Stay away .... Far far away! For context I need to explain we left JHB for CT at 02:00 and stopped on Beaufort West for lunch (we had snacks for breakfast but all of us were starving) - I had to repeat my order multiple times and they still got it wrong. - it took them forever to get the order together; chaotic and disorganised would be an understatement which would be perfectly understandable if they were busy but we were the only ones at the counter! - when I pointed out my order was wrong the staff were unapologetic, disinterested and very condescending by saying "well then you must order and pay extra" - the burger I ordered was so stale it fell to pieces when I picked it up.(see picture) It tasted dry like cardboard. It was replaced quickly enough with a burger of similar quality so I only ate the the sliver of chicken and left the bun. - My wife who is the KFC fan and regularly has the "twister" in CT left half of her twister as it just tasted off. - No serviettes or tomato sauce was included so had to queue for those also. To top it off there were several locals harrassing us for more money the entire time we sat and ate; after they started swearing at us and getting aggressive we hastely discarded what was left of our lunch and got out of there. If I could I would give this place a fat 0 stars but a single star will have to do. Avoid by any means - worst value for money / terrible quality food and service / unsafe KFC outlet I have ever experienced :-(

Cooldrinks was warm instead of being cold. There were no condiments that accompany the food. Lack of communication in what they have or not. ☹️☹️

Good service from the manager today by the kfc.....your customer service was excellent an I wouldn't mind popping in again when passing by the store again....chicken was great

We did a drive thru so cannot comment much. Clean however and speedy service

It's actually very very bad experience and sad in the same time brand as KFC this brunch is so worse in Beaufort west firstly the tables dirty and the chicken was very oily and i ask them to make sure to be fresh properly they warm it and was so bad hopefully anyone can do any action

Friendly staff however food wasn't as good as expected especially as we were looking forward to a warm enjoyable meal as part of our road trip. Rolls were cold and burger patties were not freshly cooked.

Kfc beaufort west it was so bad experience ever the chicken was not fresh and oily the test is very bad even the cold drink it was out of Gases like water and this is not the first time but it will be the last time we didn't enjoy at all its a big sham of big name like this and if u will check about them u will see alot of bad reviews

As always it was nice to pop in at this establishment. Pity it was very late but still had great service.

The service is so slow. They ran out of chicken. They dont communicate with the customers about the delay. There are so many bad reviews about their service, this branch really needs to do something about it. People travelling cant be delayed like this

KFC is what it is, a pretty decent meal most people enjoy BUT ... The venue does not have a halaal certificate on display; The toilets are absolutely disgusting. For a food outlet, how can they be so negligent on cleaning the place? Obviously it's clients that dirty, but why should other clients have to suffer the consequences? No soap, dirty toilet bowl, dirty floors. Why are staff screaming at each other? The place is like a flea market, noisy, although they all standing behind the same counter.

If the kfc is as fresh and tender as in this branch, I would eat kfc more often for sure. My local kfc in waterglen pta can learn from these people.

We were traveling back home from Kzn to Cape Town. were hunger and tired and expected a nice meal but were so disappointed. Nice friendly staff but the KFC was below average. They got our order wrong, they had no tomato sauce, the nuggets had no sauce, we had to ask for some which was given to us in thise small mash and gravy bowls By the time we ate the food was cold. So disappointed.

Placed an order for a simple dinner at the drive-thru. Waited 20 minutes for the queue to move before 1 person went to the window to ask what was happening. The queue only started moving then. The waitress had "forgotten" to take our order when we arrived to pay and collect. This despite her having repeated the order when it was placed. This KFC serves late night drivers on the N1 CPT - JHB route. Service is absent.

Poor Service, No Zinger Sauce, No Soda Fountain, Basically force you to take a Buddy drink that's an additional R10 per meal, Manager is Like Illiterate and says we bot forced, but technically have no alternative options. KFC needs to improve on this store.

The place was smelling like faeses, we tried to determine where it came from. maybe the ice cream machine near the open door, drainage outside by open door. Or the entrance to the toilet is right next to the entrance. Maybe it is nothing. Is the size if the thigh the same at all outlets?

The food is always fresh. Enjoyed it!!! Will definitely stop there again.

The people helping me was not too friendly but got the job done. After my order was pleased at the pay point AL was good but at pick up I was informed that one part of my order was not in stock any more and I had to take something else. The food whas oily and would rather go to the KFC at the truck stop outside of town Cape Town side for better food kwality.

Perfect service. It didn't feel like it was full. I got my order within 5 minutes of being there. Place was clean. The manager was perfect and a great host to everyone.

We ordered full bucket of chicken underneath they put all burnt chicken but they exchanged them for us. It is as if they wanted us to discover that on our way to Bloemfontein.

We enjoyed the breakfast special. There were lots of homeless people outside the KFC who begged and this caused a dilemma. Although I understand their plight and tried to support, it necessitated sitting inside due to being bombarded.

I always enjoy stopping here for brunch when I travel but the chicken was so bad on this day. It didn't taste like KFC at all... it was salty and had too much black pepper.

Once they took long with my order . So they gave me two drinks free . Then again i took a drive after i ordered and they gave my order to someone else . But when i got there atleast i got fresh chicken afterwards.

I last visited this place at 12 midnight and it had only one assistant while the orders were a lot, but besides that it has all meals KFC points offer. The other feature I liked was the wide space and a lot of chairs and tables it had. If you don't like to sit next to other people especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, this place is the option.

Service was okay, however. While dining there were beggars watching and asking for food or money, others would come in and check the bins for left overs. It was scary.
