Absolutely perfect meal - service was great - staff friendly - best pizza base I have ever tasted

This is one of the best little diners and coffee stops in town. They serve a mean milkshake and they also do quite a nice pizza. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Sitting on the outside deck you can look out over the small sqaure or sit indoors where it is a bit cooler.

Hidden gem! Excellent eatery considering the vegetarian options in this small town. A well thought off menu catering for all diets, from sushi, toasties, tramezzinis, pastas, pizzas, thai, waffles, etc. A must try when in the area! Service and hospitality from the ladies (Lizzy, Virnie, Sino) is exceptional, great sense of humour and ambiance!

Such an awesome experience! The staff's energy is next level, and shows in their friendly and efficient eagerness to help. Great food recommendations and well put together Karoo Sushi dishes - the pizza is also a winner.

What a lovely surprise...on our way to JHB and was grateful for friendly staff, fresh meal and ingredients even home made Fetta for the salads. Definitely must ! God bless

Fiancé and I stopped by on our way to Joburg and stopped for lunch. The coffee is fantastic as the Cafe latte and Coffee Shake were incredible. We also both ordered wraps. My fiancé had the bacon wrap and I had the honey and mustard chicken wrap. The portion size was perfect but for the price I would want a side of some kind (perhaps potato wedges or chips?). Very clean bathroom and really appreciated having hand sanitizer on every table. Friendly owners and staff. 8/10

We celebrated a very special birthday at Karushi. Everything was beyond our expectations, the venue the set up, food and very friendly staff and owner. Thank you Karushi team, you made our day. Loved the biltong sushi platter 😋

Even though this place is right on the busy N1 running through town in a parking area of a mall, we were pleasantly entertained by the people who work here. Everybody is so friendly, the food and cuppocinos were on point and we left in a very happy state 🤗

Really good service. With some of the best coffee I had in a long time great for meeting or long talks. I give it a solid 10/10 with their kind stuff members always at hand to help.

The salmon Thai curry dish was absolutely delicious, so tasty and a big portion. We also ordered the death by chocolate cake and we so fresh. It was delivered to our room hot and fresh. Saved us time having to go out and find a restaurant. Excellent service

The food portions were quite large and you won't leave hungry. My son had pizza and my daughter a toasted sandwich and they definitely do things on the healthier side, which is what we were looking for. Both their meals we're on the dry side tMy husband and I had the stir-fry. Mine was the Hawaiian and my hubbies the honey mustard. We both thoroughly enjoyed them and could not finish our plates. You can taste the personal touch in the food and the owner is definitely someone that prepares meals to bring people joy and health. My husband and I both have medical issues so we definitely needed the healthier choice after snacking in the car all day. I am glad we found Karushi. Give it a try. You will most probably have a great meal. Be patient as service is not super fast. But if you're on holiday that should not stress you out.

We were just spending the night in Beaufort and decided to have supper at Kalushi. What a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff and good meal. To top it off, a good Samaritan paid our bill without even telling us! Very special and a big thank you 😊

Lovely restaurant for a quick lunch or supper. Friendly and fast service. Within walking distance from several accommodation options. They also have some healthier options to choose from.

Only downside they don't have a Michelin star yet. They mill their own flour! The Hawaiian main meal with its sweet and sour sauce is incredible. It has a beautiful warmth to it almost as if it had cardamom or cinnamon/nutmeg I don't know it is but it's delicious. Keep up the work you guys are amazing!!

This was a stop on our way from Cape Town to Gauteng, and wow we were impresses. Fantastic food, stunning restaurant with lots of love from both staff and owners, and very friendly interactions with everyone. Overall would recommend to anyone who lives in this area or who is looking for a stop on a roadtrip.

Best service! Friendly staff! Best pasta ever - we were a party of 4, 2 x pasta (one alfredo and one Nonna) and 2 Thai green curry (one chicken and bacon and one beef) both delicious! Will certainly recommend Karushi!!

Wonderful, tasty food! Great, friendly and fast service even though it was peak time(lunch). Parking ample in parkade. I will highly recommend it to anyone- especially travellers looking for well-prepared, tasty food.

The food was delicious and the service very friendly and attentive. We did not need to wait long for our food. I enjoyed my vegetarian curry with rice which tasted just the way I like it. We also had a chicken wrap with honey mustard sauce and a chicken salad. Both were very tasty. Chips were good too.
