable and not too loud, loved the atmosphere all round. Thanks. Will be doing this again 🎳

Come here with my partner ever so often for date night, we always hope our next experience will be better..but the staff always seem to look like they don't want to be there and they are often unhelpful. Food is always coming out late and it's often cold or not cooked properly.

Honestly can’t say I’d return. We had to wait until the bowlers that do competitive bowling to finished even though we booked for 3pm. The mess round with the names on the tv. They kept forgetting even though we wrote them down on a piece of paper. They had also charged me twice when I booked online: still awaiting the refund. Communication is its staff at the venue was very poor. I am still awaiting refund! Staff seem to have very little customer service skills and come across very hostile and cranky. Besides all above food was really good.

A group of us paid for two games each. Not one single game went smoothly. Kept going up to the counter asking for help but no staff wanted to sort out the problem. We were patient enough to sit and wait for 25 minutes. STILL NOTHING. Went up to the counter AGAIN and as we tried to explain our situation the staff leaned on the counter as if he didn't believe us. He did nothing. The amount of times each and every one of us went up there to get help was ridiculous. We then decided to ask for a refund as none of us even finished a game. The manager called Ally agreed and TRIED giving us our refund. As we double checked our bank statements while half way home she ended up taking the money out instead of giving a refund. Called up and complained to see if she could then fixed and do it over the phone, her respond was "no unless you come back in" AS IF IT WAS OUR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Never coming back ever again, do not recommend. If you guys wanna take down this review AGAIN, we will publicly put you on other pages for exposure because that’s unprofessional to do.

Shocking service, none of the staff looked like they wanted to be there, each staff member has a different point of view on the rules of the place, no communication about lanes being broken. Its been brilliant here before but the staff have put me and my family off

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Harry at the front counter. Unfortunately I’m giving 2 stars based on the fact that the cafe basically had no food available. The cafe also doesn’t serve alternative milks which is weird. When we finished our games we decided to have some lunch but they weren’t doing hotdogs, loaded fries or pizzas at that time which was everything we wanted so we didn’t end up ordering anything and went for lunch elsewhere.

Kids attended a friend's 10yo birthday party. Well organised and staff were good. Place is clean and all of the kids and parents had an enjoyable time even challenging each other on the arcade games. Birthday boy also received surprises from Zone 👍

Our section of the bowling lane was being used by a family of about 10, Instead of putting the family on both lanes, they were put on 1 lane, causing them to overflow onto the whole seating section with their belongings, drinks and foods. My neice and i were unable to bowl due to no space, so we were forced to ask for another lane. Once at a new lane, we got to bowling, Decided in-between our 2 games that we should order food. Tried to order through the QR code on the table but the app was not working. Ordered at the counter, took 45 minutes for chips, pizza and 2 milkshakes. We finished our game and sat in the dining area, only to notice our food was ready on the counter, getting cold, but had not been called to collect. Other people were being called up to collect drinks or food while our food was in reach for other people to touch and getting cold. Not a very great experience, We understand the place was busy but it seemed like there was only 1 person cooking, 1 person serving whilst other staff members just stood around. The place was a mess! Leftover food and drinks EVERYWHERE. Will definitely not go back on the weekends, or school holidays.

Really helpful staff and great service

Good fun for us and our kids. Enjoyed the arcade games also. Large carpark, clean toilets, food/drink available. We took our 3 kids aged 9, 5 and 4 - they all enjoyed it. The smaller children were able to use the special ramps for the bowling balls, along with gutter guards.

Loads of fun for the family, great value for money and great service! We were extremely impressed by the customer service from the young staff member (with braided hair unfortunately we didn’t get his name) who looked after our family of 4 from start to finish. He showed such maturity and professionalism and was accomodating, friendly and polite. Thank you for making our first experience at Zone a great one, we will be back!

Zyah was the party host for my son's birthday day. Zyah was awesome with the kids, going above and beyond to make sure birthday boy had a blast. She should be commended. It was an enjoyable experience. We will be back! PS: Really impressed with the renovations. Arcade games too, with the flexibility of using my Timezone card too.
