I scheduled an appointment at the Aspen Dental in Tarpon Springs, FL because I was experiencing gum pain. I was examined and then I was directed to sit down with the Office Manager who presented me with my treatment plan. The plan included the gingivitis treatment, some fillings, a root canal, a crown and the extraction of 2-3 teeth. I was told that I was fortunate because I had ā€œgood insuranceā€ and so my treatment plan was now ā€œonlyā€ going be around $2200 instead of the $8000 it would have cost without insurance! The Office Manager was unfriendly and seemed irritated when he told me that I needed to pick a treatment plan. One would be extracting 2 teeth, having the root canal and crown and the other would be extracting 3 teeth and would include an implant that would cost about $5000! When I asked for clarification about which teeth they would be pulling, he seemed annoyed. Finally, he called the dentist back over to explain to me which teeth they recommended pulling and why! Instead of prioritizing my gingivitis treatment which would have solved my main complaint of my gums throbbing whenever I ate anything, even food as soft as bread, the doctor first scheduled me for the tooth extractions. I was told that, in order to even get the appointment with the oral surgeon, I would be charged about $200! If I wanted the teeth pulled, I obviously didnā€™t have a choice but to pay this fee. A few days later, I returned to have my wisdom tooth and one of my molars pulled. The experience was absolutely horrifying as the oral surgeon struggled to the point of being out-of-breath to yank the teeth out of my mouth. They had numbed the area where my teeth were being pulled, but I sat there completely terrified that the surgeonā€™s tools were going to slip off my tooth and he was going to stab me in my tongue or smash into another one of my teeth! When I expressed to the surgeon that I was nervous, he asked why. He had tools in my mouth, so I couldnā€™t really say much and his response to that was ā€œWell, I guess I canā€™t help you then!ā€ And then he continued struggle with my teeth until he finally got them out. The next day, the dentist called to follow up to find out if I wanted to come back in so they could examine my mouth after the extraction. I declined. After the experience I had having the teeth removed, I didnā€™t want anyone near my mouth! The dentist then advised me that they were going to cancel my root canal and crown for now because they wanted to see how I would do for the next 2-3 months without the two teeth they pulled. I asked when I should come in again so I could have my gingivitis treatment and I was told that the Office Manager would follow up with me to schedule that. I never got a call. I called the next day to again inquire when I should come in for the gingivitis treatment and I was told that I should just call to schedule my appointment the following week ā€œonce I was feeling betterā€. Since I didnā€™t need to have the root canal or the crown, I expected my Care Credit bill to be updated. Of course it wasnā€™t and continued to show that I owed $2200! When I called to address this, I was told that the phone lines were being forwarded to the Palm Harbor office because the Tarpon Springs office was busy with an ā€œall day trainingā€. I explained my issues to the Palm Harbor office and they suggested that I visit their office instead. I was happy to do that because my experience with the Tarpon Springs office was so poor! I never intend to go back there!

I had as good of an experience that you can have, having a tooth pulled, I reckon. I called them in the evening around 5pm & told them I had a really terrible tooth ache. They scheduled me for 9am the following morning. I don't have insurance. I had a complete exam & multiple x-rays at no charge. They went ahead & took care of me, and by noon the tooth was out. The extraction itself was not considered a "simple extraction", and cost just shy of $300. That was yesterday, and short of a little swelling, I feel great & pain free. They were professional & kind from start to finish, & brought me a blanket when I mentioned it was cold in there.

All of the dentists/hygienists were awesome, but the office staff are incompetent. It took >1 month of multiple calls/in-person visits to the office and then another two weeks of calling corporate to get my insurance processed and a claim filed for a past visit (I specifically asked at said visit if the $150 total they told me was after insurance because I thought it was supposed to be lessā€¦turns out I was right, it shouldā€™ve been $0) Edit: Still waiting on my claim to be processed >3x months after it was filed!

I have been 3 times now and absolutely love it here. I have extreme dental anxiety and the team has been SO helpful and nice and helping me get back on track after not going to the dentist for years after a horrible experience. I canā€™t say enough good things. I had wisdom teeth and 2 others taken out by their oral surgeon team and he was phenomenal and so were his assistants! They were so calming and made me feel so much better about the process!

I have to say with everything going on in my life, I was dreading going to the dentist! But let me tell you I had the best experience with Dr. Singh and Dental Assistant Chelsey. I told them I had an issue with the dentist office and that they make me feel uncomfortable. They understood and had no problem explaining everything going on from start to finish. They even let me keep my tooth after they sterilized it. When I had a concern about my tooth, they had me come in. Then they took a look at it and reassured me that nothing was wrong. Gotta say this is the place to go. Thank you so much!

I needed two root canals and crowns. The doctors are so good in explaining my procedures and took great care with pain management. A lot of work was done on my teeth and with my years of experience with dentists. This group of doctors are by far the BEST I've had work on my teeth.

Worst experience of my life. I'm not gonna say this was less than that. I hadn't been to a dentist in prob 25+ years. I had some things I wanted to get taken care of since I now had insurance (first time in 25+years). I decided to go with Aspen Dental because my wife had gone and raved about them. My first visit was not bad, The Dr was very nice, and seemed to be honest, and caring. With that said.. Now the nonsense started!! They decided I needed a root canal, and crown to start things off. I needed to get a deep clean on my teeth before this work. So I got it. Then I was supposed to get a root canal, and crown fitting. They told me the day I scheduled my appt for my root canal, that I would have to wait around for 2-3 hrs for them to have lunch, before I could do my 15 min crown fitting?? So I had to make yet another appt, to just to get the fitting done. A cpl days before my rc appt they called to reschedule (no biggie moved an hour earlier), I also wanted to verify the price again, just to be sure since she had told me a cpl different amounts on our previous phone call.. The same lady said she would get back to me, and let me know (and she never called me back before the appt). Then on the day of, she called an hour before my appt and told me they needed to move my appt yet again, to another half hr earlier.. So I rushed there.. But when I showed for my root canal appt, the same lady told me the price was way different from what we had discussed. And even worst than that. Now that they had done the deep cleaning, the insurance would only cover a portion of the work they told me would be covered. Now the original estimate was at least doubled. If she would have called me back, like she said she was going to do... It would of been a lot less of a headache. Still would have sucked, but at least would have saved me going in and wasting a day. I still don't understand half of what happened... And prob never will. All I know is this was over a cpl week span. And the worst part is, I didn't even end up being able to get anything I needed done. They used my benefits of the deep cleaning, and the rest of what I really needed done, it I'm apparently SOl on..I'm not sure if it's due to being over extended, or what. But this was literally a mess. Now I'm still in the same exact situation I was in, before ever going into Aspen Dentals Office. Seems like a plot to a bad movie šŸ˜” This was my experience..

Went in after I broke a tooth today. They took me right away and everyone was wonderful from check-in to payment. Doctor was very clear about what needed to be done, and it was quick and painless, with a touch of humor added in with the novicane to ease any anxiety. I am working with staff to get a complete treatment plan started soon. It is not cheap of course, but it was well worth it. Highly recommended if you need to get your smile fixed. These folks are pros...

Go here! I needed to get my partial repaired and found out that I also needed to get fillings done. It had been a while since I had been to the dentist (admittedly too long). Shout out to the dental assistant, Shay. She is outstanding at her job and her personable demeanor made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Beltran is also top-notch. She is very conscientious towards her patients and makes sure that they are comfortable in uncomfortable situations.

This is definitely the most efficient dental office I've been to in a LONG time! Everyone who works here is so friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was much more affordable than other dental offices quoted, and they made availability much sooner than any location I called. Definitely will be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Went to Aspen Dental for my father and I for dentures. We have experienced nothing but kindness, skill, great professionalism from the entire staff! From JR at the front desk, to Brian and Megan in the business office. Dr Singh and his assistants Shay and Chelsey were perfect! Can't forget Izzy who makes the perfect dentures! Thank you Aspen Tarpon Springs!! šŸ˜ Ee, all the way to Dr. Sing , Shay and

The staff is great very accommodating.. went through allot of adjustments in the beginning.. and they always try to fit me in when they could.. at first with the temps there were a few times I thought to myself what have I done. But 8 months later and it felt so good when I was out and this girl was like damn your teeth are like perfect... yes they were expensive and there's still some issues but that compliment made me feel great

This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with my teeth in the 54 years of my life. Anyone who knows me understands my trepidation towards letting someone do anything to my teeth. The oral surgeon who removed my wisdom tooth was beyond exceptional. Two thumbs up.

Brian and JR make my experience wonderful every time! They have worked with me from the very beginning! I had over $6000 worth of dental work done here (it had been over 7 years since my last visit to a dentist) they have made this process efficient, easy and fun! I've never been able to say that about a dentist in my life! If you're looking for a dentist office that truly cares about the quality of care, these are your guys!!!!

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at this location. Everyone their was super nice and my procedure went fine. That was November 8th,2022 it is now December 7,2022. I have been trying to reach them because I was supposed to get about $200 back However every time I call it goes to the message like their not open or they give me an excuse. After weeks almost a month of trying to reach someone now they are telling me Iā€™ll only get $12 back. Iā€™m very disappointed!!

Never again Aspen! When I made the appointment, I made it abundantly clear that my teeth were fine, and all I wanted was a routine dental cleaning. When I spoke with Bryan at the Tarpon Springs location, he told me it would take between 45 minutes to an hour. After one and a half hours, I left the office with not a single tooth cleaned. Rather, I would have to schedule a return appointment for the cleaning. The main reason I dislike going to dentists is that I don't like being jerked around, and this office has only further entrenched this sentiment. At no point prior to wasting an hour and a half of my time was I informed that a return visit would be necessary to get my teeth cleaned. As someone who is caring for two elderly disabled parents, it is difficult for me to get away for more than a couple hours at a time. When I relayed my frustration to Mica and Bryan, they made me feel as if it was my fault for not knowing that a return visit would be needed despite having never been been informed as such. I will never again use Aspen, and I recommend you consider another dentist as well. That is, of course, unless you enjoy being jerked around!

After a horrible experience at another dentist, I went to Aspen Dental in Tarpon Springs. First, I had my FREE Denture Consultation. Today I had impressions done. There was less than 5 minutes waiting to be seen. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and just so pleasant. I get my new dentures on n Friday! I'll update then! I trust the Aspen team!

After a hiatus from the dentist for a while, I was very intimidated about finding a new provider. I was very pleasantly surprised when I took a chance and booked an appointment with Aspen Dental here in Tarpon Springs. The hygienest, dentist, x-ray technician, and all of the medical and office staff went above and beyond the norm, and my expectations, to provide a phenomenal experience start to finish. They were able to help me navigate every step of the process that day and going forward with outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and general kindness and understanding. I am so pleased to have tried my luck with Aspen Dental and look forward to continuing my dental care with them going forward. Very highly recommended!! ā¤ļøšŸ¦·šŸŖ„

All of the staff at the Tarpon Springs location where extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. I needed extensive dental care that required teeth extractions and dentures made. I was walked through the whole process from my very first visit and within 5 days, my bad teeth teeth were out and went home with my new denture. Thank you all very much.

I called Monday after a long tearful weekend of tooth pain. I was able to get an appointment Tuesday 8:00 a.m. . I was greeted and treated with the utmost compassion, respect and care from each staff member. Not only were my teeth pulled but was pleasantly surprised when a temporary partial was provided (few days later), so I can chew. 5 ā's are not enough. Thank you ā¤ļø.

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Every single staff member is very polite positive and upbeat to every single person coming in no matter what. All services explained and financial options are very detailed. I highly recommend this office.

I was able to secure a last minute Saturday appointment. Made the appointment online with no problem. Got there this morning and everybody was extremely helpful and explained everything. This is my first time dealing with Aspen Dental but I will definitely be a return customer. Dentist was able to squeeze me in to do a procedure after he assessed my problem and I'm good as new. Thank you x100!!!

I went to Aspen Dental today where I met Brian who was very pleasant and inviting. He gave me the paperwork to fill out. I also met Renee who set me up for the next step in getting new dentures and my next appointment. I felt very comfortable there. The dentist looked at my mouth and saw my palate was swollen so we couldn't proceed any further until the swelling goes down. I would recommend Aspen Dental to my friends and family.

Iā€™ve been to multiple Aspen Dental locations since Iā€™ve been a patient and at every single one theyā€™re so kind and understanding. Especially the palm harbor and tarpon springs locations, theyā€™ve always been willing to work with me and take care of me. Dr. Ramsey did an amazing job on my crowns on my front teeth. Heā€™s now at the Trinity location. Bryan (I believe that was his name) at the front desk was a sweetheart. Iā€™m just grateful for such caring people, you can tell when people are genuine. Thank you guys!
