RUN!!! Took my 1st ever engagement ring there. Tried to give it back to me with missing stones. Ordered wedding bands from there (not knowing how terrible they were) while we waited to get everything adjusted and just now as I'm trying to sell everything because my marriage was annulled, a competent jeweler is telling me that the marks on the bands are incorrect. They're scamming people left and right. They charged me $700 for my wedding band, told me it was worth $1,000 and I'm getting $85 back for it. 😑

Excellent experience with knowledgeable and personable staff. Great prices! I just needed my engagement ring resized (smaller) and one of the stones was loose. It took about 20 minutes but felt quicker as I enjoyed talking wedding planning with the salesman. We will be going back.

I would highly recommend Royalty Jewelers. Very reasonably priced, fast service, friendly and outstanding work! I brought a family heirloom ring that had seen better days, he repaired the prong and reset the stone also separating the bands per my request. I honestly didn't recognize the ring when I picked it up - It looked brand new though it is well over 50 years old. Great job!!!

I was referred to them by my best friend who had taken her engagement ring to get sized there recently. I know if she recommended that I go there as well that they do great quality work. Usually they can do sizing while you wait but had just gotten in a large order for custom jewelry right before I walked in. When I went to pick my ring up I was so excited to finally be able to wear my engagement ring on the proper finger. Royalty did a great job my ring fits great! Also I called more than a few other jewelers before I was referred to them and those places wanted to charge a lot more and/or had a wait list of sometimes up to 2 weeks for the same service.
