I bought a $2600 ring from here when they was located in Maple. I went to this location and asked the tall, lighted skinned African American woman if I could borrow $800 for the same ring. She said I can get $150! Be aware of what you buy here because the investment will not be worth your return. I’m not sure but it seems like everytime I’ve came here I’ve always been able to borrow from all my rings though everytime I get service from this particular woman she always has a problem! & yes I am a African American woman as well and have always gotten my jewelry out. So I’m not sure why she always gives me such a bad vibe with super low offers, a crack head wouldn’t even accept her offers!!! I wish they had more people behind the burrow Customer Care counter!

Here it is - about 1.5 years later after visiting this horrible horrible place. And, although I have three degrees (one international), own a house and car, and am a working professional blessed with a great family, I still feel really bad about myself given the ABSOLUTEY HORRENDOUS way the people here treated me when I was selling a deceased relative's old jewelry. MY GOD! From the blonde woman who looked me up and down and down again through her nose at me to the questionably deaf-mute appraiser (she spoke eventually, of course, condescendingly) at the window, I have never felt more worthless in my life. They are so rude and the offer they made was paltry. I did better on ebay. So, in sum, unless you are a narcissist, then unless you want to feel like dirt for breathing, don't go here. Again, it's been a year and this is still with me. GOOD GOD!!!!!!!

I went to Tammy after a bogus online purchase and between her and Jenn, they not only got me a beautiful price but stayed way below my price range. I think I found my forever jeweler.

My experience at Howard jewler was awesome. My husband and I went there to upgrade my wedding ring. We met Tammy there, who greeted us with a warm inviting service. Tammy was professional and knowledgeable about diamonds. She was very patient with me and my husband by not rushing any decision we made, but instead helped us get the best quality diamond ever. . Our service to pick up my ring from being sized was only the second day .My ring is gorgeous! Service was so awesome before we left, I upgraded my husband s ring and on the spot he was sized and we got his ring the same day. Thanks Tammy!!!! Oh and the guy who sized our rings was awesome! I suggest you get your jewelry at Howard's in Warrensville and ask for Tammy!

Four times I have had to take my engagement ring back to be repaired for the same repair. Zero improvement was made any of the four times. The first time, they decided to put in smaller diamonds then what was originally in the setting making the appearance that the diamond was sitting sideways. We brought it back. The ring was brought to the manager on the second time we brought it back and she was made aware of the situation. She agreed that the diamonds were smaller then what was supposed to be in the setting. The third time I called to tell them again that it was in fact not fixed and the ladies response on the phone was incredibly rude, "what's wrong with it now." The forth time, I took the ring and left with being told that there is nothing they can do to fix it. The manager claimed to have no knowledge of this instance prior to the 4th visit, which was a lie. Needless to say we will never purchase anything from this store again and look forward to cutting all ties with them.

I had a wonderful experience with Howard’s Jewelry Center! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the selection of new and estate jewelry was perfect for my needs. Jennifer, the representative who helped me make my selection was patient and kind. I purchased a beautiful gold and Diamond cross, a gift for a special friend. I highly recommend this store!

I visited Howard’s Jewelry Center in Bedford Hts., OH for the first time on 23 Dec late in the evening. They were very busy; however, I was acknowledged and soon after received help from Kevin. My purchase required we speak with the Manager. Making this longer story short, I had the most delightfully satisfying experience with Kevin and store Manager Tammy. They were professional and personable, kind, knowledgeable, but most of all they made me feel like a valued customer on my initial visit. I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this jewelry store and it’s Sales and Management Team.

I purchased my Fiancees wedding band, and the jewelry representative was Tammy. She was fantastic! Tammy was down-to-earth, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated and enjoyed her service.

I got a necklace fixed. I put it in for service 7/2;4. I picked the necklace up 9/15. The fix was great! Their communication was horrible. I had to call every two weeks just to get an update status. I was made to feel like stop calling just be happy we can fix it. I wouldn’t use them again unless it is my last choice!
