The room was clean. The staff courteous and I know continental breakfasts are pretty standard but the biscuits and gravy was very good. Happy hour was an unexpected nice touch. There was an entire construction crew there at the same time and we didn't hear a peep. We plan on making it a every other month nightly getaway with the whirlpool. The rooms were very reasonably priced.

We were up to Beaver Dam for my grandson's hockey tournament and decided to stay at the Americinn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and the rooms were very, very clean. The beds were super comfortable and my grandson wanted to take the bed home because he loved it so much. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from.

Absolutely terrible service! Called for early check-in (going to a wedding, needed to get in before it started) and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. When I got to the hotel to check in, no one was to be found at the front desk for at least a half an hour. Many people had called for the early check in and were waiting as well. The breakfast is extremely lacking and poorly stocked. The rooms and pool were very clean and the cleaning staff was nice and helpful.
