The Fries are really old over cook never again will I go back Waiting for cold fries 20 mins get better Wendy's.

Please, save yourself some time and just go to one of the other fast food places around here. Every single time I order, without fail, whether it be going to the drive thru or ordering on the app, I am met with the wrong order in my bag. Completely different stuff from what I ask. That, or I drive up to a closed store that advertises itself as being open. I dropped $20 on an online order just for the store to be closed when I pulled up. This Wendy’s has fallen from grace, which is very generous to say it had any to begin with. Just shut down this location already, guys. Clearly this store has never had itself very put together.

Incredibly busy (inside the store and in the drive thru), and they had a small crew. Despite this, food was hot and fresh. Customer service was great. The young man working the counter was polite, friendly, and helpful. Soda machine in lobby was out of many drinks, but he filled our drinks behind the counter quickly. While the store itself neede attention, they staff certainly put customer service at the top of their list.

The chili used to be very good but the chili I just had today sucked. It was very bad. I will never buy it again. Please go back to the old chili.

Service was quick and the restaurant was clean, BUT the food was terrible. Cold and tasted like it was made the day before. Would never stop again.

This Wendy's location is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at. I ordered #7 from the Breakfast menu. To my surprise, the sandwich looked nearly identical to the picture. I had to tell the cook and cashier my appreciation of their great service, and that they are what's the difference. Date and time: 3/12/25 @ 8:30am

I tried the drive thru first but it didn't move at all for over 10 minutes so I placed a mobile carryout order instead. I waited a few minutes before going in. I waited an additional 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 medium fries. That's all I needed and I don't understand how or why it took so long. The guy who handed me my order called me "Jess" instead of Jeff and he appeared to be the manager. No napkins, condiments etc in the bag or offered to me. I like Wendy's but I won't be going back to the Beaver Dam location again unfortunately.

Stopped in today 15 Nov 2022, the burger was all dried out. The fries were old. WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY from this restaurant. The tables were dirty, the staff was busy talking to each other, not doing there job,
