sat in drive through for almost a hour. typically what happens is you give them your card and they run it as the food is being made and give it back to you before you get your food. well that didnt happen. gave us the bag, took my card, 5 minutes later, gave us drinks, in that order. being accustomed to the usual way i had just described i thought i had my card because for some reason it took 5 minutes to run my card. so much time had passed i assumed i was good to go so i drove off without my card by mistake. after i got home and ate my meal, i noticed on my bank app i was charged $37 for my order and then i noticed a additional charge for $19.06. i only ordered $37 worth of food. upon checking my wallet and seeing my card is not there i realize what happened. the person at the window stole my card, and charged it for a meal for themself. upon confronting the kitchen i was told it was a double charge and no further action was taken. it was 1:00AM so i tried calling this morning to talk to a manager and the number does not work. so now i have to order a new debit card and not be able to make any purchases for the next week. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!
Sorry, but I’m gonna be blunt. This store absolutely sucks but I’m talking as a DoorDash I come and I’m waiting 20- 30 minutes for an order! Stockton needs to change. There is no reason why people should wait for their food when it’s called a fast food restaurant.
Terrible! Items ordered were wrong,despite the fact I had them repeat the order. Plus got 2 hardshell tacos,one came with no lettuce and the other one had lettuce and cheese but NO MEAT. Ordered the $7 lux box,was given the $5 one. Ordered a plain beef burrito and was charged for a burrito supreme. Ordered a bean burrito,it came with just beans,no cheese or red sauce. Guess maybe you could say it's my fault for not checking the order upon receipt,but I feel I shouldn't have to, Especially since I had them repeat the order!
Went through the drive thru on 12/21/24. Ordered a regular Crunchwrap, a beef soft taco and asked for hot sauce. Received some kind of black bean Crunchwrap, and what I believe is a chalupa. Started to drive away and noticed they didn’t even put the sauce packets in the bag so I backed up and asked for them. The woman at the window looked very inconvenienced. Took an online survey and have received nothing from corporate. I’ll go elsewhere in Beaver Dam from now on.
The only reason why it get a one star is because Dayton, he was so kind while everyone else was standing around doing absolutely nothing and talking with each other. So thank you Dayton for always being kind and making sure our food is good.
Since my last review, this place has declined in service. Every time I've ordered in the last 2 months something or everything was wrong. When I've asked them to fix it I've received attitude more often than not. Idk if the new batch of employees are just high all the time or don't listen but between that and employees not switching gloves regularly I've been getting lettuce in everything even things that normally don't have it or I've ordered it without. And when I pay to add beef but get a few crumbs it's just annoying.
Placed on order off the app. Get there to check in and they say there is no order. They make me wait over 5 minutes to come back to me so I can show them the order in the app and at first the manager says there is nothing there then suddenly finds it. So what should have been by the time I got there I still waited for. Then they couldn't get the order right still.
Today went good. Everything I ordered came out correctly! I changed quite a bit too. So happy for that. Line took a long time to go through though unfortunately. But at the same time I shouldn't complain cause everything was hot. Past experience-- So... Mixed feelings... First... Hopefully was just a fluke. My kid Found a fly in her taco... Just YUCK. Thank goodness she checks her food religiously before she eats it. Pointing to fly in picture. Too far away to turn back to replace it. On a different note. Prices went up a TON. What used to cost us about $12 now cost us almost $20... Two people eating at Taco Bell should not cost that much... Was our go to for going out, but if it's going to cost $40 for 4 of us next time, we might have to pass, especially after that fly. My kid decided the rest of her food was not edible. Not sure she'll be willing to eat here again any time soon. On a good note... The amount of ingredients went up. What sometimes we would get was a third full taco was actually full this time, mostly with lettuce, but at least they weren't empty. So that's positive, most of the places out there are going down in portions even when raising prices. Rest of the food was fine. But the chips and cinnamon twists were dumped out on the bottom of the bag, interesting flavor having chips with cinnamon sugar and then cheese dip... 11/9/24- tacos were over filled with meat and almost no cheese. Very difficult to eat tonight on the drive home. Service was good and fast, but no napkins and a VERY messy meal that didn't taste great. I like the meat but there's was enough for probably 6-8 tacos on the 3 I had and almost no lettuce or cheese.
