Worse room ever, torn bedspreads lots of holes in the walls, Roaches everywhere, no cover for outlet in bathroom, tub faucet broken, fridge smell like fish, dirty floors weird guest next door acting strange only positive thing was the lady who I talked to on the phone to make reservations but she was gone when I got there,i asked the check in guy for a wash rag and he said i don't think we have any because they are limited and the one he gave me was so stained until i went and bought me some. The checkout guy i told him about the issues and all he said was we'll get it taken care of....first and last time staying there..

Ok is the property clean? No it looks like they are in the middle of a very slow remodel. There are sinks everywhere, in the halls, in the parking lot. Is this room clean? ehhh yeah kinda. Random trash in the corners of the bathroom, spackled holes on the walls, torn bedspread, ratty dirty furniture and dirty carpet (wear socks). No bugs that I could see. Does it have a funny smell? Yeah but I smoke and I didn't spend the night the two days I booked there, so I didn't much care. It looks like they are trying to upgrade, very, very slowly. The guy at the front desk, who I assume is the owner, is very nice and accommodating, checking me in 3 hours early. They don't seem to have any employees, so they are doing what they can with what they got. It's located in a decent part of Beaufort but seems like it's a little sketchy. I only needed it during the day, so I have no experience on what it's like at night. They will give you a wifi code, but THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK on the property. You'll get a very weak signal, for about 30 seconds and then it's out. This hotel gives off the impression that people live here. Take your chances.

Front of hotel was nice--There were boats, mops, buggies, etc in the back-- Check-in area was clean but had shut in smell--Paperwork was ready, I went thru hotels.com--I used a black light..lol.. Sheets/comforters were clean (big + for me) Hair was over bathroom floor, hadn't been swept in awhile (used car broom) Chair had paper under cushion--Beds had metal things under mattress sounded like thunder if u moved to hard --Remote busted didn't work--Changed TV by hand (wifi worked) They ran out of small towels--Microwave rusted/old but worked--F-ball fans no NFL chan. screen says it was canceled..lol..I also think this is one of the older motels--Paid $101 for 2 queen beds--If you need a quick place 2 stay 1 or 2 nights it'll do but no more....It is stayable

Certainly NOT Americas best, quite possibly its worst inn. The worst we’ve ever stayed in at least. Pretty much everything wrong with this joint. On the plus side, there was a functional microwave and fridge in the room. The bedsheets had been changed and king bed was old but adequately comfy. The minus side is far longer and more significant: dirty bathroom floor, black mold on shower curtain, dirty microwave interior, Grey towels that were supposed to be white. And worst of all: all-pervasive smell of cigarettes. It was especially bad in bathroom so we figured smell was coming through the vent (tried in vain to cover it). Complaining of smell elicited response, “it’s a non-smoking room”. Felt unsafe in the place as some folks were spinning tires and making loud noises in parking lot…very high class crowd here. We endured and left asap in am.

It seems like the nice man at the front desk is running the hotel alone. The rooms have a musty smell, bedding with holes in them (in a NON SMOKING room), rapidly growing mold on the shower curtains, unclean and dirt stained tubs and toilets, and carpet that's so dirty you feel like your shoes don't deserve to touch them, etc. The rooms are reasonable, but at a cost. Pick your poison!! And I almost forgot, you will leave with more than you came with. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! Be careful, they are very disrespectful and they'll leave with you without asking and start a family in YOUR house.. You've been warned. This is basically 1/2 a dirt level above Days Inn in Port Royal.

Exposed wires, no cover on electrical switches, dirty and stained furniture, no towels, and nasty old mattresses stacked up alongside the building. I asked for a refund within 5 minutes of checking in and was refused. I had to book another hotel for the night. This place is awful and they don’t care.

This is a budget friendly place. No issues with our room. It was a perfect find at a low cost for our family overnight trip to the beach and we will come back again.

I was awoken by getting bit by bed bugs at 1st I thought I was tripping but as I continue to itch I seen one run across my arm as soon as I killed it there was another. After killing 2 back to back I processed to go down to the lobby to speak with management. I told him what was wrong he was not at all concerned all he did was say “I’m sorry but I cannot help u cause he only have one room available and if he swapped me he would have to pay out his pocket” it’s currently 1:57am 5/26/2021 I will not be able to go back to sleep let alone sit down because now I’m in fear of getting bit even more. I will say this yeah there the cheapest hotel in Beaufort SC but u get what u pay for. Just a warning to all

Unfortunately, I have to put Lisa star in order to write a review I would not put no star whatsoever. When I requested for room to reserve a room. I had put the amount of people I planned on having a disabled. It told me it was disabled friendly the room that we got was not for disabled, they also lied to me and told me that I did not put the right amount of people to request for the room. The rooms were filthy There was Hair on the sheets and left in the sink. The gentleman at the counter was extremely rude and unkind. When we tried to speak with him, he blew us off when we tried to ask for extra pillows he would say yes at first, but then when he turned around to look at us, he said oh no, we don’t have no more We tried to explain to them about the lights flickering in the room, so we had to stay in a hotel with no lights on. They would not change them for us to see we had to use flashlight On our phone I was here for my son’s military graduation and I yet I was treated so poorly in this hotel. Unfortunately I’m a single mom I was not able to afford anything else but when they say cheap hotel, they mean exactly that this was the most I paid $300 for just one bedroom and have the worst time for the three days I have to stay there. I think next time if I ever have to do something like this, I guess I will pay. For an expensive hotel, and hope I get better service, friendly people and a clean And I hope my disabled mother actually has a disabled room as I requested and not be treated as such like she was here I wish you could see look on their faces, and the way that they spoke It was horrible. I’ve never left a review on anything took me forever just even know how to write this one so if I was to give anything to this hotel, it surely would not be a star. It would be tips on how to make it right
