I would like to share my experience in cute girls salon. Salon was very busy when I visited it. May be staff shortage was there. I went there for a haircut. I waited for more than one hour which I understand that there were already many clients. Even When my turn came the staff was not paying attention. They started attending other clients who just arrived few minutes before there. This is not the way to attend your clients. Everyone's time and money is precious. after asking three four times they started doing my haircut. i was satisfied with the haircut but very much disappointed with the behavior of staff especially the guy who cut my hair .When I was explaining about my expected haircut, hairstyler was not paying attention nd was getting rude. His way of talking was not good at all. I was not expecting this kind of unprofessionalism. Thank you.

They simply don’t know how to do kerabond, kaerashine , kerasmooth treatment … there is no professional in the parlour .. worst experience .. maybe you can go there for threading just for small things but their chemical treatment is the worst I have no idea about their hair cutting technique so can’t say about it ..i don’t have enough courage to ruin my hair again … trust me they have no idea what they are doing(chemical treatment ).. maybe they have seen someone doing it and the parlour people are trying to mimic that in which they fail .. if you love your hair then you should avoid this cheap parlour. If you don’t care about your hair and just the parlour name or fame is enough for you then go ahead and happily ruin your hair 👍🏼 I have a suggestion to the owner please get a professional because now we have no interest in your parlour’s name or fame but what we expect from you is a professional.

The worst hair salon on earth. Yesss !!!! The worst one because they don't know how to do hair wash a simple hair wash. They made a nest of my hair afterwards got so badly tangled that I had to bear lots and lots of pain too much of hairfall just to detangle my hair and it took 3 hours. My whole trip to shimla was wasted. Had severe headache for next 2 days. Guys never recommend this salon to anyone. And above all they were not accepting their mistake that the salon person washed my hair in such a way that he made a bunch of my hair. Bann this salon forever.

It is situated at first floor the mall Shimla, top land mark is sataya jewelers or you can say it is right on the top of sataya jewelers. Nice location, staff is nice quiet professional. It is a popular saloon among girls as well as ladies rates are bit high anyway its OK.

Overpriced, not hygienic. Bad experience Must work on hygiene, the towel was literally stinking badly. Despite saying it twice Dey didn't offer me a fresh towel. Poor customer service I don't think I will visit again

Been going here since past 15 years and it was all nice until 5 years ago, now its just really unprofessional. I went for a haircut and the guy washed my hair like he was washing so clothes. He was so harsh, it hurt me the whole time, despite telling him, he didn't show no improvement.

Did Pathetic hair smoothing, all hair got damaged and all hair are fizzy post smoothing. Wastage of money, guys I sincerely request don't destroy your hair, time and money( not value for money)As per them rebonding, smoothing, keratin are the same.
