I have been having my nails done here for years. Unfortunately no more. The last couple of times the nails have not been up to standard and have snapped across the "join" this happened literally 4 days after and when I went back I was charged £20 to have them removed and fixed after they agreed the nails had all snapped. I paid my fault I know? Went back again and the same thing happened so I now go elsewhere. Its a shame because the staff are lovely but lately baybay seems to be letting anyone do the acrylics and the nails are not as good. Don't let this review stop you going though. I still go, but for waxing or eye lashes but not for nails anymore 🤷‍♀️

Love Baybays. Never an issue just walking in for appointment for gel nails, not sure what it's like for other treatments. Price range is on par with most nail salons.

The girl who sorted my nails out was very thorough. I just had them gelled I chose a dark red colour which I find difficult to apply. She was brilliant I would see her again . Many thanks would recommend them

Got a last minute cancellation, very organised and in and out within the hour
