This is a really nice beach with moderately easy crossover from the boardwalk. It's clean and well maintained with many benches. Most of the shops were closed in the off season morning hours. But street parking was free and people are friendly. It's a good place for a stroll.

I'd also say it is possible to find the kind of food you want or even if you want to go out for a drink right here in Bethany. On the other hand, if you're looking for a chain of stores or restaurants, or want to hear live music, have kids wanting to get on rides, or experience a little variety while you're on vacation, then the other beach towns are so close! There's no reason why you can't enjoy Bethany and another beach town or two the same day.

Amazing beach. Truly a cool place to visit. The vibe is laid back but with a chic yet unpretentious air. We liked this beach of all the others in the area.

Loved this boardwalk! Super cute area with shops and excellent food choices + the beach is right there. I even found a dairy free ice cream cone, which is always hard to find! I appreciate they had a ton of seating options and fun little activities in the main area (they had a mermaid show while I was there).

It is a quiet place to enjoy with the family, there is parking in the streets, I don't know, dogs are allowed, the water is salty.

The Bethany Beach Boardwalk is nice and clean, it is way to pricey though. The beach itself is beautiful, clean, and the people are friendly. This is definitely a family destination. We come every year.

Amazing beach and experience. Not very crowded. French fries were the best.

It is not as crowded as Rehoboth beach and a bit nicer. The ocean waves are typically too large for inexperienced swimmers. Beach walks are excellent. And a lot of places to bike.

Every family looks like a cop on vacation so if you're up to no good then this might not be for you. My husband is black and was getting stared at, even though he's a professional and is an angel. Some woman called me a "fat pig" on the beach so I know this is the type of place where looks matter. Other than that, it's a dream vacation spot. It's literally called "the quiet resort" and by 'quiet' they meant it. Upper middle class beach resort and second home to some politicians. I'm not going to spill the tea but I overheard juicy politics. Had a great time. 5 stars even though it is trying to stifle diversity. God Bless America. 😂

Place has a lot to offer, only wish would be that they made the boardwalk a little bit wider to accommodate heavier than usual foot traffic. This place can turn into a traffic pileup with enough vacationers roaming around. Other than that, Bethany Boardwalk has a lot of amazing views, places to eat, etc.
