It does not offer much but the OK Grocery store is a great place to shop and unwind. Fully stocked shelves that are neatly packed at good prices.

I had no complaints, staff are friendly and parking is safe and secure.

No back up lighting in toilets.Smelled very bad.

OK is the cleanest with the most friendliest staff. Other retailers should send their staff to this OK for training. To management and staff well done and keep up your dedication.

Hope things pick up, sadly lots of empty shops. But we had an interesting shopping session at "fashion for men and women" or something like that. Owner was a very friendly and helpful guy from Senegal.

The Checkers here is very good. But this shopping mall has a very inconvenient toilet setup -- this toilet on the 2nd floor need R2 to enter, but when we inserted our R2, the door only turned literally 5cm and stoped, even my 7years kid could not squeeze in!!! So we had to walk downstairs to leave the mall and drive to other places to search for a toilet for my kid.

I'd like to shop here everytime but unfortunately for me I don't stay in Beaufort west. The stuff, food all looking great. I wish I was driving to Cape every week so that I'd buy my fresh meals here

Enough parking outside, might get full during busy times. There is quite a number of shops inside, but I think it should attract even a wider range of businesses.

Beaufort Mall truly has great potential but is clinging to a concept that is not working and is unwilling to change. The shops in the mall have been closing down constantly. The small town just does not bring in the same profit as the city's. Recently the main shop has also closed and if nothing changing I predict the mall will fail.
