I visited this place for the first time ever this week for an integrated massage (with Amber), and I can't wait to go back! I can honestly say that I think that was the best massage I have ever had! In the past, the therapists I have been to had a routine and they did the exact same thing for each side of the body. However, I thought it was really cool that Amber was very in tune with the tension in different parts of my back, neck, etc, and she did slightly different things (medicupping, extra time on a spot, moving or stretching a limb, etc) to really work that out in each part. She even helped some areas I did not realize were holding tension! She really did tailor the experience to my needs, and I left feeling amazing! Thank you so much, Amber! :)

Tashia gave me the most amazing massage yesterday. Haven't felt this Good in years! Cannot praise her enough for her attention to detail.

I have had a massage from both Kathy and Jason at Integrative Touch. Kathy was very attentive during my session, and tailored her treatment to what was happening with me that day. Really great session. Second visit was with Jason and also a pain-relieving yet relaxing session. I tend to prefer a heavy-handed massage, and Jason really worked out the tension in my painful areas. Both therapists asked me prior to starting what my goals were for the session, and if there were any specific areas I needed to work on, which I appreciated. Recommend this facility. Will definitely go back.

I had my massage with Angela and it was wonderful! I have never been to this place but my wife had, and said it was amazing. The place is very clean and organized. The floors were spotless and all of the items in the massage room seemed to be clean as well. The massage table was nicely prepared and warmed. The linens they used were soft, which was an added benefit. (I have been to some places where the linens were a bit rough...It doesn't really bother me, but having soft blankets/sheets did make the massage all the more relaxing.) Angela did a fabulous job of targeting the "troublesome" muscles in addition to the full body massage. Plus, she was very attentive to how it felt to me as she did not want to cause any discomfort/pain. All in all, this place is great and I will be returning in the future! Toshia is a life saver! I took my wife to the ER worried about a sudden onset of pain, and after all the tests came back negative and having a horrible night with little to no sleep, I made arrangements for an appt to see if they could get my wife some relief. Toshia made an appt for her and changed my wife's mind forever about the benefits of massage. She communicated so incredibly well to make sure that my wife knew what she was doing, what to expect, and how to relax and do the things that needed to be done. She also did such a good job at easing my wife's nervousness and anxiety about the process. Everything about this experience was incredible and we will probably end up scheduling out regular maintenance visits. Thank you so much Toshia for making a difference!

Amy was amazing this morning! She blew my mind with how well she was able to find and fix my tight spots where I hold tension. She was also helpful with the sinus massage as well as the aromatherapy! Incredibly intuitive, medically-minded massage therapy that gets results! My painful sciatic problem I’ve struggled with for 5 years went away after just 2 to 3 sessions! Toshia, the owner, is brilliant, caring and incredibly gifted and knowledgeable at finding the source of muscular pain and talented at utilizing medical cupping. Her staff is skilled in a variety of massage therapies depending upon your needs! Highly recommend!!!

Toshia is magic. I was content to never get a massage my whole life, I don't really care to be touched so I've never sought it out. Until the day I could barely move, and every movement was excruciating. The ER did nothing for me and I was getting more miserable by the hour. Toshia was so accommodating, flexible, and understanding. I hobbled in very feeling very uncertain and she immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable, which I didn't think would be possible. She knew exactly what to do to ease my pain and get me working properly. Everything she said happened exactly the way she said it would, she was very clear about her goals and what I could expect timetable-wise, and she was right on the money. I walked out of there standing upright, and almost two days later the pain is gone, exactly like she said. She has a gift and she's an excellent human to boot. Give these folks your business with confidence!

This place is an absolute gem! It’s a bit hidden - I didn’t even know it was in my neighborhood until I did a Google Search - but once I found it, I was so happy. It’s close by, they have various types of massage by skilled practitioners, and offer yoga classes as well. Highly recommend!

I personally had such an absolutely incredible experience at ITMMWC. I was involved in a pretty bad car accident a few months ago and needed help getting myself back together, back to normal again, and Tashia definitely did just that, plus some! I now believe that deep tissue massage can be just as important if not more than, chiropractic care. I am now feeling even better than I was before my accident and looking forward to still coming in now at least once a month just for maintenance and to keep myself feeling this good!!! 🤩

Ben is a miracle worker. His hands are magic, and he got into places I didn't even tell him were issues. He found them on his own. I have a hip replacement, so my whole body is affected and tight from how I walk and compensate, so finding relief from pain and tightness is such a gift. The entire wellness center is perfect because it's not pretentious. It's full of real people who truly want you to feel your best. Please support this woman-run business instead of chains. It's so worth it!
