This is my favorite one in Dayton Ohio! Really great service, after I paid I even didn’t wait any second just got my food right away! Love this one! Great foods for sure, and the staffs were really friendly.

Hate this location. Food really good, but the management here is terrible. Worth going to the one in Centerville. The lines are linger there, but you will get what you ordered. Worth the wait. Screw the dayton mall location. The owner should really just give up on this one.

Absolutely lovvvvve the food and the employees were really nice but the restaurant itself was so filthy and disgusting, makes me think twice about coming back to this particular Chick-fil-A.

Pretty awesome place. Had a great selection of burgers, chicken strips etc.

Decided to go in an order because the drive thru was long. I ordered and you could see all the cars in the drive thru. Not only was the drive thru faster, they took additional orders and served them before my order was ready. If you don't want people to come in then lock the door.

Very nice workers at the register. Little disorganized over all. Forgot a item but corrected once I asked. Food was delicious. I came in 1 hour before closing. They were doing clean up and things for closing, didn’t make me feel like an imposition being there, so that was nice. Another time I came close to closing, and they remained welcoming up to the last minute, very impressive. Unfortunately it closes early with the mall. Will likely return👍

First Chick-fil-a I ever ate at over 30 years ago and still 1 of the best. Friendly staff,great food,clean sit down area to eat. Always eat here when I'm at the mall.

4 stars instead of 5 for giving me two extra well done copper looking fries.. 😆🤣 other than that, they did well for the large order that we placed. Everything but the fries tasted fresh and hot.

Becky who I think is the manager took my order. She has great customer service. She was patient with me, I had no idea what I wanted to order. I was so scatterbrained, and she didnt make me feel rushed at all. My food came out perfect. I didnt even realize there was a chick-fil-a in the mall. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

Treats staff horribly. Customer service is lacking but I think that's due to poor management. Poor kids that work here look exhausted while trying to smile. They treat the Christian tag as a sales gimmick here. You're better off going to the one outside the mall.

Fried wasn't working. Ok at best

This is my first time trying Chick-fil-a, and it was outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious and all of the staff were so polite. Great job, the crew should be proud.

Was in on a Tuesday eve. Purchased a nugget meal. I waited, no problem. Nuggets where badly burnt & fries where warm & old ? Definitely did not meet expectations this time.. :-(

Was very disappointed! Wasn't very busy. Waited for our food for 10 minutes before asking about it. Them I was told it would be 3 minutes on the chicken. They obviously forgot our order because the filets only take 3 1/2 minutes to cook. They told me there would be a cookie for me. Finally got my order went upstairs to eat and not even a cookie and my fries were cold. This store sure has went down hill.

It was ok. I don't know what all the fuss is about. KFC is just as good.

The worst Chick fil a that I have ever been to. And it’s pretty consistent. I just left after being there for 10 minutes watching them take everyone’s outside order except for mine. People leave, and I am still there. Nobody says anything. So I left empty handed, and not very happy, again.

Had a great experience. Mostly friendly staff. My biggest concern is that the building seems to not have heat. It was 18° outside and felt almost as cold in the building. Me and my wife ended up leaving to eat. Hopefully this is fixed soon as we love to eat here.

Great service, food is fresh, clean and comfortable atmosphere. The food actually looks like what is on the menu unlike just about every other burger joint. Only downside is the awful creaking noise coming from a piece of kitchen equipment in the back. It has been like that for years even after they had a remodel. Annoying to hear as a customer, cant imagine how annoying it must be as a worker there.

Not busy, which is a shame. Near perfect experience! One employee running the store had a great attitude and cared about my order! The #7 combo was fresh and hot and delivered quickly. Burger was perfect...not hard or overcooked, the fries were fresh and appetizing. He even gave me catsup packets and napkins without being requested! The only thing I would change is the dessert choices...a small cookie or overpriced Apple pie. Get creative, Hardees! Overall a great experience for a Sunday evening pick-up!

Good people doing a good job and keeping the place clean. That's what I like about this place. What I love is the from scratch biscuits made fresh one batch at a time. My all-time favorite biscuit is the Country Fried Steak. Yum!

My favorite place to come and get biscuits and gravy!! Sooo good!!! And when you order a drink from here, if you want a "large", get you a medium because the mediums really look like larges and the larges look like extra larges, no joke their cup sizes are huge! Haha

Went on 3 different occasions and they were out of what I wanted. 2 of those 3 times combos 6-10 were "out". That's half of the menu. When 90% of your menu is burger related, how do you allow your stock on burgers run "out"?

The remodel looks nice since I was here last. My sandwich was excellent.

Got great food and great service here today!!! Glad the dining room is open too. Staff were friendly and no worries with the pandemic, I am not worried with masks or no masks as long as general hygiene is followed and the place appears cleaned. I wasn't asked to mask-up any time in between eating or drinking, which seems ridiculous in a restaurant establishment! So, thanks Hardee's!!

Totally charged me for something i did not get. Messed up order

According to the people working here, the stuff that looks like cheddar cheese oozing out of the prime rib and cheddar sandwich is not cheddar cheese sauce it's a garlic sauce but under that is a slice of cheddar. The fries are served cold. Just like any other Hardee's, the wait for your food if 8 min+ .

The second time I've been there and they were out of what I really wanted. A milk shake! Dang it! Ruined my whole night! ☹️

Order by order has steadily been getting worse. Not sure who owns this store but they have no quality control. Every time I order I either have wrong, or missing items. The items I get have been gross. Unfortunately this is the store that Door dash goes to when ordering from work.

I walk over here every day on my lunch break, and they never fail to provide fast and tasty service.

The beast part of going to the Dayton Mall is a stop at the Chick-fil-A. Always good service and always good food!

I ate at the location located at the Dayton Mall in Dayton, Ohio. I ordered the 8 pc Chicken Nuggets, Medium Waffle French Fries, and Coke Zero. It was good, but I thought the Chicken Nuggets were rather small compared to other chicken nuggets. The people working were nice.

Best consistent quality fast food restaurant. No matter which store I visit, the people working there have great attitudes. No matter how busy they're, the food comes out fast and hot.

The location is great. The last two times I've eaten your chicken, it was not good. I hope you're not cheapening your food and destroying your reputation.

The area was pretty unkempt and there weren't any napkins readily available.

The new remodel is rough. You all used to be the quickest place with the old three drive thru lanes. Now with the remodel, I have bees in the drive thru with a much longer wait time and the next time I went inside for the drive thru was so backed up and the inside service was also rough. Think the old way you all did things was more ch better.

I ordered my food from the Chick Fila A app with my rewards points. I ordered for delivery. When I received my food, my order was wrong (except my fries). I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. I received a sandwich that had extra pickles on it. I ordered a half Sunjoy Lemonade and Sweet Tea with No Ice. I received a sweet tea with extra ice mixed with Sprite. Like the whole order was incorrect! I called to speak to the manager at the Dayton Mall location and told her my issues. She couldn't get past the fact that "Doordash delivered your food. You need to talk to them. There's nothing I can do." Doordash didn't make my food. That was the point! Not only did I get DISGUSTING FOOD, I received my first "Ghetto McDonald's" experience from a restaurant that I love, and I lost my rewards. I won't be back to this location. I'll be happy when the Washington Township location opens back up. They provide EXCELLENT customer service!

I went here the 1st time a few days ago. I couldn't find it but I called up & a employee was kind enough to help me find my way ! It was busy that day but we got our food quickly & fresh! I would definitely recommend this place ! Better than any other restaurant in the mall, you can even sit inside which is a huge plus !

Take the time and go to the actual restaurant down the street, need to close this store. Completely chinches you on your food
