Yes, yes it's fast food, but but the amount of items they did not have in stock was astounding! Never experienced that before. The drive through person was so pre occupied they got our order wrong three times

Toilets was dirty. Waited outside to use it but someone that worked there sit in the toilet... one of the cashiers went to check it out as I went to her and asked if there was something wrong with the bathroom....after checking the person came out...bad cause we are travelling and my child needed the bathroom...

Have been there more than once. There is a a great chance that the order comes out missing some items. If you have driven off is hard to return back for it to be sorted out. Luckily was staying close by for it to be sorted. Manager called to apologise and made up for it.

Unprofessional and incompetent staff; incorrect order. Staff could not communicate that there was no cooldrink. (No cooldrink at McDonald's?) Gave us corn for some reason instead of chips. Ordered a cheeseburger, but there was no cheese on it. So bad it was laughable!

Very slow and incompetent. It was a Monday night it was so quiet but they still managed to get the order wrong. Service and communication was terrible. The lady at the drive through was so bad that I went inside to order exactly what I wanted on the touch screen, they still got it wrong. Corn instead of chips...

After receiving extremely rude service inside, we opted for the drive through. Only to receive burgers with no patty on it. Our order was rushed and I had to go back in for items that was paid for, but not given.

Great service, everyone was friendly but food took longer than anticipated.

Service is terrible. The ordering method sucks. Burger was not the best. Definitely NOT recommended.

We have been waiting for 2 hours for our food and still we are waiting . I have never seen this at Macdonalds in any place that we have stopped. Bad for business

Very bad service, to start with the place is unclean, bathrooms not clean! Bought our meals and there were no tomatoes added! We’ve returned the meals and they told us that they ran out of tomatoes! My question was why they’re not declaring to us as customers? Patties were dry and burn! Very disappointed! Worse case they couldn’t refund us, but will only get our money paid in our bank account after 48hrs!

I was really disappointed when I entered the restaurant, already when I entered there was a man who was complaining about customer service having been waiting for he's order for more than 15 minutes. We couldn't understand why because the place was absolutely not busy. He said "This is the worst service I've ever received" I also waited for a while for my food. I ordered a cappuccino and they served it without suger, then I had to ask for it WOOOOOW. Was I supposed to drink it without sugar? McDonald's do something about the stuff of this particular store!!!

All the McDonald’s I’ve been to the drive throughs are always quick you order, pay pick up your food and done, usually in less than 10 minutes. This Beaufort West McDonald’s took more thank twenty minutes at LEAST to finish our order which was two burgers and one kiddie’s meal. I don’t not recommend unless you have a couple Hours to spare whilst you wait for your food.

Google says location is open Sign outside says 24 hours Drive through barricaded and security at door says the restaurant is still closed. Last time I was here and the location was open it took 15 minutes in the drive through to get a McMuffin. Must the worst McD in SA. And that's saying something

No soft drinks,no ketchup, asked for a cajun chicken- got a beef patty with NO sauce! Pathetic service! bathrooms was even out of order!

Only reason why I give it a 1 start is because I cannot submit review with 0 star... Food was cold, patty hard with no garnish and dried out burgers. Absolutely horrendous food. Avoid at all cost!

The drive-through was taped shut, there were soooo many items not available on the menu and we easily waited 30min for our food. There were many disgruntled customers, one gentleman also waiting for his coffee, who had waited a good 20min before us. We were so excited to be driving through a town with a McDonalds as we don't have one close by. We definitely gave it a miss coming back home. So sad!

Was just at McDonald's Beaufort west the service is pathetic waited almost an hour and that at a drive thru, the lady who assisted me even asked what food I ordered, ordered double quarter pounder meals with cheese got normal quarter meals,asked cool drink without Ice got ice, and cherry on the cake gave food and cooldrink at the same time spilled cool drink inside my car.Its the first time I am experiencing such horrible service at a McDonald's as I live in CBS, and I see it is a norm that their service is pathetic maybe management must come down and see whats going on as McDonald's is getting a bad name photo supposed to be medium

No problem with the food,fast service but the BATHROOM were very, very dirty, even the walls. It is now 11:50 AM. I am sure there was enough time to clean during the morning.

I just bought a quarter pounder chilli 🍔 burger.I were about 10km outside you’re town when I took my first bite and almost threw up there was a huge smell so I spit out the food the patty was green.Hope I don’t get food poisoning.I tried phoning more than 10 times no answer.Closed you’re doors before someone gets hurt.

We drove through there a while ago and waited about 20 plus minutes for a normal burger order and there were not lettuce or tomato on the burgers, the worst experience at any Mcd we ever had

Pathetic, inconvenient and frustrating. We sat in line for 35 minutes through the drive through and when we got to the front were told they are out of stock of 3 of the items we ordered. We requested a refund and we’re told we could not receive one until the owner provided consent. We live 800kms away and have left without any product being provided and R300 down. We are waiting for our refund!

When a manager looses interest in his place, then the result is this McDonalds. Well done on you, your business sucks….. dirty, under equipped as card machines not working, things are standing around in business hours and you have too little staff. Wonder what the source of this could possibly be.

Poor service. The staff talks more than actually working. When the second group of staff arrived they were more engaged in conversations with each other than completing orders. Two workers were not wearing masks whilst preparing orders. MC Dondal's was not filled with customers yet we waited over 30 minutes for one small meal. This was absolute trash service!

This McDonalds is a bad name for the other franchises. We waited 30 min plus for our food, please note they were not busy at all and we had a small simple order so no excuse for the waiting period. Almost everything was out of stock, the staff was just standing around and they were very unfriendly.
