On 12 May 2022 at 8.49 Donovan was the operator who filled up my car. I have been on a road trip for 14 days and Donovan was the best attendant from Cape Town to Golden Gate. He has gone the extra mile and not only put fuel in, windows etc. but was a real ambassodor for Beaufort West and the Engen Business. Without asking, he promote the specials in the Engen Shop, was friendly and polite and professional.

This garage-shop has become part of our family trip routine. Our daughter lives In the Bloemfontein and we travel by car to her quite often. Because most of the shops on our trip doesn’t sell halaal food, including the Wimpy at this Engen garage, we will always stop at Nadeem’s Cafe in Beaufort West to buy us halaal food. We then stop at the Engen 1 Stop, to buy us cool drinks and snacks. They have lovely shaded parking as well, which has been so welcoming as it can becoming stinking hot in Beaufort West. We then spend some time here and enjoy our food. It’s lovely in this part of Beaufort West. This has become part of our routine and part of our memories. We will also use the toilets before continuing our journey. The toilets are very nice and clean and the staff at the shop and the garage are very helpful and friendly. 👌

Very fast and efficient service

Incredible service. Almost a free car wash. The attendants wash everything dirty while filling up. Other service stations can learn from them. The owner has a business mind that all other can learn from. Cujos for you and your team

We entered without being greeted, and I just went to sit. The waiter took our order wrong, leaving kids very grumpy. Waited for coffe almost up to 30 min. Food came before the kids milkshakes arrived. Very disappointed in Wimpy, hasn't been the same the past few years.

The lady from the Quick shop gave me change for R50 when l gave R100 she quickly walked away when l followed her she was aggressive and unpleasant and refused to give me the correct change. It happened just now she is short, elderly and colored please be careful. I think she knew what she was doing because she walked before l took my change to count.
