This was a quaint hotel in a quaint town. This place actually gave me motel vibes but it’s a lot bigger than a motel. First things first: we decided to spend the night here after a 10 hour drive. The only reason we picked this place over the others is because it had a pool. However, when we got there and already checked in, we discovered that the pool was empty (no water). I was very disappointed. They should’ve told us before we payed for the rooms that the pool was empty. The rest of the hotel was okay and nicely decorated (60’s vibe). The rooms were nice and clean. There is a tv in every room but it only shows the SABC channels and M-net. The rooms also have air conditioning and a coffee stand with cups and a kettle. I think it was about R450 per room per night.

We feel like we are at home. Love our room and the breakfast 😋 The dining halls decor felt like something out of the Titanic movie. We just love it.

No coffee, no melk, no sugar, no spoons in room.No bar fridge.

Real old school visit From Oom Tommie the Barman, to proper 3 course sit down Dinner, in historical Dining room, proper manners, great friendly staff, secure parking.

What a really quaint place. Loved the trip down memory lane with the 80's decor. From the front of the house through to the kitchen staff all are really friendly and hospitable

If you just want a place to sleep on the last minute, and didn't make a booking. This is sure the place to try. Make sure you have your own coffee. They offer recoffie. Beds are comfortable and they have an aircon. Hope you don't like to watch TV. There was only sabc to watch. You have a bath/shower. The rooms are big. Otherwise, it is great for the price you pay for. We were 5, paid under 1k. Easy to find. It's on the main road

Very old fashioned hotel style stay. Rooms and style are old fashioned. Affordable at R850 for a 4 person single beds room. All extras have to be payed for.

The room was not the cleanest. There was a hair on the sheets. Everything was very old. No lift. There were ash trays at the top of each flight of stairs. On the plus side, the service staff were friendly. We left very early the next morning and there was someone to assist us. We ordered a plate of chips and they were very tasty. Freshly made and very little waiting for our order.

Cockroaches in the bathrooms. Friendly staff but terrible stay. Can hear everything through the walls. Loud guests kept us up after 2 in the morning.

We arrived at Oasis without a booking and the lovely lady at the front had some rooms open. The entirety of Beaufort West was fully booked. Absolutely amazing service from the staff and very neat Hotel.

Our car broke down on our way back home. Just 40km before Beaufort Wes. The staff at Oasis where so helpful. And made our one night stay as comfortable as they could.

This is a wonderful hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff are very friendly and very helpful! Here's a Tip ask to stay in Room 5 or 4. Those two rooms have balconies that walk out onto a roof garden with a great view. The hotel also have a fantastic large blue pool. Go for a dip as soon as you've checked.

Old world charm. It is maybe not a new place but it is clean and well maintained. This reminds me of an old military base, every thing is shipshape and ready for the Sergeant Majors inspection. The staff really go out of their way to maintain this grand old lady. I travel a lot and you will have to look hard to find beter value for money.
