Chick-Fil-A is known for its delicious food and friendly service, and the Centerville location on Wilmington Pike is no exception. I’ve been to this location several times, both before and after the new drive-thru set up, and I’m always impressed with how efficient and fast it is. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to get my food, even when the line is long. The food itself is always delicious. The chicken sandwiches are juicy and flavorful, and the fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned. I also love the milkshakes, which are thick and creamy. In addition to the great food, the service at this Chick-fil-A is also top-notch. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient meal!

Chick-fil-A is always standard. I mean this in the best of ways. The way they treat their customers the way that they treat their employees and the quality of their food is consistent. This location is no different. They are busy. They are motivated and the quality of their food is exactly what I expect. Highly recommend visiting this location. You will not be disappointed.

Speed of service was amazingly fast. One of my sandwiches had pickles and full of pickles juice, even though I asked for it plain. The ketchup packets I was given were busted and sticky all over causing a mess. A little more attention to the details would have been great. Fries were a bit on the salty side. This experience was below average for me for chikfila.

Food had an extraordinarily oily taste. Exchanged it once just to recover the same thing. Service was pretty subpar in comparison to other locations. Seemed like there was plenty of staff but I can't say what most of them were doing other than chatting. Did have one who lives up to the service on the way out with a drink refill. Guess you take what you can get at this location.

I ordered online and came in to pick up food. They guy in assuming was a leader handed me my bag. I asked for salt. He was very condescending and said "did you order it? Did you ask for it? Well here is some more incase it's not already in the bag". He made me feel two inches tall and totally embarrassed. I didn't know what to say so I just left... when you order online, it says salt comes with the fries. But unless I ask personally, I don't get any. The food is always great here but the guy who belittled me could do better if he is working in customer service.

I visited this location midmorning just as breakfast was ending. It was not crowded. The workers were extremely friendly and attentive. I was with my 2 small children who both use highchairs and 1 of the workers helped carry a highchair. There are little mats that were attached to the high chairs to help with crumbs. My expectations of eating somewhere with small children were exceeded and we had a very enjoyable visit

Always great food, great service. As a chain, they have the standard to beat! This store is always busy but handles them efficiently and timely delivering quality products while keeping the place clean and available for guest.

It was very slow going, even though it was late morning. I'm most upset about not receiving a straw for my drink. I wish I didn't need to post negative reviews for this place. It used to be the best place in town.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I’m not kidding. The nicest people I’ve ever met, which makes me disgusted when I pulled up today to get some food and they have one man outside shoveling the parking lot with a shovel all the money. Just this location brings in and you can’t get it plowed with slave driving these people Chick-fil-A you’re disgusting.

Went through the drive through and got a chicken sandwich with mustard and a diet lemonade. Always good. I typically get the chicken sandwich, chicken strips with Chick-fil-A sauce, or the Market Salad with avocado ranch dressing. The food and service are always good.

I ordered a #1 combo and went to put mayo on it. It was separated and looked disgusting. One of the managers happened to be walking by and saw what happened and said he would get me a new sandwich. A couple minutes later I had a new sandwich and a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. It was nice they were paying attention and corrected the issue right away.

And let's not forget the brownies – they were deliciously decadent. Beyond the delicious food, what makes this location shine is their staff. They're always the epitome of friendliness, treating you like part of their family. The atmosphere is incredibly clean, making for a comfortable dining experience. I can't recommend this Chick-fil-A location enough. It's a haven for those seeking tasty vegetarian options, mouthwatering sides, and sweet indulgences, all served by a warm and welcoming staff. It's an absolute gem in the world of fast food.

Just like most locations, the service is top notch; friendly and efficient staff. Food is always good. My only complaint is that they've opened multiple lanes to take orders but then funnel everyone back down to a single lane to pick up the order.

Excellent service! I got the grilled nuggets with honey mustard sauce for a healthier choice. Their grilled nuggets are great...very tender and nice flavor. I also love their market salad.

I usually splurge for a large drink with my meal when I visit because I love the crushed ice. It's an unnecessary luxury. I was disappointed when I received a drink today and it was regular ice. It's the little things. I hope they get crushed iced back.

I used to come to this restaurant a lot but after so many bad experiences I will never return again. They loved to short us on our fries that we paid for and only filled the containers half full. It was always annoying to go on the app to try and get a replacement when they were messing up so frequently. The staff are usually unprofessional. One day I overheard some talking about selling feet pictures online, which is an odd choice of conversation when a customer is at the window. The last time I came to this location they filled my fries up so little that I went inside after I pulled out of the drive thru and noticed. I went in and waited a couple minutes before anyone helped me. I had ordered my fries without salt and I asked for a replacement of my fries with no salt. The girl said okay but then the girl who was packing orders was mumbling things and rolling her eyes at what I said. I couldn't see her do this from my angle but my husband saw it through the window from my car. The whole staff was acting sarcastic and extremely rude over some simple fires that they shouldn't have been stingy on in the first place. There are so many other Chick-fil-A's in the area so I will never be coming to this location again. Avoid this store at all costs **Note: this was a picture of the fires before we even ate a single one. This is what they handed us from the drive thru. Ridiculous, trying to rip us off. They were being extremely lazy it's not that hard to drop extra fries to fill the containers all the way up.

Always fast and friendly drive-thru service! Just when your thinking, "this will take forever" the line moves up and they are handing you your food.
