Been going here for years for coffee, but it's recently become less consistent with how it's prepared and brewed. Maybe some remedial barista training needed? Regardless, lovely staff, great quality food (and coffee in general).

Just called in for a quick cuppa and I had to write a review, the staff are absolutely brilliant, really attentive and a great positive attitude that can be seen across the whole team! Nice one!

Staff were friendly, Good sandwiches but not much filling and very expensive given the size of them! £10 for 2 small sandwiches is a bit much. Would have rather went to Greggs but at least I know for next time I am in the area.

So pleased my favourite Sandwich Bar is open again. Lush calm relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy a very tasty sandwich and soup deal at great value for money . Also give the healthy smoothies a try for a kick start to you day . Not forgetting the coffee best latte I’ve had in years.

One of my favorites. I use this place regular for coffee and snacks and have done so for years. I normally write reviews about every place I've eaten but because this is a regular I forgot all about it. Well where do I start? Everything is of consistently good quality and is always made fresh to order. The coffee is delicious Today I tried an iced coffee and was so pleased I ordered another. Staff are always pleasent and helpful. A particular mention must go to Manda, Lyndsey, and Jean here though all the staff give great service it's just I can't recall the names of them all Lunchtimes can be busy but everywhere is around here but even when the staffs under they still provide a high quality level of service.

have just purchased a bacon sandwich /coffee deal at your premises at Maingate, Team Valley, Gateshead. (10am) I normally frequent another well known North East bakery a few doors along from this shop but thought I would spread the joy. I have to say I am very disappointed. The coffee was great but the sandwich was not as advertised on the poster in the window. The bacon was of low quality similar to cheap processed ham tasted like cheap ham and was limp as a lettuce and not crispy as advertised. I feel I have been ripped off in quality and price and in false advertising. Not satisfied at all and am left with a nasty taste in my mouth.

Popped here while my car windscreen was getting changed. Lovely breakfast wrap, coffee and protein smoothy. Very friendly staff.

Great selection of cakes and savouries at a reasonable price

Bought a baked potato with cheese savoury. The cheese savoury and salad were ok but the potato was horrible. Too old and had a strange chemical taste and smell. I tried one bite then put it in the bin.

Myself and two other chaps run a local business on the valley and we would be lost without the wonderful coffees and smoothies this cafe offers. I have my lunch there now and then as a treat as well and it really is a treat their sandwiches are gorgeous. The main thing this place offers is great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. I love being the one to go out during the work day for our drinks as I always get a lovely welcome from the ladies there.

Love my morning coffee from here! Staff are so friendly and always welcoming. Good range of coffees, teas, and smoothies. Good selection of sandwiches and pastries. Plenty of parking and indoor/outdoor seating. Just off the A1 and in a convenient location. Highly recommend.
