One of significant sights of ancient Uzgen city. Which was constructed during the Karakhanid Kingdom in X-XII C.

Visited in 2021: Given the proximity of Osh to Uzgen - this minaret site is worth implanting into your itinerary to coincide with a pit-stop/lunch break when enroute to either Osh or Bishkek; or indeed as a day trip. The site itself isn't the most aesthetically pleasing, and the mineret isn't as good as that of Tokmok, though you may enter within, and climb to the top. Only worth the visit if close by.

Minaret build in 11th - 12th century. Definitely must visit place if you are traveling to Osh.

Nice historical edifices, minaret is restored but job was done well, mausoleums have beautiful brick work and carving but the shelter built over them detracts a lot from their beauty. This isn't Bukhara or Samarkand but significant for Kyrgyzstan.

Such a lovely place with an impressive minaret and amazing historical building from 11th century. The area is completely under maintained. It has such a potential to become a number 1 tourist destination in the city and the region.

Beautiful, built in 1600s, on climbing the minaret be careful in stairs as in is too steepwhich can cause you frequent muscles cramp... So those people who are not in regular exercise should avoid climbing the minaret..

The best place. Historical and so interesting. Stuff are so kind and welcoming.
