An orthodontic treatment performed by a dentist at the White House dental Surgery in Buckhurst Hill for overcrowding in my top teeth has created problem with my bite. Prior to the treatment I had some overcrowding in my top teeth where my two front teeth would overlap slightly (no problems with my bite). After a year treatment with C-fast braces my teeth were protruding forward creating a big gap between my top and bottom teeth. It did not just affect my appearance but it made eating/biting certain foods very difficult. I expressed my concerns to the dentist and I was offered a different treatment that I would have to pay for again. I did not feel it was right for him to ask for more money when he created the problem in the first place. I decided to go to a different orthodontic practice and after another year of costly treatment my bite was corrected. Following the Google review above, I was contacted by the White House Dental Surgery. After sending a number of emails with photos to them to discuss the outcome and seeking legal advice I was offered a full refund of the original treatment.

I cannot recommend this dental practise enough to anybody seeking a professional and honest service. Earlier this year my 10 year old son sustained a severe injury which resulted in half of a tooth being broken as well as his upper two teeth being chipped. I attended a different practise at the time and the treatment provided was questionable resulting in me seeking an alternative. My first impressions of White House Dental Surgery was that it was extremely clean and the staff immensely pleasant. My son was treated by Mandeep Shukla who for me went the extra mile of providing reassurance to both my son and I by taking the time to explain the treatment in detail. Mandeep’s professionalism and demeanour allayed any fears that my son had particularly after the initial experience he had at the original practice we attended. As for the treatment, I can’t express my gratitude to Mandeep in words as it would not do justice to his work, at the time of the injury it was inconceivable to me that my son would be smiling without the damage being visible to all…it is as though he never sustained the injury! Off of the back of the work provided I registered my daughter who despite numerous visits to her existing dentist had been told that a chipped tooth was not worth addressing as the filling would only fall out again in due course. The tooth had been chipped for an extended period and had left my daughter conscious about it to the extent she refused to smile when taking pictures. On Thursday 15th June 2023 my daughter attended an appointment with Mandeep and within an hour walked out of the practise smiling with her tooth being completely addressed. The level of joy and happiness it bought to her is priceless and I only have Mandeep to thank for this. Again if you are seeking an honest and professional service I implore you not to look further than White House Dental Surgery as they can be trusted to provide an exceptional service with the patients needs at the very centre of what they do.

I have been going to White House dental for a few years now and would highly recommend it. Dr Mandeep Shukla is definitely the best dentist I have seen. I have had some major work done and it went great without any issues and everything was explained and I was informed of all costs before hand.

I had the good fortune to be referred to the White House dental surgery by my local dentist in order to avail of the services of Dr. Mandeep who my dentist assured me was the best in London at installing implants. From the first appointment I was highly impressed with Mandeep's knowledge and professionalism, friendly demeanour, as well as the warm welcome provided by the reception staff. As for the work he did to my teeth. I moved house and therefore had to find a new dentist - my first visit was shortly after having the implant put in and I was told that it was the best example that dentist had ever seen which should tell you all you need to know about the service provided at the White House surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Mandeep highly enough, it was the best dental experience I have had and my only regret is that I live too far away to make this my regular surgery.

I was referred to dr Shukla for emergency work after a dental trauma. He successfully repaired the broken tooth, and used the opportunity to do some amazing cosmetic work on my teeth at the same time, leaving me feeling much more confident about my smile for the first time in years, and also much less fearful of the dentist in general.

Excellent treatment from Dr Shukla ! Was slightly nervous going into it all but everyone at The White House Dental Surgery reassured me and laid out what the treatment would look like. Couldn’t be happier with the end product, thanks again !

Outstanding service. I have had a lot of experience with dentist in the past and this place is definitely one of the best. The whole team are extremely professional and compassionate. I had broke all four front teeth and was recommended by another dentist. Dr Shukla went above and beyond to get my smile back, even through out the pandemic they never missed an appointment to stay on schedule. Highly recommend.

Our family dentist for a number of years now who I always recommend to others. As a patient you are fully informed of the treatment process and this is always very professionally done. Staff have a very caring attitude. Reception is particularly friendly and helpful. The newly refurbished building is beautiful, spotless and a calming place to be.

Dr Shukla went above and beyond to help my son (11) who required his teeth to be built up with composite after grinding them down. He was caring and professional and genuinely concerned. Very impressed with the whole team who are friendly and efficient. Best surgery I have been to.
