I recently visited Wimpy restaurant and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. From the juicy burgers to the crispy fries, every bite was a delight to the taste buds. But what really made my visit exceptional was the wonderful service provided by our waiter, Crizelda. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. Her positive attitude and warm demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Overall, I highly recommend Wimpy restaurant and especially Crizelda as a waiter. The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Thank you, Wimpy, for a memorable dining experience!

Food is really not up to Wimpy standards the worst I've ever eaten at a wimpy outlet. They need chefs who love their work. Badly prepared food.

It is our tradition to stop here for breakfast when travelling. Always very friendly staff and great service. Patricia was amazing and thoughtful (brought the refresher towels for the children).

Appalling service, waited 52min for burnt toasted sandwiches which were toast with unmelted cheese and raw chips...... The worse experience on 4,200km traveled since 16th December 2021!!!!

I was so happy to get a Wimpy Mega Coffee, it was like meeting a good old friend. The service was good, the restaurant clean and the staff friendly. We left smiling.

I moved to Beaufort West almost a year and half ago, and wimpy was my first place to visit and I have to say they are the best! The staff is super friendly, Trudi the Manager will go out of her way to check on you! All the waitresses are Hardworking! The Food always fresh! Go Beaufort west wimpy!

Not the best Wimpy I’ve been to. Food was as expected, but service was bad. Waitress was hardly at the table and we waited over an hour for our food. The place itself is poorly maintained, tables are cracking and chairs are completely colour faded. The place doesn’t look it’s moving forward.

Kids burger was not fresh and the patty was super dry and overdone. My Bacon was 1 rasher cut in half instead of 2 rashers of bacon. Friendly service but horrible food.

The service is excellent, everyone goes above and beyond to make this experience the best. I was served by Rachel and she was excellent and professional. The rest of the staff also attended to me as if it was their own table. Thank you Wimpy Swartberg!

Very poor service.After waiting 20 minutes and asking 4 different waitrons to take our order and still not being served we left.

Asked for vegetarian burger. They give non veg. Said that you never told vegetarian. Could not take that but made the full payment though it was their fault.

When an outlaw rides into town on his horse as hungry as his horse and stops at Beaufort West Wimpy, he expects the person behind the counter to be polite and respectful. Surely from one glance she see I am a new face in her town. If she did surely she would know I have driven miles to get as far as the middle of the Karoo. Or maybe she has forgotten or oblivious to the facts of life? Are we not all visitors to this town. Or should I wear my Gorilla mask next time I visit this Wimpy. I walked into your Wimpy greeted your front desk lady at 5.35pm. I asked if I could still order and sit down as I know the Wimpy closes at 6pm. She shouts to a fellow colleague whether this outlaw can sit down and eat. With a shout back I get told I cannot sit down it 5.35pm they closed for cleaning. I then asked about the current loadshedding, does it effect the whole town or partial town - reason I needed to find a place to sit down and eat somewhere.. I got some abrupt answer back which adds to irritable, unfriendly, not helpful. I could have bought take away but I decided to rather turn around walk out and never stop here again. While walking to my car I looked back. She didn't even notice that I walked out. What is it. No skin off my back. She also didn't offer take aways. Outlaw from the Good the Bad and the Ugly. Nothing pretty about Beaufort West Wimpy.

Wimpy is mostly the same wherever you go. The only difference is with the staff and people. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming here. This is a great stop on your way to anywhere.

This Wimpy is extremely dirty. The tray that the food was delivered on needs a good cleaning. The place overall gives you a dirty vibe. The cashier coughed the whole time we were there. You can see she is sick but kept her mask on her chin coughed in her hands not once did we see her use hand sanitiser. I had to ask her to put her mask on when we went to pay. We ordered the avo on toast but there was almost no avo served.

Maybe it's because they were packed that day but the turn around time for food was super slow. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the food was great. It's a great place to rest when traveling long distance.

Very poor service. Waited so long for food. Can't order an omelet because the grill is dirty. Very dissapointed when you just want to do a quick breakfast. Spent almost 2 hours there. The waiters does not know what is happening.

Very poor service, no let me rephrase, NO service at all at Wimpy Beaufort West. Sat for 10min, nobody to came to help. I went to the till point and asked lady in blue shirt if I could use my ebucks voucher. She said yes and turned around and walked away. I thought she called someone to help, so I sat down again, but she never returned and after another 10min I walked out and had a lovely breakfast with excellent service at the 3 sheep across the road. You will never see me there again.

This place has so many feet coming in and out - their turn around time for tables are not on par. If you are seated behind the play area in the corner they may just forget about you completely. Service is really slow, cant even remember what my breakfast was like but i do recall the long wait before ordering and longer wait for the bill. For a food establishment you want to be remembered for the good food and service. Do Better Man.
