I usually love the food here but I only ordered 4 ice cream. We have been sitting in the waiting line for over 15 min and people with hit meals got there food way before us when we were first in line. The 5th car has gotten there order that was behind us. Im really dissapointed. I'd understand the waite if I got hot food. But this is ice-cream/custard. Should take 15-20 min for us to get 4 ice-creams. Sorry but they apparently lost our ticket order! Like almost 45min to an hour of a waite! The ticket was purchased 930pm and it's now 10:12pm and they just now nowticed we didn't get out order! 🥺😭 still waiting
Went to get dinner after work. I know I went at 10:30 pm but that's beside the point. I went to the drive thru and wanted 2 double hamburger baskets. Plain nothing on them. Got home to find they had cheese on them. Called the store and all they wanted was to send me coupons. They then got angry with me because I didn't want coupons I wanted a refund because this is not the first time. Just wanted dinner and only got dessert.
***ONLINE ORDER ISSUE ONLY!!***OTHERWISE WOULD GIVE A 5star rating!! I waited and waited for an online order & finally hunted it down just to receive food that had obviously been sitting there way too long. Which was very disappointing since my family LOVES Culver's food & are fairly knew to this specific location. & I know they saw me sitting there (forever), yet nobody cared to check in with me..? Even when I started to attempt to try & ask, but then felt too bad & didn't want to make anyone mad &/or throw them off their rhythm since I could see they were obviously busy. So, I didn't say anything & decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that it just wasn't ready yet & continued to wait. But, unfortunately & apparently that wasn't the choice I should've made because if I had spoken up & said something earlier then I finally did, our food could've still been fine. I do know though that I shouldn't have had to track down the food (which might I add, was already prepaid for), myself though. & it still doesn't make any sense how this happened because I had to check-in when I first parked. So, they knew I was there, waiting, & waiting? Oh, on top of it, they also forgot our ice cream.🤦🏼♀️ I was so upset that I sent feedback about the order (I never do this), & thankfully the manager DID reach out & said she'd "update there system" to include online orders being delivered & processed more efficiently, so that's promising!👍 She also mailed me two coupons to make up for the meals I had purchased. Which is also exactly what she should've done & fits the "good customer service" bill, on her end!👍 & I thank you for that, btw! We love to eat here but are fairly new to this specific location so fingers crossed that this was just a bad day for them & they have online orders figured out now!🤞 ***Please note that every other time we've gone here so far, the food has been great though, so don't make this steer you away!🤔 Like I said, it couldn't just been one of those days. & I know I'm still going to eat here again & I**DO**RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!👍 Just be leery about the way you're ordering & check-in with someone if it's past the time they said your food should be done-specifically if you're using the online ordering system/way..?
Ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo but apparently they ran out. I also asked for pretzel bites but they gave me cheese curds instead. I hate the cheese curds because they are extremely salty and breaded. I really wish we had a year-round DQ instead. Their food is awesome and doesn't cost so much.
Ordered two concrete mixers in the drive-thru. Waited patiently until 15 minutes passed by so I went in to see what was going on. Apparently they marked our order as dine-in when we were in the drive-thru. I don't need a cookie cutter response from corporate. Simply, do better Culver's. I'm just disappointed.
I was so confused while making my order I felt like 3 different voices was talking to me. And my burger didn't get ketchup. Would've liked to experience a great visit, like I have in all the other locations I have visited throughout the state.
9 staff members behind the counter just chatting and not paying attention to customers. They only had 1 register open, they mixed up our orders, and just annoying to deal with. Food itself was fine, but the ordering process and then trying to figure out whose stuff was whose sucked.
Excellent fast food burger and chicken style restaurant. Fast friendly service. My burger and fries were very good.
