    LevelOut is my favourite gym, it's the only place that gets me up at 6am...there are so many classes throughout the day and the instructors are all highly skilled. They are attentive to each individual person and the classes are kept small. Overall the best workouts and the best vibes!

    Amazing local gym, it’s incredible how good the team are at making you feel welcome and part of the family. The Lift and Burn classes offer up a great mix of strength and HIIT training, which yields results really quickly if you keep coming back. I feel so much stronger and more confident after a few months of just two or three classes a week. The coaches do push you and make you work hard, but they also keep you motivated and create a really fun and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s the people that keep you coming back just as much as the classes. I can’t recommend it highly enough, I’ve definitely found the gym for me. Big up LevelOut!

    I have never been a gym goer but having had two children in the last couple of years, I thought it would be a good idea to sign up to some classes. Having done a few of their other classes, Level Out’s first post natal course came at the perfect time for me. I have now finished the course and the difference it has made to me has been huge. I loved the combination of both Pilates and strength classes and the regular two weekly classes have got me into a great routine where I can see results both physically and in terms of all round confidence. The instructors and everyone that works at Level Out are all lovely and by keeping groups together for the whole course, we have all made some great friends. I would really recommend the course to anyone who is looking to get into a good exercise routine post babies!

    Levelout is a great community! I am doing the post natal class at the moment and I couldn’t be happier. The child support is great and you can obviously do all exercises at you own pace. Also having some other mom’s with children the same age with whom you can exchange parental experiences is a wonderful opportunity as well. I can highly recommend the post natal class.

    LevelOut has changed my life. I’ve always found going to the gym very intimidating and hated exercising. I decided to try LevelOut’s Reformer Pilates class for beginners - it was really fun and a gateway for me to try the other classes (Burn and Lift). Each class has been amazing! While there are people at different levels, the instructors make everyone feel welcome and supported. The classes are challenging, but super fun! I’ve gone from being sedentary to going to LO almost every day. This gym has had a huge impact on my physical and mental health, and has completely changed my lifestyle in just two weeks! I never thought I would look forward to going to the gym!

    LevelOut is the perfect local gym - it has a super friendly atmosphere and the community they are creating is ideal for Brixton which previously lacked such a gym. As for the classes, there is a great variety of classes to choose from - conditioning, strength, and reformer Pilates, which are led by trainers who are skilled, energising and brilliant! Can’t recommend enough.

    The post-natal classes here are great, it’s so useful having someone to help with my five-month old baby and allow me to focus on the Pilates! I will definitely be coming back for more.

    Love the strength classes, especially with Eva! I’ve definitely gotten so much stronger in quite a short period of time! Pilates also amazing and the weekend strength &burn is the best way to start your weekend! The whole team are brilliant and so friendly! 10/10 recommend!

    Love the classes here. Reformer is an amazing workout and the teachers are really welcoming and knowledgable. Classes are kept small so you receive lots of attention, adjustments - and challenges. Also don’t miss the weekend LO special Burn + Lift, it’s an amazing workout. The vibes here are great, it’s a lovely community whether you’re a fitness fanatic or not, everyone is really welcoming
