Arrived at 1:05. No one was taking temperatures, just asking questions. Asked to check into a kiosk. No hand sanitizer to be found. Go figure the one time I forget to put mine in the diaper bag. Went up to the 2nd floor. We were seated in a general waiting area. Our appointment was at 1:15 we were taken back at 1:35. Saw the doctor at 1:50. Eye drops in her eyes at 2:02. Removed from the room to sit in a hallway. 2 out of 5 people were not masked properly. Yet here we are sitting in the hallway while they walk by. My daughters with me are 9 and 19 months old. At 2:42 we were put into another room and left a little before 3. Almost 2 hours at an appointment for a 19 month old. Put into two different rooms and left in a hallway. I attempted to voice my concerns through an email. The people who handle them, didn't seem too concerned. I tried to call a few times. I was given a voicemail one time and disconnected another time. When I tried calling to get somebody else I was told that they're the ones to handle it and that's who I have to go through. The actual doctor and staff that I was there to see were phenomenal, however, the overall management of the facility during a pandemic, was less than satisfactory. If we were going to be removed to wait in the hallway I would have much preferred to wait in my car. At least there I don't have to worry about people wearing masks improperly. It was the most exposed my children have been since the beginning of this pandemic and concerning considering it's a medical facility. The safety of younger patients should most certainly be a priority and I did not feel safe there with them. We will not be returning to this Cleveland clinic.

Seems like a good clinic. The Dr was great. Instructions were not clear about where to go to get x-ray first, so we sat n the wrong place for a while.

The Express Care here is very good! Occasionally a wait, but accurate diagnosis, and treatment. The lab has nice staff but there is often a long wait time due to a large volume of patients. Some doctors here are ok, but others not so much. I wish the doctors took more time to get to the bottom of things. They miss things. Many health issues have been unresolved by the Clinic. They just pass you from one doctor to the next. It also takes months before you can get in to see a specialist. It is no fun suffering every day, and not having answers. The Cleveland Clinic model of care doesn't work waiting months to see all these different doctors. You will be lucky to get a diagnosis/ treatment in a year.

Anybody wanting IVF, I would not recommend at all. Please go to a speciality clinic. The cost around 25k for IVF. To be treated as of you had government assistance to pay for it. It’s terrible. Any couples please don’t go. Continuity of care is lacking since covid. Patient advocates has been called several times. You can never get to the doctor or nurse on my chart. Metro health has them beat by far. It’s terrible. I wish metro health had ivf at this point. At least, they would act like they care. Beware!

After bit hit by a car and being mobile by using a wheelchair I have had a few appointments at the Cleveland Clinic Strongsville Surgery Center. Upon arriving with my wife the very first we were greeted by Raymond Francis, parking staff for the facility. Raymond immediately impressed us by his welcoming and friendly greeting. But he also looked for ways to help me and my wife by taking my wheelchair and walker out of the trunk, setting them up standing by as I transferred from the car to the wheelchair. Then he rolled me into the lobby in a safe place while my wife parked the car. At each of my following appointments Raymond Francis was the same. He came out quickly in an engaging manner and helped us to get me out and back in to the car. While I was waiting for my wife to park the car I watched running out to help anyone appeared to need it in the same gentle and friendly manner. Raymond Francis could be the doorman at a fine hotel but he certainly is an ambassador for Cleveland Clinic Strongsville.

Absolutely do not recommend if you’re pregnant and care about your baby. I started going to Dr. Afaneh, she can’t ever get back to her patients about test results, questions, anything. All they do is have their nurse call you back to tell you that the dr will call you, then nobody ever does. So I figured I’d transfer to another dr, Dr. Isaac, can’t even get ahold of him or anybody but an operator to get anything done when I need a refill on medication. It’s sad enough I already don’t feel like I’m cared for enough that now I can’t even get medication to help issues I’m having. I will NOT be delivering at the Cleveland Clinic nor will I ever go back. I do not recommend this building or the Cleveland clinic for anything. Go to Southwest General.

Most incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered. Doctors and nurses are amazing but all other staff seems clueless. MyChart is filled with serious flaws that are ignored and left unaddressed. Schedulers unsure how to schedule appts with doctors. PCP left on account even after they’re no longer at the practice. Prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy. Refill requests sent to wrong doctors. Worst customer service I’ve witnessed outside of Time Warner. Would not recommend.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I did a virtual visit for my son, paid $65, which was pointless because they still wanted me to bring him in to get a test. I was told I could walk right in and get tested (no waiting and exposure is the reason I wanted virtual to begin with). Upon arrival as soon as they opened I was told that I still needed to be checked in like an express care patient and would still have to wait for the 4 people in front of me. Absolutely disgusted at this method of robbing people of $. If you can’t/ don’t want to diagnose anyone under the age of 18 then don’t even see young patients virtually. I have other small children and did not want to drag them around to wait and be exposed to other germs that’s why I opted for virtual. I was a little upset she couldn’t help us during the virtual visit but understood and she told me we could walk right in and get taken care of. Complete lies. Don’t waste your money or time with the Cleveland clinic, so many better options available with good customer service and won’t steal your money!

IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment. You call the number, you get transferred to someone, who transfers you to the main appointment call center, who has to transfer you somewhere else, and then the call just disconnects. I've been trying to get in with my doctor because I've been sick and urgent care said they can't do anything else, but how am I supposed to get in with my doc if I can't even make an appointment??? Cleveland Clinic docs are great but the appointment process is awful.

The physician assistants were not attentive. They seem to be bothered by my questions. I try not to ask too many questions seeing their reactions.

I had my acl reconstructed here and everyone made the experience very smooth for me. The staff on the second floor were very caring, happy and gentle. The third floor staff was great as well. The staff in the physical therapy department have been great to work with!

I have bene a total dr hopper since I left for college due to moving and different insurances at different jobs, until I came across Dr. C Vincer in Family Medicine. I went into my first appointment to "establish a primary" thinking I didn't have much to talk about and I left with an entire health plan. She really does care tremendously, gives you pretty detailed information, she is a great listener and an amazing advocate. I don't know what Melissa is to her (nurse? admin? office staff?) but she is also amazing. They are compassionate and dependable and in a medical system that is super hard to navigate, I am just really grateful for them.

Wife had an ultrasound today and the nurse said I wasn’t allowed back. No matter my relationship to the patient. But proceeded to let other couples go in together. Absolutely ridiculous and makes me question going to Cleveland clinic in general anymore

Make sure you get there plenty early! I signed into my daughter’s appointment 5 minutes early, waited for 15 minutes. They called me up to the desk and said I checked in 10 minutes past my appointment time so they canceled my daughters appointment even though I had been sitting right in front of her for 15+ minutes with 2 kids.

I just had my story here dropped so I am starting over short and different Strongsville Cleveland clinic is not the Cleveland clinic that we all know!!! Don't go there, if the kiosk doesn't work you may never get your desperately needled procedure!!!! Well they gave me an appointment for tomorrow morning and ya know what it's in Wooster right? That's right Wooster! I am glad because I am dieing and every moment is precious, they don't think so in Strongsville and that's why I want to tell everyone about my very bad experience their..security guard is idiotic.

I will never be going back to the Strongsville orthopedic center. Dr. Richter is amazing however her staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I needed a note for my college and the lady addressing me was absolutely rude and completely messed up my file and what I had discussed with Dr. Richter.

Providers are great. The lab will pull your leg for hours. Instead of saying, hey we are booked so it’s best to come back. They say o it’s only a 30 min wait, 30 passes you ask again o it’s 30 more. You wait ask again. Now it’s 45 ? Don’t keep lying to my face.

Every time I come here for my appointment with my pcp I literally wait 20 minutes past my appointment then when they finally call me back I'm in the room waiting an additional 30 minutes for him to come in! Ridiculous , every other doctor I have at this location I only wait maybe 15 minutes past my appointment time and when I get in a room the doctor comes within 10 minutes tops. So apparently the problem is my pcp.

The lab and office are fantastic Express care was 2 hour wait. I was stabbed for covid, and nothing else like I should have been This was before the nurse came to see me. My after visit summary lists what they should have done but did not. The diagnosis is not relevant or discusses nothing of why I went If its crowded then don't go, they have no idea what they're doing

It's okay in some ways but watch out for the billing. The lab can be really expensive and unnecessary. We took our daughter to the urgent care due to 104F+ fever and 170 heartrate. My daughter was charged 536 dollars for have a coivd, rsv and strep test. We clearly told them she had strep and covid within a year, and they still wanted to test it saying if it's not virus then they will prescribe antibiotics. But all these tests went negative and they refused to give her antibiotics. Her fever kept coming back to 104F despite the use of Tylenol and Ibuprofen. We kept calling them for antibiotics but they refused it. We waited for three days and had to use an online doctor to pay 60 dollars to get the antibiotics. After just one day of antibiotics, my daughter had no recurring fever anymore. So, CC wasted our time and money. If it's viral, they cannot do anything. Now it's negative and not viral, they refuse to do anything. If antibiotics goes OTC, they probably can't rip people off. Health Care Reform is really in need. I called to neogotiate the bill but was told they charge more because they are cleveland clinic. But they didn't cure my daughter and my daughter could have life threatening risk if she kept 104F fever for too long and all other possible side effects. Finally some non cleveland clinic doctor saved her and we only paid 60 dollars.

Always the best care and great environment. It is difficult to get appointments these days (true everywhere), but they have a walkin clinic always for urgent attention that doesn’t require emergency room. In that case, I recommend Brunswick location for emergency room.

Very dissatisfied for the first time today.the nurse said both ears are blocked and can't see an infection because my ears are blocked. some person tried spraying fluid to unblock. She sprayed a few times in both ears and jabbing that nozzle in my ears that still hurts. Nothing came out of both ears. The nurse came back in and looked again and said they're still blocked without trying herself to unblock. Then said nothing about possible infection and to get debrox and follow up with my doctor. Waste Of Time!

Came to Express Care as soon as they opened at 8am. Was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. It's been an hour and we've still not been seen. Went to desk and the person said we were next. That was 15 minutes ago. If I had known the wait was going to be this long, would have come back later!

Easy access, seeing the same doctor I have seen at main campus, free parking, closer to my home, gas prices, nice area of NE Ohio.

I HAVE SPENT THE LAST 25 MINUTES TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I have had the best care in the world by Cleveland Clinic employees, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment! Was transferred five times before I was disconnected. Why don't they fix this?

😠 We had to go here over the weekend during an out-of-town trip from Charlotte, NC visiting family in Cleveland with my 10 month old son who had pink eye. Total wait time in the lobby and the room was right at 2 hours. If we saw a doctor for more than 3 minutes to confirm the pink eye it was a miracle...
