I scheduled an appointment for my 90 year old mother, so she didn’t have to wait risking getting Covid. We came on time and had to wait for more than 35 minutes. The receptionist Mia was rude and disrespectful. Even though the people with appointments should be given a priority she made her wait. I would strongly advise against using this place. Their appointment system is a sham.

I am a hard stick but I went this morning and had a lady name Fredi try first and she didn't have any luck. She went and got a lady named Lisa and got the job done. They both were very nice and professional. I would recommend the clinic at Miami Valley South. It was quick to sign in and they were quick to get me in and out.

Fast, efficient, friendly staff. Loss of one star for the clumsy phone app, and the inability to make the check-in kiosk more intuitive for those who aren't as digitally savvy as a 10-yr old. It pains me to watch an elderly patient try to attempt the check-in process.

I didn't have to wait. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very friendly and personable. She was efficient and very skilled. I am not an easy person to take blood from and she did it quickly and gently the first time. I don't even have a bruise, first time ever!

I was very impressed not only by the quick turn about time for my bloodwork and others. I was always very satisfied with the nurse and her bed side manner. Amazing job!

The office staff have always been friendly and fast. We all have our favorite people and at this location Jenny is really nice and professional in her role. I highly recommend her if your afraid of needles.

Needed to have blood drawn. Compunet location was Perfect for me at MVS hospital, setting up appointment by phone was easy, staff was courteous and Very professional. Easy check-in, no wait time would recommend. Lou from Bellbrook

Very quick, efficient visit to Compunet! I had never been to one before, but I was impressed. Nice facility. Everyone was nice and courteous. Definitely will be going here again.
