I
had
the
best
experience
purchasing
a
vehicle
from
this
location.
I
was
given
the
round
around
from
a
different
brand
dealership
and
almost
chose
not
to
purchase
a
new
car.
When
I
walked
in,
Patrick
W
greeted
me
and
listened
to
what
I
was
wanting
in
a
new
car
(truth
be
told,
I
didn't
know
much
about
Hyundai's
vehicles,
and
they
were
across
the
street
from
the
dealership
that
I
originally
went
to)
Patrick
showed
me
a
Tuscon
Hybrid
SEL
Convenience
and
explained
the
differences
the
Limited
trim
would
have.
With
all
the
information
I
was
provided
with,
I
knew
I
would
want
the
Limited
trim,
so
he
made
sure
to
explain
the
key
differences
for
me
so
I
could
have
make
an
informed
decision.
I
was
able
to
test
drive
a
vehicle
to
see
how
it
handled
and
it
was
a
smooth
ride.
I
really
wanted
a
vehicle
in
the
color
blue
(not
to
be
confused
with
the
trim
Blue)
and
Patrick
was
able
to
look
up
when
the
next
vehicle
matching
everything
that
I
wanted
would
come
in.
I
put
my
deposit
down
and
Patrick
kept
me
informed
throughout
the
entire
process
of
the
vehicle
arriving.
I
was
lucky
enough
that
someone
backed
out
of
a
vehicle
that
was
a
100%
match
to
my
dream
car.
Patrick
notified
me
the
vehicle
was
on
the
lot
and
I
could
purchase
that
one
instead
of
waiting
the
two
weeks
for
the
one
I
put
the
deposit
down
on.
The
process
of
filling
out
the
paperwork
was
quick
and
easy
(as
easy
as
it
realistically
can
be).
Anthony
was
the
finance
person
and
he
was
friendly
and
helpful
explaining
all
the
nuances
of
the
paperwork.
Patrick
made
sure
the
vehicle
was
inspected
that
day,
detailed
and
filled
up
for
me.
He
walked
me
through
how
the
electronics
in
the
vehicle
worked.
My
previous
vehicle
had
manual
locks
and
windows,
so
all
the
bells
and
whistles
were
new
to
me.
There
was
no
hidden
costs,
for
once
I
didn't
feel
talked
down
to
or
pushed
into
a
vehicle
I
didn't
want.
