I believe that Serbian is one of the best cuisines regarding salad. The mixed veggies, the source of proteins and the nuts and the dressings, everything is perfectly combined and balanced for a perfect tasteful result! Also, the size of each salad is enormous. I suggest eating it there, with the lovely white and blue plates, even better if sitting on the tables outside while you enjoy the vibes of the city centre night! The prices are more than ideal. I recommend a stop here for a delicious, satiating, but not heavy meal. The service is quick; the staff is kind (although there's room for improvement) and available if you request to switch one or two ingredients in their menù salads (or you can compose a salad of your taste!!).

Quite a nice strategy based on a well-executed idea. Pretty staff in uniforms line up to toss the vegetables and assemble the salad according to the customer's wishes and orders. An unqualified triumph of the system operation based on the pretty nice idea.

Lovely concept! You walk in and either choose one of the predifend salads or mix your own. Everything is very fast even when mixing your own, you walk along the bar with one of the persons working there and they put things that you want. There is a very large election of ingredients (with some supprising ones to spice things up) and all are fresh and tasty. They also have interesting fresh juices.

Delicious and healthy food. It’s mostly salads and some soups but all so good! The stuff is also very friendly. Ended up coming here multiple times.

Amazing salads, my recommendation is Salad No 8 which has amazing texture and taste, amazing combination! Also, every time i have to order "The Detoxifier" juice with ginger, beetroot and lemon which has really nice combination.

The best: custom-made salads 🥗 There are like 8 already described salads but you can always make your own. They also offer juices and overnight oats with fruits. The tables are confortable and the bathroom is cleaned.

From outside you think it s just a salad bar. But they have great pokes with fresh ingrediants, nice staff and wonderful ambiente with a fantastic brick sealing. We would come again next time we visit Novi Sad.

Interesting place! Overnight oat porridge with almonds, chia and berries was delicious! We also ordered desserts: avocado-lime and snickers. They were also good, but snickers was a bit too much with peanut butter. There is no coffee in this place

We went there for both dinner and breakfast. A place with a very interesting concept. You can either choose what salad or porridge to make for yourself, or order a dish made according to an existing recipe. They also have very good freshly squeezed juices.

A wonderful restaurant with healthy food! There are about 10 variants of salads and also you can make your own version, vegetable soups, healthy desserts and freshly squeezed juices. The prices are quite affordable. Keep in mind the portions of salads are very large. The most delicious salads in Novi Sad.

You will love this place, if salad can be a main course for you. A lot of greens, nuts, superfoods, vegetables. Can make a gluten-free salads and vegetarian dishes. Desserts and juices are tasty.

Food is so delicious and healthy. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere in nice. You can choose if you want to stay and eat, or you will take it for to go. I really hope that same restaurant will be open soon in Belgrade and other cities in Serbia.

Overall a good place to make a salad. The portions are big and affordable too, however I feel like the quality (and the taste) of the cheeses is not that good. Perhaps they should work on that, even if the price goes up a bit.
