    Juan is very helpful. I needed a new battery he changed it for me. Called O'Reilly as soon as they opened up. Juan said as soon as you get a jump bring it and I will replace the battery for you. I was still able to make it to work on time. He saved the day.

    I broke down in Walgreens parking lot two months back and the employee at Oreillys not only helped me push my car into their parking lot but also changed my battery out free of charge. I tried to give him $20 tip for the excellent service and he wouldn't accept it because of company policy. It's been the best customer service I have ever received.

    I spoke with Mr. Nelson , if I could give 10 stars, I would . He was tremendously kind, patient, Also very knowledgeable ; Took the time to explain differences in oil filters, and what type of oil I should use for high mileage. Nelson never rushed me off of the phone. He listened to every word , Gave me prices on all products; I could purchase for the oil change this young man should be commended for his great customer skills , knowledge , he went above and beyond : Wish there were more people like him. Thank you so much Nelson . I am a very satisfied customer and hope to meet you in person one day to shake your hand. Very appreciative happy and satisfied customer: Elizabeth Arredondo.

    My friend needed her oil checked to see if she needed to purchase some oil for her car. There was one guy behind the counter, I asked him was he the only one in the store and what we needed. The guy behind the counter said yes, he was the only one in there. Upon waiting for him to finish checking everyone else out so he could check her oil, another guy came from the back of the store. Very disappointing. It took him all of 3 minutes to check her oil. You couldn't ask the other guy to come from the back? You had to lie and say you were the only one there?

    Don’t expect much help from Luis. He seems very lazy. If he’s asked a question about stock availability and he doesn’t know what it is, without actually searching their database, he’ll just say they don’t have it in stock. I literally had to search the store with a fine tooth comb to find what I was looking for. There were no other customers in the store; the least he could’ve done to make his time pass more quickly, is help the customer find what they need. It’s obvious Luis doesn’t want to work the day after a holiday. The assistant manager Ian, on the other hand, was very helpful and informative. Again, don’t expect much help form Luis.

    5 Stars! Very helpful. Tested battery, alternator and starter. Battery was bad and they loaned me the tools to do the exchange right there in the parking lot. Thanks for the help, guys! I'll keep returning to this location for the majority of my automotive needs! Far better service than your competitor across the street! Thanks again!
