Known for their delicious breakfast they also have a nice lunch menu. Omelettes are large and flavorful, but be adventurous and get one of their huevos rancheros dishes. No reservations, but tables turn over quickly.

When it’s made this fresh and it tastes this good, I could eat Eggs Benedict for hollan-dayssssss 😆🤤 I had Nat’s Benedict with Chorizo, Hollandaise, and perfectly cooked Eggs, and don’t forget about the American Fries on the side! This was one of the best benedicts I’ve ever had. Not greasy at all, and the chorizo was as good as it gets. Give this one a shot when Fat Nat’s is the spot you get breakfast

Amazing breakfast, a great cup of coffee! Read the signs on the wall, they caution their house-made salsa and green chili have heat! Which it does, so if you don't like heat, don't order! But if you do, it's amazing good, and delicious!

Where have you been my whole life? I saw 20 different plates go by before I ordered and they all looked good! Ordered the huevos rancheros carnitas and it was a huge meal and so tasty! Amazing green chili and fresh salsa on eggs covered with hollandaise.

Great American breakfast spot in New Hope. We went on Saturday morning and there was a 15-20 minute. Menu has some classic options, but they also have some "specialties". I ordered the "Julie's" and French toast. Food came out quick and the potions were huge! Everything was hot/fresh. If you're looking for a good breakfast spot outside of the Twin Cities, definitely check this place out!

We arrived just before a rush and grabbed the last table. We enjoyed a few of the specials. Great crispy and salty hash browns and service that always keeps your coffee mug full.

Fat Nat’s is so good for breakfast. I’ve been visiting for years and will continue to do so. Their portions are huge and the food is always consistent. My favorite item is the pork chop breakfast, it’s usually cook perfectly. Comes with choice of Toast, eggs and fries- I always sub with hash browns. Hash browns are always extra crispy. I haven’t had a bad meal here. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for breakfast. Coffee is good and there’s always someone filling it. There is usually a wait on the weekend but goes by quickly. There’s a waiting area in the front or wait outside.

What's there to say about this place that hasn't already been said? This place is unique and adds its own spin to the breakfast menu. Their French Toast is the best dish I had there so far. This place gets pretty busy so be prepared. Awesome place to take the family. By the looks of it this place is a staple in the community. Keep up the hard work!

Pretty good! Family diner vibe, everyone seemed nice but it was very busy ( Sunday morning brunch). The menu is huge but they don't allow for substitutions on most meals, understandable considering how busy it is. Food came out pretty fast despite how many people were there, The only downside was that we were sat right next to the bussing station so we were always around soapy water smell and dirty dishes.

Fat Nat's is not only the kind of diner where you get more food than you could possibly eat in one sitting, but the food is also fantastic. Service has always been great.

Our weekend brunch visit to Fat Nat's Egg Diner began with promise, judging by the bustling crowd outside, hinting at a dining experience to remember. Our wait time was a swift 15-20 minutes, which given the rush, was impressively short. The majority of our dining experience was delightful. The service was generally top-notch, and our waitress exemplified the kind of warm, attentive service one hopes for. The food, in particular, stands out as a shining star and remains the primary draw for a revisit. However, there were a couple of aspects that stood out as less than perfect. Our first impression inside the diner was unfortunately tainted by a young kid who was responsible for greeting and seating the guests. His behavior was surprisingly dismissive and lacked the warmth we later experienced with our waitress. It's essential for first impressions to be spot on, and in this case, it did leave a sour note. Further, our seating arrangement was less than ideal. Being situated right next to the kitchen door and the server's drink station made for a disruptive experience. It felt as though, in an effort to accommodate more guests, our comfort was compromised. The constant foot traffic and noise from that spot detracted from what could have been a relaxed meal. In conclusion, Fat Nat's Egg Diner serves up a delicious meal and mostly excellent service, but a few tweaks would elevate the experience from good to great. For now, it remains a solid 4-star outing with room for improvement.

I will start with the food is good here but for take out I got the French toast and it melted the Styrofoam which means it's in the food and the bottom half of the French toast tasted like it so I tried it again the next time and asked if they could atleast put a paper towel down so it wouldn't melt onto my food they did not I get trying to save money as a restaurant but being so cheap your food melts the to go containers and not care is not ok

Today was the second time I visited Fat Nat's Eggs. Like the first time, it did not disappoint! The good was great, as was the service. I even ran into old friends that I hadn't seen for over 30 years. I brought guests, and they loved it also! It was a great experience again!!

You'll have a bit of a wait here and rightly so! Great service, coffee topped off right away and their banter was hilarious. Make sure you get in line to get on the list, the hostesses weren't paying attention and I saw a guy cut off a group who were waiting first.

Had a big waiting que on a sunday afternoon, but the turnaround time was fast considering they had many tables. The food was delicious and worth the wait. the hot cocoa is yumm along with the tasty old school omelette and french toast.

Favorite breakfast spot in the west metro, hands down. Food is great, service is consistently fast and helpful. The wide range of benedicts are all amazing. It's no wonder there's always a line out the door on weekend mornings for the brunch rush (but they get through it pretty fast).

First time visit this morning and will definitely be back! Not only was our server wonderful, but literally both servers in the sections around us were also stopping by with coffee while filling their tables up and being so pleasant! I love going places to see the whole staff working well together and just happy! Food was great too!! Perfect visit!!

I went with a friend and her two daughters to Fat Nat’s during MEA. They were doing a brisk business for a Thursday morning. I ordered Huevos Rancheros con Papas Favorito with was amazing! I had fried potatoes, eggs, carnitas, black beans, guacamole and salsa verde! My friend got Huevos Rancheros with Chorizo which was very similar to mine which was equally delicious! The girls shared a pancake and some French toast and bacon and were delighted with their choices! The portion sizes are very big and boxes for leftovers are plentiful! The menu is rather large and they serve breakfast and lunch only. There is something for everyone! And they even have counter service! I have been here a couple of time and am always amazed by what I order! Fat Nat’s is definitely on my breakfast rotation list!

Great diner. Went here for breakfast with friends. Very minimal wait, good was great, and service was awesome! They regularly come around to freshen up your coffee and check in. Portions are quite big and a very good value.

Too loud to carry on a conversation, toast was cold & hard sourdough that appeared & tasted like it was prepared long before I ordered. Eggs & hash browns were ok but barely warm. My guest felt the same. We were excited to try the restaurant but unfortunately after that experience we will not be back.

My favorite Saturday breakfast out is Eggs Benedict and Nat makes Eggs Benedict almost anyway you want them. I had the classic. The eggs were expertly poached and the Hollandaise sauce is the best Hollandaise I've had recently. The English muffin had more crunch than I like, but I have to choose my carbs so I opted to eat all of the buttery hash browns instead. Our server, Taya, is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Fat Nat's Eggs is a big deal and it's a busy place on Saturday mornings. Luckily for us, it's large space and wait times are short (10 mins @ 10:30 @ New Hope). My next visit will be to try Nat's Huevos Rancheros. I have to. Because I've heard they are as good as his Eggs Benedict.

Really good breakfast place. The menu is a little unconventional but all 4 at our table very much enjoyed their meal. I had the Italian Benedict with hash browns and it was really good. Service was great. Very minor constructive criticism, the atmosphere was a tiny bit pale but it was pleasant. Upgraded silverware would be on point. Overall I really liked it and I do recommend.

Come hungry! Food portions are large & delicious! Well worth the quick wait. Everything is made to order. Although they have signs that state to be patient, our food came out quickly and hot! Definitely will be back! Home fries are a must!

Fantastic service. Foods really good. It’s super quick. The staff is really nice and happy go lucky. If you haven’t been here. Go here. Great take out as well. Thanks I love coming to this place. Amazing breakfast spot.

Best breakfast in the area. Casual, huge portions, quick and high quality food. Usually have to wait for a table, but we’ll worth it.
