I had my first appointment today with Dr. Shelton and she was wonderful. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor that is understanding and kind and to not feel rushed. I had to bring my 1 yr old daughter with me today to the appointment and they were so sweet to her, had toys for her to play with and made me feel like she was not an inconvenience or annoyance. I even signed up her for the membership plan while I was there! 10/10 impressed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for the warm welcome ladies!

Great place with great people! Brought my 13 yr old son here to establish with Dr. Eller. She is very personable and is an absolute pleasure to speak with and so incredibly thorough. She addressed all our needs and then some. Far above and beyond what we expected. She made sure to cover all the amazing services they offer and made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to getting my Husband established as well. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for comprehensive and convenient care at an affordable cost! So thankful we found them!

We absolutely love Dr. Shelton and Lindy her assistant. We have been going since they first opened. Dr.Shelton spent at least and hour and a half with my first visit getting to know me and my health history and current health needs. I never have to wait to be seen when showing up for my appointment Lindy gets me checked in and takes my vitals and Dr. Shelton is in to see me within minutes. She is the same way with our entire family. We trust her with our health because she takes time with us and listens. I so appreciate the way that they run their business. They respect our time and health. I highly recommend this practice and can’t say enough about the care we receive .

I am so happy I found Advocate Direct Care with Dr. Shelton. I am just overwhelmed by the outstanding service and efficiency of Dr. Shelton. I love the fact we can communicate using the app. Unlike in the past, trying to communicate with my doctor using phone messages, phone-tag. Dr. Shelton does not rush you out of the office but truly sits down to listen to your concerns. Also, she is out to save us money!!!! Lindy is a fantastic assistant. Very thorough and efficient. They make a great team. The place is welcoming, refreshing and comfortable. I feel blessed finding this place and being a patient under Dr. Shelton.

Advocate Direct Care, with Dr. Shelton, reminds me of the good family-style doctor, like I had when growing up. It's a warm environment and one never feels rushed and she is so personable, detail-minded and she zeroes in on my concerns, saving me time and money on unnecessary tests. Her very experienced office manager, Lindy, even helped me set up the app so Dr. Shelton and I can communicate at any time, with no hassle, no cost. The responses are extremely prompt, supplying me with ample information. I feel EXTREMELY BLESSED to have Dr. Shelton as my doctor.

Dr Shelton not only has the best business model, but is the best PC I have ever been to. And that's without having insurance. Her staff did a text check up on me before the holidays. I told them i was feeling a sinus infection coming on. The office text me an eval to fill out. 30 mins later I have a script to pick up at my pharmacy! Fantastic, friendly, supportive client services

We joined Advocate Direct Care when my husband retired. I'm self-employed, so there was no employer-provided insurance any longer. They were referred to me by my dental hygienist who was raving about them. For those that can't afford the outrageous PPO health plan prices, this is the perfect way to get EVERYTHING you need that can be provided by a PCP plus more. The personal attention and availability are better than we ever got at our previous practice. It's very comforting to know that we can reach someone willing to help quickly and we are not just a number to them. We are very happy with Advocate Direct Care and have zero plans to go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
