Very very slow. They were getting everyone’s orders wrong, had 3+ people up front complaining because they had orders wrong, girl with black hair, tattoo on the side of her neck and septum was being very rude towards the costumers

20+ minute wait time, not even busy in the restaurant by any means. Kitchen manager shouting at employees to do their jobs, they just stand there. Boyfriend asked for a chicken sandwich with no lettuce only for them to put lettuce and NO mayo on it. It seriously cannot be that hard to mess up simple directions, and this is coming from a kitchen worker. A good chunk of our order (my frozen drink and our pies) were forgotten and we had to give three reminders. And even after I politely asked about my drink, it wasn’t made, yet they continued to ring up customers who came in after us, giving them my exact drink that I ordered. Employees seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Not a single thing went right but the fountain drink that you fill yourself and the already frozen hershey’s pie. Don’t even bother coming here. We were calm and respectful the entire time too.

It took 3 times to get our order correct. They remade the entire order on round 2, at least the onion rings & fries were fully cooked, however my wife's sandwich was still cold. She went in the on attempt #3.... don't mess with my wife when she's hungry!!! Finally her sandwich had some warmth to it, due to They put it in the microwave. I immediately spotted the service problem when I asked the kid behind the counter for a Manager,.... it was him. I don't think there was a crew member in there over the age of 18. 1 star is the lowest rating allowed. I wish there was an option of taking away stars.

I like a Whopper every once in a while so we went there around 2pm on Saturday. There was no line at the drive thru. We ordered 1 Whopper, 4 Whopper Jr’s (1 with no mayo), and one large fry. Even though no one was behind us, we were asked to pull ahead. We waited 12 minutes after pulling ahead. When the food came, I counted that we had five sandwiches and one fry. Unfortunately the fry was cold. Disappointing to have to wait that long only to have a cold fry. Then the one Whopper Jr. with no mayo didn’t exist. All the sandwiches were made with mayo so my daughter didn’t eat it. We used our own air fryer to heat up the fries. I will not go back to Beaver Dam’s Burger King. $23 wasted.

Very slow service, no one knows what their doing. The managers are just standing there half the time looking around. Kind of a joke here... You would think that either they have employees from another burger King come here to train or have a better training program. Dirty tables, dirty floors, and windows. The only thing I liked was the new order menus outside. Otherwise they are expensive and not worth the time or money.

Clean modern BK, I had special request on my order, they handled perfectly, The APP HAS SUPER DISCOUNTS like every other week! Best app e-z for oldsters lol.

Stopped today had double Whopper deal for $3. I used the app to get that price. For the place that used to advertise having it your way, the app only lets you add or remove me way to make it light or heavy. The seating area was pretty clean but the 1 1/2 hours I was there no one cleaned tables.

Have time to waste. Head here. Great way to wait , wait , and wait , only to recieve your order and have to drive around have it corrected and wait, wait., and wait some more. Lobby closed on a Friday @ 8:00pm. This place is a 0.0 . I will not be back. I can't imagine this place will be around much longer.
