This office was a 10/10! The team members were so kind and welcoming, they even offered me water and coffee. The wait time was short and the Dentist Dr Nguyen was so awesome. He thoroughly explained everything and took time to allow me to understand everything with my teeth and mouth. They even had a TV on the ceiling which I thought was pretty neat when treatment is being done!! Loved everyone and everything about this office!

It was an amazing first experience. Best dental team I have come across. Very high tech machinery and the most advanced imaging systems out at the moment And a TV to watch when you lay back !

This office is conveniently located near home. I had been going to my dentist for 7 years and driving 40 minutes to my appointments after I moved (3 years later) I realized I needed to find another dentist closer and boy I’m glad I did. My experience in the office the very first time was truly warm and inviting. Addi the office manager will make sure you are taken care of. The office is new and it’s up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment (nice & clean). The staff was very professional & knowledgeable and they made you feel comfortable!! Dr. Thai & Jennie Nguyen has lots of experience - he was very thorough in explaining the process & procedures. They truly have my health and wellbeing in mind. They have followed-up when either my husband or myself have visited. If they cannot reach my husband, they will ring me just to make sure after his treatment all is going well! If you are looking 👀 for a new dentist 🦷 - check out this place. I highly recommend them for your dental needs. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I originally came to this dentist office due to it’s convenient location, it is a few miles away from my home. But boy I am so glad that I ended up here. Intricate Dentistry cured my fear of the dentist. Dr. Nguyen and his wife Jennie are incredibly sweet and passionate about dentistry. They truly want you to understand the importance of proper dental hygiene. They won’t just tell you all of the things that you need fixed, they take the time to educate you as well.They explain why treatments are necessary and also how to avoid issues in the future. Education is so important! Thank you Dr Nguyen and Team. Also shoutout to Addie for her excellent communication, wonderful appointment reminders and warm personality!

The whole staff from Intricate dentistry have been Amazing and accommodating! They have made me feel welcomed and have helped me get rid of a pain I was having. The dentist is very thorough and takes his time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed and they have always taken me to back and seen fast. The most I’ve waited maybe 5-10 minutes. Will be recommending to others!

Intricate dentistry is absolutely amazing from start to finish. They took such great care of me and I would recommend anybody to make this their family dentist! From the reception is picking up the phone and getting me logged in to the very professional and thorough doctor. They did an unbelievably great job! The doctor broke everything down and made it very easy to understand, and made sure that I was getting the exact care that I needed. I cannot say thank you enough and I would highly highly recommend this Denis office to anyone.

At first, I felt uncomfortable as this was my first visit in years. I’ve always had that fear about visiting the dentist because of the poor experiences I’ve had in the past. However, I didn’t have that experience with Dr. Nguyen and his staff members. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen was very helpful and well-informed about my needs and procedures. I contacted intricate dentistry about a tooth that I had pain on and they saw me immediately on the day I called to perform a diagnosis. I had a cracked tooth that needed a crown or needed to be pulled out. I scheduled my appointment with Addi, the office manager, and she assured me that I would be in good hands with Dr. Nguyen. She even scheduled Ms. Kelly to work with Dr. Nguyen during my visit, because she saw that I was concerned, thanks Addi. Upon arriving I was stressed out because of the procedure and this was the first time using Intricate Dentistry for my dental work, my blood pressure was sky high to say the least. Dr. Nguyen and Ms. Kelly attention to my stress and concerns were at the forefront of their minds. Ms. Kelly was exceptional helping me stay calm before and during my dental work. She even put on the movie The Parent Trap for me to watch and stay calm. Dr. Nguyen determined that my tooth could not be saved and extracted it. I felt no pain during my entire visit and extraction. Dr. Nguyen's professionalism, attention to detail and putting the patient first is evident in his work and team. I am very impressed with the professionalism and thankful for the entire team at Intricate Dentistry. I have found a new home for my dental work needs. God Bless You.
