Recently,I had an appointment at gyneo department. It was The worst experience i would say. Even after talking an appointment with Dr. Kumud bala, I nearly had to wait for 3 hours. Her behaviour was so unnecessary, harsh, frustrated and what all should i mention. She didn't even checked previous records. Even after mentioning problem, all she was doing was, given unnecessary back ans. With in 5min check up was done! She didn't even had 15min of her time to invest in proper checkup of the patient. A good doc is the one who actually motivates its patients, and listen to all the problems of her/his patients are suffering. Just another incident of hospital who are looting valuable money in the name of treatment. Please be aware of such incidents and get yourself checked from a proper doctor.

Had a very bad experience with so called Paediatrician DR LOKESH CHAUHAN, who forcefully took out newly born baby girl to NICU for no good reason and he was not even bothered to explain why he was doing it. When he was asked to give us the readings of the report he denied and after much of our efforts we had to struggle to ask for the release of the baby, the baby was not fed mother’s feed for 18 hours and he extracted around 22000 rupees from us, the STAFF that assists him in NICU are INDIFFERENT AND RUDE, if you ask them few questions, they get offended and close the door on your face. And this is what they do with all new born babies without taking the consent of attendant or parents. Please appoint an efficient doctor for kids or the future of paediatrics in Tenzin is in dark. Our baby was born on 8th October 2022 at 8:48 PM, I am giving this piece of information if the administration wants to cross check. Thanks

I would like to share my experience by writing this review. My mother had cataract surgery. Before surgery, they were informed about surgery & guided to do it asap. After some days we see some complications tried to concern with a doctor who has done the surgery his name is Salil Kumar Ali. First of all, he doesn't talk too much to the patient. He seems rude & not have a positive attitude. Everything will be communicated by their assistant. We went for follow-up after surgery & asked about facing concerns we had, he doesn't listen to us. He is like everything is good as I have medicated & treated. I will conclude my experience I will never visit again as a doctor is not ready to listen & his behavior is not good. Doctors should talk to patients & listen to them. Worst experience I ever had. There are lots of options available in Shimla far better than Tenzin hospital.

Hospitals are difficult for everyone but at least this hospital has provided heaters for the comfort of patients while they wait for their chance to meet the doctor, and yes the doctors here are experienced doctors of which many who have retired from government hospitals. That's a 5 Star.

One of the worst experience with Dr. Ali (ophthalmologist) he does not explain the issue properly and even if he explains it will be difficult to understand for elderly people since he has his own way of communicating and does not even bother if patient is able to understand or not. He don't even explain about the medicine that he prescribe. If you tend to ask any questions related to issue his answers are so imature that you won't like. We don't even know what lens they used he told you will get the box that they will use nothing was provided. Think twice or thrice before visiting him I would not recommend this doctor.

Administration department of this hospital is worse. I don't have one issue which I can write here there is plenty. Starting form reception. They don't how to deal with patients They don't know which department doctor or person I have to meet for concern. I got charged for mere blood test. Whooping 800 rs. And then I find out they did the test wrong. And the administration guy says jo ho gya vo ho gya .that's how they are running this hospital

Dr.Ali is not a good doctor he is self centred and arrogant! Don't even prescribe the medication by him self and the staff dose not know what is happening... I will not recommend Tenzin eye hospital for any kind of treatment or checkup! Specially from Dr. Alli. He should not be a doctor! Staff is good but if we ask for something they don't know anything and gats confused. And Mr.Alli is not good in communication and is very rude with the patients.

I had a really disappointing experience at Tenzin Hospital in Shimla, especially with their front door guard. The staff's behavior was extremely disrespectful and mannerless. I felt insulted as they used foul language when interacting with me. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable in a healthcare facility. I would not recommend this hospital based on my negative encounter. They have really ill mannered disrespectful employees specially the guard they don’t know how to talk to patients and people accompanying them. What’s the point of coming to private hospitals when one has to go through such bad behaviour from their employees . Doctors are really nice and comforting but the guard the tall and skinny one name ROHIT KUMAR is very disrespectful .

actually not very encouraging interaction with the eye department. the receptionist it seems considers downloading songs and playing them on the speaker as her chief duty. as for the doctor, it seems he cinsiders it below his dignity to talk to his patients. they are ushered in by some staff and are hurried out immediately after eye screeing. all the details including medicines are explained to the patient by them. if anyone insists on detailed talk with the doc, he is metted with some rude remark. the whole idea is to not let a patient dare to be vocal and frank in talking to the doctor.

I had very bad experience with tenzin hospital when my baby born in this hospital i e 07.7.2022. I am satisfied with gynecology department because they are delivered my baby normally and after that shifted to pediatrics department they are keep in observation for 3 days and after that they have refer to IGMC with critical condition. my baby admitted in IGMC with ventilator for 12 days due to negligence's of pediatrics department. so i have a suggestion for you if any problem with baby you have to refer timely so that parents can take another step for babies health. do not play with babies health. plz improve your pediatrics department

Bad administration... Patients are called In empty stomach with full bladders at 9.30 for USG but made to wait till 12.30 with their turn nowhere in sight. Exceptionally poor management. This being the only hospital with reasonable facilities, patients have no option. Shimla desperately needs something better And more professional.

Due to monopoly of Pvt hospital in shimla they have very poor services in radiology and pathology although dr's are good but overall lots of harrasment and wastage of time . Not satisfactory don't recommend to go there for pathology and x ray ultrasound CT scan..

Staff behaviour is worse ... doctor are D grade. This hospital is running due to lack of private hospitals near by shimla. Thier TMT doctor is more psycho...he is biting everyone who visit him. Almost all doctors i visit are pathetic👎

We visited Dr. Kumud Bala Gupta twice in Tenzin hospital, Though I have heard some good reviews from friends about her, my experience was not good due to following reasons: 1. Waiting time was more than 2 hours. 2. Same happened during my follow up visit, I went early this time as we wanted some more time to discuss my questions with her, but 2 minutes is all we got. 3. While we raise issue of waiting Evey time , staff behaviour was very bad and they busy in gossip . Also advise doctor not to check patient properly. 4. No body taking feedback of patient regarding visit experience.

I had very bad experience when my pregnant daughter was taken there for checkups. First Registetstion fee Rs 400.charged no problem with this The Gaenicologist. Would advide ultrasound. Had to go near KAMLANEHRU or chottashimla for this. Then come back and drive six kilomeyres to show it to the Doctor at TenzingNo ultra sound after 11 AM since the private ultradound Doc near kamla Nehru hospital was also doing this ultra sound at Tenzing till 11 AM only. This happened in March this year. Shame that this hospital is lacking in such badic services . Not justifief at all.

Very nice Hospital...and Dr Neena rana is my god...she is highly experienced doctor.....In Shimla this hospital is the best...service and all staff behaviour is soo good...if u find a best doctor, best Hospital with best service plz come here...

Vision therapy at Tenzin hospital is good my overall experience in the hospital was satisfactory I would recommend everyone if you have any kind of eye problems just for a single time consider vision therapy you will not be disappointed. Good luck.

I had consulted Dr Neena Rana for my pregnancy and because of her I was able to have a proper assisted delivery. The female staff associated with her is also very nice. Overall, my delivery experience was good. Thanks to Dr. Neena and her staff.

Very poor service. Don't waste your money guy's. The girl in 202 Lab is very arogant and dont treat people in good manner. Her behavior is like she can do whatever she wants. Didn't expect these kind of services from Tezin Hospital. Very very Dissapointed

Best hospital in shimla in terms of services. Doctors and staff members are really helpful. I really appreciate SNCU as my was there. New born care unit is a blessing as in govt hospitals they don't pay heed towards your infants. Here you'll get proper medication and facilities. Dr. Lokesh is a gem of Tenzin hospital. Pathetic hospital, the night doctor and nurse refused treatment, totally incompetent.They are a money oriented hospital , if somebody care about their life should avoid this pathetic hospital.

Good behavior of staff and good management of cleanliness and taking care of the health of patients by trained doctors The services of Tenjin Hospital are very commendable.

Expensive compared to other private hospitals. Infrastructure is good and doctors are attentive and friendly.

Only money making machine..conducted unnecessary tests just to make money...A simple medicine of 91 ruprees costed 4700 rupees for me....rediculas behaviours of the staff including doctors.

Due to some reasons I was not able to conceive Dr. Kumud Bala Gupta became God for me because with her advice and treatment I became a mother and I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 29-11-2020 The whole staff of the hospital is very kind The mother and the newborn baby are very well taken care of in the hospital. Your baby is also thoroughly examined after delivery and nurses visit you every two hours until you are discharged from the hospital. My experience here was very good and I also enjoyed the food here. I would like to recommend Dr. Kumud Bala to any woman having any gynecological problems.

SUPER THIEVES!!! Go there only If you can afford Rs.4000 for a normal fever. They will do all unnecessary tests, x-rays and give you the medicine for 1000 bucks after that.
